Azimut-Benetti Confirms World Leading Super Yacht Builder for 26th Time

With the confirmation of its position as the top-ranking producer of yachts over 24 metres, the Group presents the Azimut|Benetti Group Service Division, a new service hub combining innovation and advanced usage models.  For the twenty-sixth year, Azimut|Benetti Group confirms its position at the top of the Global Order Book, the international ranking compiled by BOAT International, which has been taking snapshots of megayacht production across the world since 1992, based on data from 190 shipyards operating on five continents.  It’s a result that testifies to Azimut|Benetti Group’s standing both as a world leader and an ambassador of Italian excellence, strengthening Italy’s role as the international heart of high-end yachting. The Group has maintained its leadership in all the categories examined: 163 yachts under construction, totalling 5,924 metres and representing 23% of the global market considered by the Report.  These performance figures reflect the positive results recorded in the financial year to 31 August 2025: €1.5 billion revenues and an order backlog until 2029. These indicators confirm the solidity of a resilient business model, supported by family continuity and the ability to anticipate emerging trends.  They include the most significant transformation of the last two decades, with owners now seeking operational simplicity, immediacy, intelligent solutions and greater freedom of use.

Azimut-Benetti Group Service Division

There is a clear shift in the current global scenario from product to experience. Owners today are demanding less complexity and more time. Less management and more emotion.  This is the backdrop to the creation of the Azimut|Benetti Group Service Division, led by Massimiliano Casoni and built on the visionary legacy left by Paolo Vitelli, who recognised as far back as the 2000s that services were the future strategic frontier in yachting. This is testified by the acquisition of refit shipyard Lusben (2000), the founding of styling & art advisory lounge Yachtique (2008), and the development of marinas as premium destinations for yacht tourism. Now, that vision becomes a dynamic service hub: a modular and synergistic offering created with specialist partners to walk the owner through every stage of the journey. The Division covers the whole spectrum with end-to-end solutions, ranging from administrative management to innovative usage formulas and from technical services to tailor-made experiential packages.  The three main areas will be developed in the framework of a roadmap that looks ahead to 2028:  Protecting asset value. This high added-value package responds to the need to control running costs and preserves the yacht’s value over time, with a programme that combines preventive maintenance, AI-based and other predictive systems, and warranty extension. The practical benefits are fixed maintenance costs, worry-free performance and mid-to-long term protection of the yacht’s residual value.  Crew management. A comprehensive programme including selection, continuous training through the Crew Academy and operational coordination of the on-board crew. This service makes a crucial contribution to the quality of the everyday experience, structured around the specific construction and technological features of Azimut and Benetti yachts.  Owner Experience. Yachtique is the Service Division’s styling and art advisory: an atelier in which furnishings, fabrics, materials and artworks are chosen by the owner in conjunction with the designers, giving life to a personal aesthetic enriched by accents of fine Italian craftsmanship. After the yacht’s handover, the journey can continue with the concierge service provided by the Group’s global partners or through the Owners Club programme.  Record-breaking Global Order Book performance isn’t a goal for Azimut|Benetti Group, but a mandate to continue innovating, elevating and expanding the company’s mission: to build the most beautiful, reliable, technological and innovative boat, and to provide it with support anywhere and at any time. This commitment is now a new challenge: yachting that is more accessible, more intelligent and more personal.

Feadship Resale Announces Sale

Feadship Resale is pleased to confirm the successful sale of 57.50-metre W, concluded through a co listing with Worth Avenue Yachts. The buyer was introduced by Burgess and represents a new client for Feadship.  The transaction was characterised by a constructive and efficient cooperation between all parties involved, resulting in a smooth and timely closing process. The yacht’s exceptional condition further supported a confident and straightforward sale.  The sale of Feadship W forms part of a notably strong first full calendar year for Feadship Resale. In 2025, the team was involved in four transactions across the Feadship fleet, including Savannah, Les Cinq, Project Fun and W. Jarrett Bay Season of Giving

At the heart of Jarrett Bay is the team that shows up every day with dedication, generosity, and pride, not only inside the shop, but throughout our community. This season, that spirit came to life as our crew gathered to assemble 22 bicycles for Project Christmas Cheer of Carteret County, turning a simple afternoon together into something truly meaningful.  Moments like these are a reminder that giving back is part of who we are. We are grateful for the commitment shown every day and proud of the culture that continues to shape Jarrett Bay. Thank you to our team for making this year one worth celebrating.

