Two boaters were saved as a ten meter cabin cruiser ended aground at Le Murelle near Montatlo in the Tuscany Tyrennian sea coast of Italy on the morning of Monday seventeen August. The boaters were assisted by the Guardia Costiera of Montalto Coast Guard coming later to the scene, while a fisherman who was on the scene also assisting in the towing operation of the damage cabin cruiser which is reported to have pierced its hull.
The boat in this accident is a Rodman 1090 as produced in the noughties till 2019. The 1090 was a replacement to the 1050, and was replaced by the Rodman 1090 Evolution.
