Two boats of about fourteen and ten meters respectively were wrecked by fire in a boat yard in Novalja on the island of Pag in Croatia, with the blaze starting at 02:50 early morning Tuesday eighteen August. The Volunteer Fire Department of Novalja responded to the blaze with eighteen fire fighters and six emergency vessels. The fire fighting lasted two hours and was controlled to these two vessels. The cause of the fire is under investigation, with the boat yard owner stating that this started in one of the electrical systems of the two boats.