Maritimo Muster Pittwater

Pittwater is one of those rare places that feels utterly magical. Less than twenty nautical miles north of the Sydney CBD, it still manages to feel a million miles away from the city’s hustle. This broad, shimmering estuary sits protected behind the Barrenjoey Peninsula, where the Hawkesbury River and Broken Bay meet the Pacific. Renowned worldwide for its pristine natural beauty, rich wildlife, and idyllic boating environment, Pittwater is a must-visit for anyone cruising the Australian east coast.  It’s also woven deeply into Maritimo’s story. It was here, decades ago, that a young Bill Barry-Cotter first discovered his passion for sailing and all things boating – a passion that would ultimately shape the Maritimo legacy.  Recently, Pittwater played host to the latest Maritimo Muster, where a fleet of proud owners and their ocean-going luxury motor yachts gathered for a weekend of connection and signature Maritimo hospitality.  Grant Binskin, Maritimo’s Retail Marketing consultant led the planning and delivery of the event.  “We actually gathered on the western side of Barrenjoey Head on the Friday morning,” Binskin said. “At that stage, the weather was pretty ugly. I thought we might lose a few boats at the last minute, but everyone turned up in such great spirits – even with the rain coming down relentlessly.”  A total of 44 people across 18 vessels took part – an impressive turnout that reflects how much Maritimo owners value these musters, particularly the compact format that fits neatly into busy schedules, especially as the festive season draws near.  From the meeting point, the flotilla cruised northwest up the Hawkesbury to Dangar Island Depot for lunch and a warm Maritimo welcome. The sight of the convoy of Maritimos moving together was spectacular. The oldest vessel, a Maritimo 500, still looked strikingly contemporary alongside the latest addition to the line-up, the M50.  Binskin, crewing aboard the M50, said the interest in the new model was huge. “Owners loved its space, liveability, and design. The two-stateroom layout really suits those moving up – or moving down – but still wanting generous onboard comfort.”  For many, this was their first visit to Dangar Island. Owners enjoyed easy transfers thanks to a 16-person Italboats RIB, saving the need to launch personal tenders and keeping everything smooth and relaxed. After lunch we had a pretty relaxed afternoon.  In the evening the group made its way to Club Mooney Mooney for drinks, finger food, and barefoot bowling – a surprise hit. “People really got into it,” Binskin laughed.  Saturday unfolded slowly and peacefully before the fleet headed to Yoemans Bay, where boats anchored and several boats rafted up together.  A highlight of the day was the arrival of Maritimo 100, travelling north from Sydney Harbour. Two groups were welcomed aboard for a sail, with just enough breeze to raise the sails. Exploring the luxurious Oyster 100 was a thrill for everyone.  That evening, the group ferried ashore to the Cottage Point Inn for a five-course dinner. While the drizzle lingered, it did nothing to dampen the mood. “It’s such a peaceful and picturesque spot,” Binskin said. “The food was exceptional, and the service had that classic, authentic charm. Everyone just embraced the weather -Maritimo owners are true boaties and a pretty hardy bunch!”  On Sunday, plans were intentionally flexible. Some stayed relaxing in Yoemans Bay, others headed home, and a few cruised down to Great Mackerel Beach.  “These mini Maritimo Musters are incredibly successful,” Binskin said. “They fit well with people’s busy calendars and offer a quick getaway with friends, the support of fellow owners, and the full Maritimo hospitality experience.”  It’s also a wonderful way for us to connect with our community, showcase what’s new, and say thank you.”  “What could be better than that?”

Omaya Announces Mexico Dealer

Omaya Yachts has announced the appointment of Camino al Mare as its exclusive dealer for Mexico, highlighting further international expansion for the brand and launching a presence in the fast-growing Latin American luxury yachting market.  Founded and led by industry veteran Roberto Camino, Camino al Mare is one of Mexico’s foremost yacht distribution and brand-development businesses. The company’s legacy is rooted in a family tradition of sea exploration, inspired by a pioneering 1960s open-sea crossing from Key West to Isla Mujeres. Building on that history, it has spent more than a decade bringing world-class yacht builders to the region. Its track record includes numerous industry milestones, such as the delivery of the Ferretti Group’s first hybrid yacht in the Americas.  Camino al Mare operates offices in the Mexican, Caribbean and Pacific regions. Together, these strengths have helped the company become a trusted partner for premium shipyards looking for strategic brand development, market expansion, and long-term representation in Latin America.  The partnership with Omaya Yachts was ignited at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival, where the Camino al Mare team visited the brand’s debut yacht, the OMAYA 50. The model’s generous volume, standout spatial design, and refined aesthetic immediately positioned the brand as a top priority for the company’s portfolio.  “This collaboration aligns perfectly with our philosophy of offering best-in-class solutions within each yachting segment,” said Roberto Camino. “With Omaya, we can now offer clients the most comfortable and versatile catamaran on the market, one that maintains the elegance and craftsmanship appreciated by those who love the luxury and presence of traditional motor yachts.”  Looking ahead, Camino al Mare sees strong potential to position Omaya as the customisable luxury catamaran of choice for discerning owners in Mexico, especially as regional demand continues to shift toward larger onboard spaces and optimised value.

Palm Beach XI Christened in Sydney

More than 300 guests gathered at the historic Woolwich Dock on Sydney Harbour to witness the christening of the newly modified Supermaxi Palm Beach XI, formerly known as Wild Oats XI. The christening of Palm Beach XI was done by venerable Australian yachtsman and long time friend and Palm Beach Motor Yacht owner Colin O’Neil.  The event marked the culmination of a 165-day global transformation of the 20-year old Supermaxi designed to return her back to the world stage of ocean racing starting with the 80th Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race taking place on 26th December. Palm Beach XI is close to getting ready to join the international fleet of 133 entries; the second-largest starting line-up this century for the 628 nautical mile race – to contend with 5 other World-Class 100-foot Supermaxi’s for the line honors trophy.  “It’s a full-circle moment,” said Richards. “I’m deeply grateful to the Oatley family for their amazing support and friendship over the past 26 years. Twenty years ago, we made Wild Oats XI a benchmark in global ocean racing. To now carry that legacy forward as Palm Beach XI—under new ownership and as a global brand ambassador for Palm Beach Motor Yachts—is both an honor and a responsibility I’m proud to lead.”

