Ferretti Group Opens Refurbished Riva La Spezia Shipyard

On the morning of Friday May 17, Ferretti Group officially opened its Riva shipyard in La Spezia in a ceremony attended by Chairman Tan Xuguang and CEO Alberto Galassi, as well as by local authorities and a delegation from Weichai, the Group’s longstanding shareholder.  The La Spezia production site now plays a crucial industrial role and employs over 750 workers on a daily basis, including 200 direct employees, representing a strategic centre for Ferretti Group in the area of the Ligurian and Tyrrhenian Seas.  The refurbishment covered both the production and management sections of the shipyard in La Spezia – where Riva yachts are produced – as well as the lounge area that offers hospitality to owners, captains and crew.  The total surface area of 64,000 square metres, with 33 berths on over 400 linear metres of docks, is made up of four industrial sheds with 21 production stations, plus another two sheds totalling 1,000 square metres dedicated to the painting process.  Work at the production centre, which now has photovoltaic plants and exclusive purpose-designed spaces like the Riva Lounge, is focused on seven Riva models from 76 feet to 130 feet. When fully operational, the site will make it possible to launch another 30 boats a year of up to 40 metres in length.  Located in an area of Regional Interest, the site aims to protect and respect the natural environment, as certified by Rina according to standards ISO 14001:20151 and ISO 9001:2015.  The Shipyard forms part of the “Miglio Blu” (Blue Mile) project to promote the local area and its excellence in yachting while respecting the surrounding environment.  After the excellent quarterly report just announced, the opening ceremony was an opportunity to see firsthand the shipyard’s new look with an audience of local and national authorities, and a key moment to take stock of the Group's achievements: Group Chairman Tan again confirmed his appreciation for the work of Ferretti Group management and renewed his confidence in the team of managers led by Alberto Galassi as they look ahead to the challenges of the years to come.

Frauscher Expanding Production Site

In order to meet the increasing demand for premium yachts, the Frauscher shipyard is expanding its production area in Ohlsdorf, Austria. With an investment of 4 million euros, the company is sending a clear signal for the future and its commitment to top quality and innovation.  More production space means more room for innovation. To meet high demand for the eFantom (developed in collaboration with the sports car manufacturer Porsche) and other models, Frauscher is expanding its production space by 855 m2. Following the completion of the new production hall by Planarium GmbH, the total production area is now around 4,100 m².  CEO Michael Frauscher: “As well as a focus on the very best design and technology, one of our key objectives is short waiting times. That is why we are making this investment of roughly 4 million euros.”  The Frauscher shipyard was established in 1927. Today’s production facility in Ohlsdorf, Austria, was constructed in 2012 and is one of Europe’s most modern shipyards. It combines shipbuilding, sales, marketing and controlling at a single location. Every step, every decision — all under a single roof. In 2016, the first expansion was already underway: a state-of-the-art paint cabin. Here, paintwork expert Roland Gruber and his team add the finishing touches to all Frauscher electric and motor boats – in the customer’s desired color and with no fewer than eleven coats. A new sprinkler system for the entire facility and photovoltaic panels on the new roof areas are evidence of the commitment to safety and sustainability.  The centralised structure at Frauscher offers the team the ideal working environment. By expanding the production facilities, it will create lots of attractive
jobs in the years to come. The Frauscher shipyard employs shipbuilders, electrical engineers, painters, carpenters and mechanics at its site. Over the years, the number of employees has risen from 30 to 80.  The Frauscher shipyard offers its own specialist training to ensure a supply of skilled staff, with about seven talented apprentices currently engaged in boat building and electrical engineering. After all, having sufficient highly trained staff is the only way to ensure the Frauscher design classics and stunning new innovations can continue to be manufactured 100 percent in Austria.