Pearl Yachts Awarded Yacht Buyer Five Star Trophy

Pearl Yachts is deeply honoured to announce that its celebrated Pearl 63 has been awarded the prestigious YachtBuyer 5 Star Trophy and inducted into the inaugural YachtBuyer Hall of Fame. This distinguished accolade is bestowed by one of the sector’s most influential and respected digital authorities, and is underpinned by an unwavering commitment to entirely independent, self-funded, and rigorous real-world testing. From a competitive field of more than 260 motor yachts meticulously reviewed by the platform, the Pearl 63 was one of a rarefied few; representing less than nine per cent of the total, to achieve a flawless 5-star rating. The award stands as a testament to the yacht’s consummate excellence across six key criteria: Performance & Handling, Design & Build, Interior Accommodation, Helm Stations, On-Deck Features, and Value for Money. The authoritative platform, which commands a global audience of over 600,000 YouTube subscribers, lauded the Pearl 63 as “the new benchmark” for those who cherish “space, style, and thoughtful design.” The 20-metre Pearl 63 has been a resounding success since her launch, celebrated for a rare and harmonious blend of owner-operator-friendly features and a superyacht-level of finish. Her innovative layout affords a remarkable four guest cabins, including a full-beam master suite with private access; a feature typically reserved for much larger vessels. The seamless alchemy of Bill Dixon’s visionary layout and naval architecture, and Kelly Hoppen CBE’s world-renowned interior design, has culminated in a yacht that is as extremely versatile as she is exquisitely elegant. Iain Smallridge, Managing Director of Pearl Yachts, expressed his profound pride in the achievement: “To be honoured with the YachtBuyer 5 Star Trophy is a source of great pride for the entire Pearl team. This recognition is particularly meaningful because it is earned through exhaustive, hands-on sea trials, which speaks volumes about the real-world excellence of our yachts. It is a powerful validation of our unwavering commitment to creating yachts that are not only beautifully designed, but are also meticulously engineered and built to the highest possible standards. The Pearl 63 is a true testament to the strength of our design philosophy and the extraordinary talent of our team, and we are delighted to see her recognised as a benchmark in her class.”

RMK Yachts Announces Espen Oeino Collaboration

RMK Yachts signed a new design partnership with Espen Oeino International. The renowned studio will develop a 50-metre superyacht for the Turkish shipyard.  The project will feature a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure, pairing robust engineering with contemporary elegance. Espen Oeino will create a forward-looking design that brings the next decade of yachting into today’s market. This timeless concept will unite classic craftsmanship with modern innovation, capturing the spirit of every era.  “The 50-metre segment is a competitive space, yet it remains the ideal size for discovering most coastlines, especially when paired with a capable chase boat,” said Espen Oeino. “I do believe we are heading towards a future with yachts which are not just more sustainable but also more fit for purpose. This will translate into yachts that provide more meaningful experiences with less environmental impact and less trouble for both owners and crew. RMK Yachts is a great partner for such a project, because we all are passionate about the sea, yacht design, and yacht building. And also they have formidable industrial strength.”  Design work is set to begin in December 2025, with the model due to be unveiled in the second quarter of 2026.  “We are thrilled to collaborate with Espen Oeino, one of the most respected names in yacht design,” said Cüneyt Okcu, Director of RMK Yachts. “His vision and creativity perfectly align with RMK’s commitment to building yachts that go beyond time, both in quality and in design.”  This partnership represents a significant milestone in RMK Yachts’ ongoing pursuit of excellence, reinforcing the shipyard’s position among the leading builders of high-end superyachts.

Silent Yachts Completes Transatlantic Crossing

Silent Yachts SY62 3-Deck Open “100%” has successfully completed its transatlantic crossing, arriving in Antigua after approximately four weeks at sea. The voyage stands as a powerful testament to the capability, reliability and independence of solar-electric propulsion on the open ocean.  Departing from Gibraltar and following a route via Morocco, the Canary Islands and Cape Verde, the 18.9-meter catamaran crossed the Atlantic Ocean with remarkable calmness, efficiency, and minimal fuel consumption. The journey reaffirmed Silent Yachts’ leadership in clean-energy navigation.  Beyond the technological achievement, this crossing is a deeply personal story. Jay Dollries, owner of the SY62 3-Deck Open “100%”, spent four years preparing to fulfil his lifelong dream, crossing the Atlantic on his own yacht.  Joining him were: Randy Lane, close friend and long-time adventure partner, Will Mitchell the captain of “100%” embarking on his first Atlantic passage, Michael Scherdel mechanical engineer and kite propulsion specialist, and Steve Bell Chairman of Silent Yachts leading navigation on his third Atlantic crossing and his first aboard a Silent Yachts catamaran

Steeler Crosses Ocean on Her Own Keel

Steeler Yachts proudly announces a historic milestone: for the first time in our shipyard’s history, a Steeler yacht has crossed the Atlantic Ocean on her own keel. The Steeler Ocean Explorer 72 Two Bubbles, captained by her owner, completed the 2,000-mile crossing from Cabo Verde to Barbados after a voyage that began in the Netherlands.  The passage marks a significant achievement for both owner and builder and is proof of concept for the Ocean Explorer philosophy: long-range capability, exceptional stability, and efficient performance in real-world ocean conditions. During the crossing, Two Bubbles demonstrated remarkable seaworthiness, encountering 4–5 meter waves and averaging 7.35 knots with a fuel consumption of 31 liters per hour, reaffirming the engineering behind Steeler’s steel-hulled expedition line. Under normal sea states, Two Bubbles achieves her typical cruising speed of 8–8.5 knots at corresponding consumption levels.  We thank the owner of Two Bubbles for making this milestone possible.

Sunreef Moves Into Sixth Place of Global Order Book

Sunreef Yachts moves to 6th place in the latest BOAT International Global Order Book 2026, confirming its position among the world's elite superyacht builders as the only catamaran builder in the ranking. Over the past two decades, the company has created its own market niche in luxury multihulls, which today are also one of the most important superyacht trends, with Sunreef Yachts leading in the luxury catamaran sector to this day. Sunreef Yachts has now 41 projects totaling 1 185m in length.  Sunreef Yachts, the world's most dynamic shipyard in the top ranks, continues its strong growth after only 22 years of operation. This evolution comes from record sales of large luxury catamarans built in Poland, such as the 100 Sunreef Power, and the success of the Ultima 88, now under construction at the UAE facility. The expansion of both the Poland and UAE yards supports this fast growth and allows Sunreef to answer growing global demand for innovative multihulls.  As the only catamaran specialist among the top 6, Sunreef Yachts sets new standards in sustainable superyacht design and performance. Its order book reflects very strong interest in sustainable superyachts, confirming the shipyard's expertise in composite builds and solar power technology: key elements of the Sunreef philosophy. This result strengthens Sunreef's role in shaping the future of large custom catamarans.

Sunseeker CEO Departs With Immediate Effect

Luxury yacht manufacturer Sunseeker has launched a search for a new CEO after Andrea Frabetti left with immediate effect. Frabetti, who had been in the role since July 2019, stepped down just over a month after it struck the deal with its lenders Cheyne Capital and Cross Ocean Partners in a move it said provided “the platform for long-term future success”. In a statement announcing Frabetti’s departure, Ssunseekr said its lenders remained confident in the business following their recent capital investment, details of which have not been disclosed. The Poole-based group, which was launched by brothers Robert and John Braithwaite in 1969, employs around 2,150 people. More than half its output is exported to the US. In the summer it outlined a proposed organisational restructure, including a consultation process affecting up to 200 jobs. Earlier this year, about 100 employees were temporarily laid off, although no permanent staff lost their job. Sunseeker, which produces around 150 boats a year – ranging in length from 55ft to131 ft – with 98% exported, said Frabetti had left the company by mutual agreement. The business was now preparing for its next chapter of growth under a new leader, it said, adding that it remained focused on its existing strategy to fulfil its global order book and invest in new product development, including a new superyacht strategy. While it undertakes “a comprehensive formal search process”, Scott Millar of Teneo Financial Advisory has been appointed as interim chief executive officer, effective from today. Sunseeker said Frabetti, who originally joined Sunseeker in 2018 as chief technical officer, had made a significant contribution to the business, having overseen a number of strategic changes, including significant investments in research and development, production advancements and new product launches. Frabetti said: “It has been an honour to lead at Sunseeker International during what has been a pivotal time for the business and the wider sector. “Following the recent new financing to strengthen Sunseeker’s financial position and support ongoing operations, now is the right time for me to step down. “I leave the business in safe hands and look forward to seeing its continued success.” Scott Millar is senior managing director and head of the global corporate transformation practice at Teneo Financial Advisory Scott has more than 27 years’ experience advising and leading luxury brands, including in the automotive and yacht sectors, at both listed and private companies across Europe, the US and the UK. He said: “I would like to thank Andrea for his commitment and dedication to Sunseeker and his personal support to me in taking on interim leadership of the business. “Sunseeker maintains a strong position in its market thanks to an outstanding team of people and a supply chain focused on building and delivering world class yachts for our customers. “It is a privilege to lead the business whilst a permanent CEO is found.”

Viking Blue for Green

Country music star Riley Green traded the stage for the cockpit this month, releasing his first blue marlin aboard a Viking in Costa Rica. The trip was organized by Galati Yacht Sales. Fishing out of the Los Suẽnos Resort and Marina, Riley, a Country Music Association Award winner and Billboard Hit Country Songs chart-topper, was aboard the Burr family's Viking 68 Ohana with Captain Luke Hickey at the helm.  Conditions were rough, but Riley hooked up and was ready for the fight. “It whooped me,” said Riley, who later spent time onboard Ohana with Galati Yacht Sales’ Maria Galati Hill – check it out here.  An avid outdoorsman, Riley is a regular angler on the Viking 70 Smooth Rider, based out of Panama City, Fla. Back at the dock, he asked, “When can we do this again?”

Viking Atlantic Record Winners

Congratulations to the Viking 68 Demo, which set a new Atlantic record with 30 blue marlin releases in a single day. Captain Sean Dooley, fishing out of Marina Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic, went 30 for 35 on Dec. 1 to claim the title, previously held by the Viking 68 Gun Powder with 27 releases.  It took an army to crank in 30 blues, all singles outside of a pair of doubles. Anglers included Viking 64 Half-A-Buc owner Daniel Brown, Harley Smegal, Dominick Shaw, Jose de Veer, Dan Petit and Doug Donahue. Mates West Rivers and Thomas “Smalls” Garmany assisted in the cockpit.  Doug, a Viking Yachts Specialist with HMY Yacht Sales, said he "was fortunate to fish with the crew in Cap Cana last year and release 21 blues. Never in my life did I think we would see those numbers again. Well, I stand corrected. The Viking Demo crew is top-notch.”

Apreamare Strengthens It's Dealer Network in Italy and Spain

Apreamare is heading toward the close of 2025 by consolidating its distribution network through two targeted new partnerships that further strengthen its dealer network in Italy and across Europe: Mr. Blu, new sales point representing Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto, and Náutica Marina Sport, sub-dealer for Spain, officially join the shipyard’s sales network. This confirms Apreamare’s continued growth in diversified and strategic markets such as the Mediterranean area, as well as the increasing interest in the new range of the brand’s iconic Sorrentine Gozzi.   In particular, Mr. Blu, with extensive experience in the high-end yachting sector and a deep understanding of both the national and local markets, will represent the Apreamare brand with the aim of offering customers in the Triveneto area increasingly comprehensive and personalized service.  At the same time, Apreamare is strengthening its presence in Spain with the appointment of Náutica Marina Sport as a new official sub-dealer, operating under the coordination of Island Yacht Brokers, the exclusive distributor based in Menorca. The new partner, already a key reference point for the boating sector in the Iberian region, will contribute to expanding the presence of Apreamare models in the Spanish market, ensuring high-quality commercial and after-sales support.  With these new partnerships, the Sorrento-based shipyard continues to invest in strengthening its international sales network, with the aim of ensuring an increasingly direct and qualified presence in the brand’s most strategic markets.