Greenline More Then 1000 Yachts

High-end motoryacht builder Greenline Yachts is stepping up its support for the concept of responsible yachting. The hugely successful Slovenian brand has been championing hybrid and electric propulsion for years, but it is raising the stakes with a series of new initiatives, including green awards for customers and sustainable building materials.  More than 1,000 Greenline yachts have been delivered since the yard first opened its doors in 2008. Driven by a passion for the sea and a determination to make yachting more sustainable, Greenline Yachts launched the Greenline 33 as its debut model, unaware they were crafting a bestseller. Within just two years, the Greenline 33 Hybrid was the world’s most popular 10m model.  More designs followed in quick succession: in 2011 it was the Greenline 40 Hybrid (211 hulls sold to date); a few years later there was a 48ft model, then the Greenline 39, the 45 and last year the Greenline 58 Fly. These last two ushered in a new era of design for Greenline Yachts, distinguishing between the Fly and Coupe styling. The flybridge models were an instant success, offering owners an elegant new exterior space up top. The Coupe, meanwhile, preserves the original sleek lines and delivers the maximum solar array. Today, the range runs to eight models from 39ft to 58ft LOA.  Very early on, shipyard owner Vladimir Zinchenko saw the merits of offering more sustainable propulsion options than the standard diesel engine. He developed the sophisticated 6G H-Drive serial diesel-electric powertrain, now in its sixth generation since 2008.  “Our customers have always wanted to immerse themselves in the natural world and preserve it at the same time,” said Zinchenko. “They want special moments with friends and family on the water but value ecological responsibility and a low impact on the environment. Our range of hybrid yachts allow them to do that, and we are seeing a sharp rise in enquiries as the market changes.”  But responsible yachting isn’t simply a matter of greener propulsion – the whole design ethos of Greenline Yachts is built around efficiency in the water. It starts with the “super-displacement” hulls of each model, which have been rigorously developed and tested to provide the smoothest ride, stability and efficiency at both lower and higher speeds. This gives the yachts impressive range and economy. Operating in highly efficient displacement mode at 4-7 knots, you could cover 20-25 nautical miles under electric power alone. For longer passages, engage the diesel engines to provide more range and up to 25 knots, also charging the batteries as you go. When you arrive at your destination, you can drop the hook and run the yacht in silent electric mode for days.  “Batteries cover 48 hours of aircon and hotel loads in all our yachts, without ever needing to start the engine or a generator. But if you’re not using aircon, your stay can be unlimited, because the solar panels recharge the batteries sufficiently for all other on board consumers.” says Luca Raumland, Chief Commercial Officer at Greenline Yachts. “Every yacht has a big expanse of solar panels, lithium batteries and inverter as standard, and there’s the option to add more for full off-grid autonomy.”  Greenline Yachts' philosophy of responsible yachting extends to the construction process as well. The high-tech foam sandwich used to strengthen the hull comes from recycled PET plastic. Lay-up is through vacuum infusion, ensuring very precise material use. Currently using exclusively vinyl-ester resin but, the yard’s technicians are experimenting with natural fibers and green resins in the lay-up of the yachts themselves.  The shipyard is also reducing waste and power usage on the production lines. Any offcuts of wood from the interior fit-out are collected and pressed into heating pellets, while leftover foam is reused by a neighboring company to produce home insulation. Production of single-use marketing materials has been almost eliminated and even then, it is clearly focused on recycled or sustainable materials.  “Navigating more than 250,000 miles on my own yacht, later working as a dealer for a sailing yacht brand, gave me a respect for our environment, but it also taught me about what boaters really want from a yacht,” said Zinchenko. “I have brought all that experience to bear in Greenline Yachts, assembling a skilled team to prove that you can build a beautiful yacht in a responsible fashion and still provide extreme comfort and a sense of total safety. We have done this by getting the very best out of our partners and suppliers.”  Greenline Yachts is also working on an annual Greenline Yachts award to recognize those owners who have made the biggest strides towards responsible yachting each year. For example, the awards will celebrate the owner whose yacht has generated the greatest amount of solar power over that year, as well as the highest number of electric engine hours.  It is all part of the Greenline Yachts philosophy of empowering owners to put sustainability at the core of their yachting experience. That is why Greenline Yachts makes sure that every new yacht it delivers is equipped with biodegradable green yacht wash that does no harm to the ocean, and that all its owner’s manuals are in digital form, not printed.