Azimut-Benetti Group Introduces Artificial Intelligence to Prevent Collisions at Sea

Azimut|Benetti Group’s R&D Department and marine-tech innovator WATCHIT have developed WATCHIT Eye, the first AI-based collision prevention system for yachting, detecting obstacles from floating objects to vessels and underwater hazards.  Azimut|Benetti Group reveals WATCHIT Eye, the revolutionary AI-based collision prevention system designed specifically for recreational boating. This technology sets a new level for safety at sea:  the intuition comes from Azimut|Benetti Group R&D Department, and the technical development is by the marine-tech company WATCHIT, led by former naval commander and seasoned captain Tal Duvdevany.  WATCHIT Eye is not simply an exercise in innovation. It is a journey of shared technological choices, testing, validation, and real-world applications, a promising technology that is already on board the Group's new models and available for installation across the fleet. The first yacht to boast this innovative technology is the Azimut Fly 82, which made her world debut at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival and was then displayed at the Genoa International Boat Show, along with the Seadeck 7 Hybrid, the yacht that embodies the cutting edge of the innovations developed by the Shipyard and the Group's R&D Department.  Designed specifically for the recreational boating sector, where collisions and groundings are among the main critical issues, WATCHIT Eye marks a paradigm shift in risk management at sea, focusing on alert timing - rather than the distance from an obstacle - and providing the right amount of advance warning to best support the captain. This approach gives the captain ample time to respond to obstacles such as vessels, tenders, ribs and also small objects like kayaks, marking buoys or floating obstacles, but also yacht grounding risks, enhancing safety and significantly reducing the risk of accidents.  Following the first generation of the WATCHIT system, the “Eye” version developed together with Azimut|Benetti Group uses the AI engine to filter real and manageable risks, combining data from various onboard sensors together with a dedicated and custom developed 4D Imaging Radar and alerting the captain only when the detected obstacles pose a genuine risk of collision.  The AI engine underlying this system operates on multiple levels. First, it is designed to emulate the decision-making process of an experienced captain, acting as a co-pilot who performs real-time risk assessments.  Furthermore, it enables continuous data collection in the cloud and immediate analysis, and recognizes different navigation modes, adapting the risk warning system to the context: port manoeuvres, open sea cruising, or navigating through congested waters. Thanks to this information integration, the system is able to identify threats from every direction and generate timely alerts that allow for high levels of concentration and rapid decision-making, simplifying navigation.  In addition, the High Frequency 4D Imaging Radar, compared to average marine radars and cameras, provides excellent short-range detection, precise tracking and target recognition not affected by fog, rain or darkness, with the best ratio of cost to performance.  «The development of WATCHIT Eye demonstrates how our R&D Department is not only focused on the integration of the most advanced technologies in collaboration with our partners, but also on boosting the adoption of advanced solutions coming from other industries to enhance onboard devices and to create tools that yacht owners truly need. The introduction of this system represents a real advancement in navigation safety, consistent with the Group's mission to combine innovation and well-being on board,» commented Alessandro Rossi, Chief Product Officer of Azimut|Benetti Group.   «WATCHIT brings proactive safety to the water, automating risk detection so captains can focus on what really matters: safe, confident navigation,» said Tal Duvdevany, CEO of WATCHIT. «With WATCHIT Eye, we’re setting a new standard in how boats understand their surroundings and respond in real time. »  With WATCHIT Eye, Azimut|Benetti Group and WATCHIT offer all owners a revolutionary solution that once again confirms the Group's leading role in innovation and reinforces WATCHIT's pioneering role as a new global benchmark in marine safety.  Recognized for its positive impact in making navigation safer, the new system has been shortlisted for the 2025 Boat Builder Awards in the category “Collaborative Solution between a Builder and its Supply Chain Partner.”

Azimut Accelerates Expansion in Canada

The agreement grows and extends into new strategic regions, including Quebec and the Maritimes alongside Ontario, strengthening the Shipyard’s strategy in a key market.  Azimut announces the extension of its partnership with Marine 360, a company reporting rapid growth in Canada. Following the success of the collaboration in Ontario, the dealership is expanding its coverage to include Quebec and the Maritimes (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island).  Marine 360, which signed its first dealership agreement with Azimut in January 2023, has since successfully developed its business as a dealer for the Shipyard in Ontario. With offices in Kingston (Ontario), Québec City and Saint-Paul-de-l’Île-aux-Noix, the company is now entering a new phase of expansion, supported by a development plan that includes the opening of new offices in Toronto over the next five years, aiming to amplify the brand’s presence and reach an even larger number of boating enthusiasts.  The collaboration between Azimut and Marine 360 is founded on shared values: customer focus, high-quality after-sales service and an ongoing commitment to building lasting relationships with owners. These principles are key drivers of Azimut expansion in North America, where Quebec and the Maritimes, together with Ontario, represent strategic markets for the Shipyard. With a constantly expanding and made-to-measure sales and service network, the dealership’s goal is to further strengthen the brand's footprint in Canada alongside a partner that has always demonstrated strong commitment.  Giorgio Sarti, Sales Manager Azimut Americas, comments: “We are proud to extend our collaboration with Marine 360, a partner that has consistently demonstrated passion, reliability, and an outstanding ability to represent the Azimut brand. Truly understanding, adopting, and embodying Azimut’s values is essential for us, and Marine 360 has proven to do so with remarkable dedication. Equally important is the ability to help us meet the expectations of such a discerning market as Canada, an area that demands excellence in both product and service.”  Vincent Piétracoup, President of Marine 360, adds: “This growth marks an important milestone in our company’s development and reflects the trust Azimut places in our team. It allows us to bring Marine 360’s excellence, innovation, and personalized service to an even greater number of boating enthusiasts. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our clients, partners, and every member of our team, whose dedication and professionalism make this achievement possible.”

Benetti Revolutionizes Yacht Production with Artificial Intelligence

Benetti’s first AI integration project, developed jointly with the Quinn University Consortium, will get under way by the end of the year. The initial focus will be on optimising the performance of production processes in four areas of the Livorno site’s Custom Operations division.  Benetti, supported by the Quinn Consortium, is ready to launch a strategic plan to introduce Artificial Intelligence into its production processes, with an initial focus on four areas of the Custom Operations division. The Logistics, Planning, Production Engineering and Safety divisions will see the integration of AI-based technologies in the first phase of the project, which aims to upgrade the effectiveness of procedures, raise the level of automation, and increase the quality and reliability of products and services. The new project will get under way at the company’s Livorno site by the end of the year.  “Investing in innovation is the strategy that ensures we can always offer our clients the best possible product. The introduction of Artificial Intelligence is a significant step forward in the history of yacht building, and while on one side excellence and attention to detail remain core to the brand, on the other, the adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions will open the way to make processes faster, more efficient and more sustainable, putting us in the best possible position to face future challenges,” said Benetti General Manager Massimo Casoni. “We’re proud of this collaboration with the Consortium, with which we share a sense of belonging to the local area and the vision of a future in which technology adds value to a unique product.”  “We’re extremely honoured to share this journey with a company like Benetti, which for us means sharing a strategic vision in which technological innovation, people and processes come together to create sustainable value over time,” said Ilaria Campana, General Manager of the Quinn Consortium, adding: “Today, Artificial Intelligence is a fundamental lever for driving companies into the future, on the condition that we think of it not only as a tool to improve efficiency, but also and most importantly as a force for transformation that can generate concrete, positive impacts on the entire production system. That’s why we need an integrated, process-focused approach to deliver excellent performance, protect investments in technology, and foster new ways of working.”  The strategic partner of the initiative is Quinn, the University Consortium that has been supporting businesses since 1989 through advanced training and research initiatives, and with which Benetti has already undertaken a successful project (2022-2024) to synchronise logistics by focusing on horizontal integration in the supply chain. This work enabled the Consortium to gather and analyse inputs from all corporate functions, with a view to intercepting opportunities for improvement and defining a series of AI-based solutions that will be implemented in the shipyard in the coming months. They include the integration of automatic controls on the Incoming Material Booking Portal – which will align materials deliveries with the yacht schedule and warehouse availability – and the introduction of the Three-Year Plan Simulator Prototype, which will automatically process complex scenarios and facilitate continuous improvement in key business performance indicators.  The application of AI to the Custom Operations area will bring multiple benefits, including the reduction of errors in manual activities that can be automated, upgrading data-based decision-making capabilities, and cutting manual processing times for semi-finished products in favour of in-house skills developed to address value-added activities.  The project confirms Benetti’s desire to continue investing in innovation, which strengthens its leadership in the industry and lays the groundwork for a more evolved, flexible and future-oriented production model that aspires to be a benchmark for the entire yachting industry.

Ferretti Group and Il Gusto della Ricerca

The Riva shipyard, an iconic Ferretti Group brand and a symbol of yachting excellence, hosted the 20th edition of Il Gusto per la Ricerca (The Taste for Research), a charity event promoted by the non-profit organisation founded by the Alajmo brothers and Dr. Stefano Bellon.  In a unique setting overlooking Lake Iseo, Ferretti Group welcomed guests, including eleven Michelin-starred chefs, for a charity lunch to celebrate the convergence of haute cuisine, design and solidarity.  The proceeds from the meal join those from a charity auction at which high-end articles from the Riva Brand Experience were sold, including models of Riva’s storied boats. The initiative benefited projects to support young children in need of help.  Ferretti Group’s participation confirms its commitment to providing concrete support for initiatives of social value, helping strengthen the links between excellence, the local area and responsibility.

The new dealer has ordered several Grandezza boats with an estimated value of over €1 million, some of which have already been sold, marking a strong start to the collaboration. The partnership marks Freetime’s first venture into boating, reflecting the company’s ambition to expand within the outdoor and recreational boating sector. Enthusiastic about this new collaboration, Freetime’s team is already working on introducing the Finnmaster, Grandezza, and Husky ranges to the Estonian market.  “We are pleased to welcome Lahden Konepiste and Freetime to our growing dealer network,” said Pia Niska, COO of Finnmaster Boats. “Both partners bring local expertise, market knowledge, and a passion for outdoor and marine lifestyle that complement our long-term vision. Frauscher Wins Meisterkreis Award 2025 for Porsche Collaboration