At least 60 Nordhavns are slated to converge in Poulsbo, WA, at the Nordhavn Owners Rendezvous, marking the largest number of Nordhavn yachts ever gathered. An additional dozen more boats will be represented by owners who are attending by land or air. The numbers easily top previous attendance records set at prior rendezvous in 2021 and 2022 with 37 boats and 48 boats respectively. The weekend will include educational seminars, dinners, and dock parties, but the centerpiece of the 2024 Rendezvous – as it is with any Nordhavn gathering no matter the size – is the intermingling of owners who will invite each other on their boats, swap stories and maintenance tips, and share in the delight of all things Nordhavn in general. The northwest owners rendezvous started in the 20-teens, a small convergence of Nordhavns that were in the PNW area, organized by N55 owners Kevin and Alison Jeffries. They dubbed their annual congregations NAPS for Nordhavns Across Puget Sound. The Jeffries got the ball rolling, but once they began world cruising, the baton needed to be passed. Cue N47 owner Jill Bernard, her husband, Don, and fellow N62 owner Bill Baker. The trio took the informal NAPS hangs and boosted them to full blown multi-day Owners Rendezvous with speakers and sponsors, and with this, the boat numbers doubled and owner participation tripled.  Since then the NOR has been an unmissable event for those owners who have the ability to make it, by boat or otherwise. Organizer Jill Bernard ponders the growth the event has undergone since taking over the helm in 2020. “A rendezvous is the perfect vehicle for a Nordhavn owner,” she said. “It encourages camaraderie and friendships which is the foundation of the Nordhavn lifestyle. In general, Nordhavn owners just really love to see each other!”  While other yachts tend to visit with each other at the dock, it’s not the case with Nordhavn owners. Since they typically are out cruising to parts unknown and rarely in their slip, it takes a bit of organization to get them to meet in the same place all at once. At this time of year, the PNW is littered with Nordhavns as they prepare for summer cruising to Alaska and British Columbia, and this certainly plays a part in the participation numbers. There’s no doubt the enjoyment of each other’s company is the biggest draw, but for many owners the NOR tends to be a hands-on research opportunity disguised as a three-day party. “It’s a chance to network, be exposed to the latest trends, and get advice from folks who have already done the reconnaissance,” said Bernard. Case in point: at this year’s event, a group of owners is coordinating an informal advisory sidebar on Alaska cruising.  Another perk unique to a Rendezvous is the opportunity to climb aboard so many different models. At this year’s Owners Rendezvous, 18 different Nordhavn models will fill slips at the Poulsbo Marina, from an N35 all the way to an N96. “It’s really fun getting to see how different everyone’s Nordhavn is,” Bernard muses. “As they say, if you’ve seen one Nordhavn, you’ve seen one Nordhavn!”  The chance to cultivate the adventure bug within and to see the world on their own time and by their own accord is why people buy a Nordhavn in the first place. But in the second place, they will tell you it’s to become a part of the legendary Nordhavn family. And for as long as that’s the case, the most popular cruising grounds for Nordhavns will be wherever the Owners Rendezvous is that year.