At this year's prestigious Meisterkreis Awards, the Frauscher shipyard and Porsche were honoured in the ‘Unexpected Partnerships’ category. The award recognises the extraordinary collaboration that resulted in the fully electric Frauscher × Porsche 850 Fantom Air and 850 Fantom – a milestone for sustainable premium mobility on the water. The award ceremony took place on Monday, 3rd November 2025, as part of the Meisterkreis Award ceremony. The prize was accepted by Stefan Frauscher, Managing Director of the Frauscher shipard, and Jörg Kerner, head of the Macan series at Porsche AG.  The Meisterkreis Award honours partnerships that go beyond traditional co-branding, celebrating genuine innovation that creates entirely new worlds of experience. With the 850 Fantom Air and the 850 Fantom, Frauscher shipyard and Porsche have achieved exactly that: two iconic brands, united by precision, performance and design, have authentically brought Porsche’s E-Performance technology to the water — blending it seamlessly with Frauscher’s masterful boatbuilding expertise.  The Meisterkreis Award jury explained their decision in clear terms: “Frauscher × Porsche convincingly transfer E-Performance to the water. Boatbuilding expertise and automotive e-drive merge to open up a new field. Demand and media impact demonstrate the project’s significance – a European benchmark in design and engineering.”  Measuring 8.67 metres in length, with an electric power output of up to 400 kW and a top speed of over 90 km/h, the Frauscher × Porsche 850 Fantom Air and 850 Fantom mark the dawn of a new era. At their heart lies the E-Performance drive technology from the Porsche Macan Turbo, adapted for marine use for the very first time. The result is a fusion of the emotional appeal of classic sports boats with the innovation and sustainability of modern electric mobility – crafted in Austria, powered by German engineering.  “This award highlights what can be achieved when two brands work together with passion and precision towards a shared vision,” emphasises Stefan Frauscher, Managing Director of Frauscher shipyard. “With Porsche, we share the ambition to redefine the limits of design and performance – on the water just as much as on the road.”  Jörg Kerner of Porsche also expressed his pride in the joint achievement:  “The eFantom is more than just a boat. It has the potential to revolutionise the world of boating. This project perfectly embodies Porsche’s path towards bringing sustainable performance into new dimensions.”  With the 2025 Meisterkreis Award, the collaboration between Frauscher shipyard and Porsche is recognised as a pioneering symbiosis between two industries. The 850 Fantom Air and the 850 Fantom demonstrate that sustainable innovation need not stand in contrast to emotion and exclusivity – on the contrary: they unite precision, design and technical excellence to open a new chapter in maritime mobility.

Mulder Honouring Legacy

Mulder has been building yachts since 1938, and its legacy is a central part of who they are. At the Maritime Center, two new initiatives safeguard and soon showcase this history.  A carefully curated collection of photographs, drawings, documents and models spanning nearly nine decades of Mulder craftsmanship. This archive forms the foundation for future research, storytelling and preservation efforts.  On the ground floor, a future Mulder Heritage Experience is taking shape. Over the next 1.5 to two years, this space will evolve into an immersive exhibition where visitors will walk through the story; from one of the first Mulder sailing yachts (currently under restoration) to the world-class superyachts Mulder buil'sd today. This “mini-museum” will celebrate our roots and bring the Mulder journey to life.

Mulder Maritime Center

Located only a few steps from the Mulder shipyard in Zoeterwoude, on Hoge Rijndijk 285, right beside the main facility at 277 the new Mulder Maritime Center marks an important milestone in the evolution of the family-owned shipyard.  This dedicated center brings together the people, tools and spaces that support the superyachts before, during and after their time at the yard. It is designed around craftsmanship, efficiency, comfort and the preservation of the Mulder heritage.   The Maritime Center is home to several new facilities that strengthen the way Mulder work with owners and their crew.  A fully equipped workspace where crew can operate comfortably while their yacht is undergoing maintenance or refit at the shipyard. Whether preparing itineraries, managing operations or coordinating technical work, the Crew Office provides a quiet and professional base right next door.  These four dedicated hubs, each with its own pantry and restroom offer secure storage for everything that belongs on board during a maintenance period. From furniture and décor to spare parts and personal items, each hub ensures that a yacht’s belongings are preserved in perfect condition while refit work is carried out.  Designed for both onboard crew and our own shipyard professionals, the new Training Center provides a space for knowledge building, safety instruction and skills development.  On friday, 14 November 2025, Mulder hosted it'sr very first session: an internal AI training with twenty team members.  The program explored meaningful, responsible and secure ways to use AI within our operations — a first step into a broader digital journey for Mulder Shipyard.

Mulder Yacht Returns to Her Origins

Every yacht has a story — some grand, some deeply personal. And while many return home to Mulder for a new chapter, few do so with such history and grace. The Mulder Wheelhouse 75 - Strathearn does just that. Twelve years after her launch, she retraces her wake across the Atlantic to the very yard where she first touched the water — a quiet homecoming that celebrates craftsmanship, heritage, and the enduring spirit of Mulder.  As hull number 95 and the eleventh yacht in the celebrated Wheelhouse series, she holds a special place in Mulder’s heritage — not just for her elegant lines and gentleman’s-yacht character, but for being the very first Wheelhouse to be completed at the then-new Zoeterwoude shipyard.  When Strathearn's aluminium hull arrived at the freshly opened facilities on 20 December 2012, the yard itself was still finding its footing — quite literally, as the new asphalt hadn’t even been laid yet. She became the first yacht lifted by the 100-ton four-wheel steered boat lift, a defining moment in Mulder’s evolution.  By the time she was launched on 1 June 2013, the yard in Zoeterwoude had come to life — a purpose-built space spanning 7,000 m², designed to bring together every facet of craftsmanship, from construction to finishing and refit.  With her round-bilged aluminium hull, refined walnut interior, and timeless proportions, Strathearn embodied Mulder’s spirit: where engineering meets artistry, and where every detail contributes to a greater whole.  Soon after her delivery, Strathearn crossed the Atlantic to her new home in Islesboro, Maine. For twelve years she graced the pristine waters of Penobscot Bay, weaving unforgettable memories for her owners amid its wooded islands and timeless harbors. Maine’s coastal beauty — from the quiet anchorages off Islesboro to the bustling summer ports of Camden and Rockland — became the perfect backdrop for a yacht built to create lasting moments.  It is a testament to Mulder’s dedication to craftsmanship and reliability that Strathearn has remained in the care of her original owner ever since, a true reflection of the enduring bond between yacht and family.  Now, twelve years later, Strathearn returns to her birthplace. Departing from the US in September, she crossed the Atlantic aboard a superyacht transport vessel, arriving safely in Amsterdam on 25 October under the guidance of the Mulder 360º Service team. Her journey through the Dutch inland waterways to Warmond, nestled on the scenic Kagerplassen, marked a quiet homecoming — one that reconnects her to the craftsmen who first brought her to life.  As she enters a new chapter under Mulder’s care, Strathearn reminds us what enduring quality truly means: a yacht built to last, designed to inspire, and forever capable of crafting memories — wherever her next story unfolds.

It is a project that fully embodies the Maison spirit: opening the doors of nautical excellence to the talents of the future, offering them the opportunity to experience the passion, precision and innovation that distinguish the company firsthand. In 2025, the format, which is the only way of access to the company for recent graduates and undergraduates, expands with four events – two in spring and two in autumn – designed as immersive experiences that bring together university students, young professionals and managers from the Group. The spring and fall editions involved over 400 applications from 50 Italian universities and more than 100 young talents who, during the various events, took part in role-playing, group assessments and business cases.  The path towards an increasingly sustainable and participatory business model has also been formalized in the current Supplementary Company Agreement, which represents a first in the Italian nautical sector.  The agreement redefines corporate relations and responsibilities around three fundamental guidelines – innovation, sustainability and inclusivity – and introduces concrete tools to improve the quality of working life.  Training becomes a strategic pillar, parenthood is supported through dedicated welfare measures, while linguistic and cultural integration programs promote the inclusion of all employees, whether employed directly or through contractors. Among the most significant initiatives are the collective management of vacations and leave, fostering the sense of community and mutual support and the Family Care plan, which provides concrete measures for new parents and financial contributions for childcare services. All these actions express Sanlorenzo's desire to combine competitiveness and social responsibility, transforming the workplace into a true community of values.  Safety on the construction site is a core value for Sanlorenzo. This conviction gave rise to Safety Pause, an initiative designed to promote awareness and training on the culture of safety. The meetings, which began in 2024, combine testimonials, practical exercises, and moments of collective reflection. The October 2025 edition was dedicated to emergency management, with simulations of life-saving manoeuvres, also on paediatric mannequins, to make learning concrete. Safety Pause has become an identity-building event, a symbol of a shared commitment that strengthens the cohesion and awareness of everyone in the company.  All these initiatives demonstrate that at Sanlorenzo, putting people first is not merely an abstract principle but a daily commitment that takes shape through concrete and measurable actions. As a leader in the yacht industry, this achievement further strengthens Sanlorenzo’s vision of being a place where work becomes experience, community and shared value.

Sanlorenzo Arts Breathtaking by Fabrizio Ferri

As the curtain falls on Breathtaking, the inaugural exhibition at Casa Sanlorenzo, Sanlorenzo celebrates a milestone that extends far beyond art. Since its opening in September, the immersive installation by the Italian photographer Fabrizio Ferri has drawn thousands of visitors and captured global attention — establishing Casa Sanlorenzo as a new cultural landmark where art, design, and sustainability converge.  More than an artistic experience, Breathtaking is preparing the beginning of a broader cultural journey — one that continues in 2026.  ‘’We are proud to have opened Casa Sanlorenzo, a place that reflects our deepest values” said Massimo Perotti, Executive Chairman Sanlorenzo. “Inaugurating this space with Breathtaking was a powerful choice: the public’s response confirming how urgent and shared these issues are today. Through Sanlorenzo Arts, we continue to stand as advocates for a more conscious future — where luxury is not only about excellence, but about meaning’’.  Located in a restored 1940s villa overlooking the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute, Casa Sanlorenzo was conceived by the Maison and designed by Piero Lissoni as a space where design, dialogue, and environmental awareness intersect. Opened during Venice Climate Week and the Biennale Architettura 2025, the 1,000-square-metre venue with its expansive garden provides an extraordinary setting for exhibitions and interdisciplinary encounters exploring the relationship between art, sustainability and innovation.  Casa Sanlorenzo embodies the belief that true luxury lies not only in aesthetics and craftsmanship, but in fostering awareness, inspiring change and creating meaningful connections. It is a place where beauty serves a purpose — and where the future is imagined through collaboration and reflection.  Presented by Sanlorenzo Arts, Breathtaking transformed the silent rooms of Casa Sanlorenzo into a haunting meditation on ocean pollution. Through 13 large-scale portraits of leading public figures encased in plastic recovered from the sea, Ferri evoked both the suffocation of marine ecosystems and the fragility of life.  Visitors experienced the exhibition in silence through noise-cancelling headphones — an idea conceived in collaboration with Marina Abramović — while a central glass coffin filled with seawater symbolised both beauty and loss.  Over its three-month run, Breathtaking welcomed more than 5.000 visitors and reached many thousands more online, sparking reflection and dialogue across international media and social platforms. Described by visitors as “unsettling,” “necessary,” and “unforgettable,” the installation became a collective act of awareness and emotion — transforming Casa Sanlorenzo into a space where beauty became consciousness.  The closing weekend of Breathtaking bring together the Venetian community and guests from around the world. On Friday, 21 November, Casa Sanlorenzo will welcome its guests for a dockside reception in honour of the Madonna della Salute, celebrating the enduring bond between art, territory and tradition.  On Saturday, 22 November, Fondazione Sanlorenzo — the philanthropic foundation established by the Perotti family — will host a fundraising dinner in support of educational programmes for students from underserved island communities.  As Breathtaking draws to a close, Sanlorenzo reaffirms its long-term vision for Casa Sanlorenzo: to continue building a space where art challenges, design inspires and sustainability unites. Through this first chapter, the Maison has not only created a new cultural home in Venice but also set in motion a purpose-driven dialogue that will evolve in the years ahead — a journey in which art is not decoration, but conscience, and beauty becomes a force for change.