Release Boatworks Announces Acquisition of Gamefisherman

Release Boatworks, the New Jersey-based semi-custom sportfish manufacturer known for combining classic style with cutting edge technology and state-of-the-art materials, has announced the acquisition of Florida-based custom sportfish manufacturer Gamefisherman. In their new capacity, Gamefisherman will offer a line of custom sportfishing boats, ranging from entry-level charter vessels to Gamefisherman’s Gold Series line of high-end, fully custom vessels. Release Boatworks will continue to offer their line of highly popular and highly fishable semi-custom boats.  “About five years ago, we got together with the Gamefisherman folks to explore the possibility of establishing a mutually beneficial relationship,” said Jim Turner, Director of Release Boatworks. “Since both brands share the same Naval Architect, Erwin Gerards, it seemed like a perfect fit. As the idea evolved, our companies became more intertwined, and it seemed clear to us that joining forces was inevitable. Plus, Gamefisherman needed more room to keep up with demand, and Release had just purchased an additional 47 acres on the Egg Harbor River to accommodate expansion. This acquisition promises to redefine the landscape of custom boat building.”  The Gamefisherman brand is synonymous with unparalleled craftsmanship and heritage and holds immense significance in terms of identity and reputation within the fishing industry. That heritage represents not just the company's history, but also its values, craftsmanship, and dedication to excellence, passed down through generations. It symbolizes the trust and confidence clients place in them, knowing that their legacy of building quality vessels, which began with Mike Matlack and remains true to his vision, stands behind every project they undertake.  Brand heritage is the cornerstone of that credibility, distinguishing Gamefisherman from competitors and reinforcing the company’s commitment to superior design, construction, and customer satisfaction. It serves as a testament to the expertise and enduring legacy exemplified by the brand in the maritime world, instilling pride in both its team and their clientele as they continue to push the boundaries of innovation and craftsmanship in custom boat building.  “This strategic move represents a fusion of tradition and innovation, where the esteemed heritage and reputation of Gamefisherman will seamlessly blend with the dynamic spirit and forward-thinking approach of Release Boatworks, ushering in a new era of semi-custom boat building that embodies the best of both worlds,” Turner continued. “The semi-custom approach of Release Boatworks will unlock a new realm of possibilities, allowing for personalized touches and configurations tailored to your specific needs and preferences. This innovative approach will not only ensure a comparable level of quality to Gamefisherman's custom line but will also result in shorter construction times and more cost-effective options for the customer.”  This acquisition brings together decades of expertise under one roof. The renowned craftsmanship and attention to detail that has defined Gamefisherman's custom line of boats will now be infused into the semi-custom offerings of Release Boatworks as well, ensuring a level of quality and refinement that is second to none. Moreover, the heritage and reputation of Gamefisherman will serve as a beacon of trust and assurance for anglers exploring the offerings of Release Boatworks. Anglers who have long revered Gamefisherman's commitment to excellence can approach Release Boatworks with the same confidence, knowing that both brand’s principles of quality and performance are ingrained in every vessel.

Riva History at Cavallino Classic Modena

When talk turns to glorious heritages, style and beauty, Riva’s name is always heard. So it was only natural for the brand to be a partner at the exclusive Cavallino Classic Modena, the prestigious international Concours d’Elegance reserved for Ferrari road and racing models from all periods, held in Modena from May 17 to 19.  Now in its fourth edition, the Cavallino Classic Modena is an Italian expression of the famous Palm Beach Cavallino Classic Concours d’Elegance, which this year featured a magnificent Riva Anniversario. The Cavallino Classic Modena was held, as tradition requires, in Modena in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, the birthplace of Enzo Ferrari, the man who gave the world the Legend of the Reds and the Prancing Horse.  The event is dedicated to that brilliant businessman and his magnificent cars, in fact, and was held in the evocative setting of Casa Maria Luigia, the mansion created by chef Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore.  Riva rose to the occasion by bringing to Modena the new Riva El-Iseo, its first full-electric powerboat, which it displayed in the centre of the pond in the park at Casa Maria Luigia, and also scale models of legendary Riva boats.  Equally admired was the Riva prize of honour: the winner of the category “Best of show gran turismo – Finest GT Ferrari Modena 2024” in this Concours d’Elegance was presented with the iconic helm of the Aquarama.  The award ceremony took place on Saturday evening during a gala dinner at Massimo Bottura’s Osteria Francescana after the splendid cavalcade of the competition’s 25 cars through the centre of Modena.

Viking CEO Receives Prestigious Eddie Smith Award

Recognizing his industry leadership and significant contributions to marine conservation, the Center for Sportfishing Policy (CSP) honored Viking President and CEO Pat Healey last week in Washington with its Eddie Smith Manufacturer of the Year Award.  The prestigious accolade was given during the American Boating Congress Industry Lunch, hosted by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). Above: Pat and CSP President Jeff Angers holding the award (an antique sextant) along with last year’s winner, Joan Maxwell of Regulator Marine.  The Eddie Smith Award, named after the chairman and CEO of Grady-White Boats, was established by CSP to honor individuals who demonstrate excellence in both manufacturing and conservation in the marine industry.  Jeff gave a moving introduction before turning the mic over to Pat: “One man can make a difference, and Pat Healey has. All of us will remember the nightmare luxury tax, the pain it caused, and the dogged determination of the entire Healey family to right that wrong. All of us are living another nightmare today with the Biden administration pushing these vessel speed restrictions on the Atlantic.  We are all about teamwork here, but one man has made a difference uniting this industry like no one else could. As Viking Yachts celebrates its 60th anniversary, we recognize Pat not only for his industry prowess, but for his visionary approach that aligns closely with the values that Eddie Smith has championed for so long. Today as Pat guides the next generation of the Healey family in the boat building business, the legacy continues to intertwine family, innovation and stewardship.”  “Receiving the Eddie Smith Award – I’m honored, flattered and completely wowed,” Pat told the crowd of more than 225. “I want to thank my father [Bill Healey] and my uncle [Bob Healey] for being two of the founders in this industry who made it what it is today and who made me what I am today. I want to thank our 2,000 boatbuilders in the Viking Marine Group. And what I can assure you is that our family will keep pushing and keep doing the right things to make this a better industry. Because it's all I know – it’s all the Healeys know. This industry's done a lot for us. And we need to give back to it.”  As Pat wrapped up his speech, thanking his family and all who were in attendance, he rallied the crowd to stick together and continue the campaign to seek alternatives to the federal government's proposed 10-knot speed restriction along the Eastern Seaboard.  “Thank you for this great award,” said Pat. “I'll treasure this for life. It's a wonderful moment and I thank you all. And let's stay together and let's win this fight. We have no other alternative but to win. We have to get more people involved so we can protect our rights. Thank you for being part of this incredible industry. And let's go boating!”  The boatbuilder and sportfisherman received a standing ovation after his speech, which also touched on everything from early mornings at boat shows with his father, the NMMA’s valiant efforts fighting the speed restrictions, the great people in the marine industry and the need to work hard because “we build something people don’t have to have.” He also fondly recalled Eddie Smith taking him under his wing at age 17 at the Miami International Boat Show and “telling me about Grady-White Boats.”  Michele Goldsmith, Vice President and General Manager of the Soundings Trade Only Marine Group, who attended the ceremony and is pictured above right, was impressed to say the least.  “As he stated in his personal and impassioned speech to the industry, ‘We have to fight the good fight.’ Bravo, Pat! Your passion, leadership, and fearless approach to safeguarding our beloved industry are appreciated and truly commendable. Thank you for stepping up and tackling this challenge head-on.”

Project: Santasevera 52

Santasevera is a new brand coming from Italy, currently offering three projects with this 52 set to debut during the Cannes boat show 2024.  The Santasevera 52 is designed by Francesca Guida, who presents a very original design.  If you ask me, she looks like a lobster boat coming from the future, also thanks to the hard-top structure located further forward, and the going lower to the stern shear line, giving the Santasevera 52 a unique look.  Accommodation wise the Santasevera is mostly about outside and conceived as an open, with a cockpit which spans stern to about two-thirds of length forward; offering a central aft sun-pad, aft looking sun-lounger to starboard, C-shaped dinette with wet-bar galley opposite, and dual seat helm station to starboard.  The lower deck accommodation offers two cabins, with a forward master cabin central double berth, and twin berths at midships served by a spacious shower head to starboard, with an L-shaped lounger opposite.  The Santasevera 52 is to be powered by twin modestly powered Volvo 480hp with direct line shaft propulsion for top speeds up to thirty knots.

Sunseeker Yacht Loses Power Off Torquay

A fifteen meter Sunseeker sport yacht with five passengers onboard went black out and lost power when located over twenty nautical miles East of Berry Head off Torquay, United Kingdom on 12:42 hours of Sunday 26 May.  Crew from Devon responded to the call with the Exmouth all-weather lifeboat for an operation which took five hours to complete, including the tow of the sport yacht to Torquay.  Upon arriving on the scene the RNLI crew assisted the five passengers aboard the sport yacht who were all suffering sea sickness and then found out that the vessel went black out because of the automatic fire suppression system which was preventing the engines from operating.  Following this the Sunseeker yacht was eventually towed to Torquay in rather challenging three meter waves rough seas conditions.
The Sunseeker in this unlucky endeavor is a Predator 50 as produced from 2018 till 2020.  The Sunseeker Predator 50 came out as a replacement to the 485 San Remo, although in reality she was a different bigger yacht with more comfort and powered by shaft drives. In 2020 Sunseeker evolved the model into the Predator 55 Evo.

Sport Cruiser Jumps Off Trailer

An eight meter sport cruiser ended on top its Ford towing truck during its journey in Colchester, Vermont on the morning of Sunday 26 May.  The causes of the incident are that this sport cruiser was not strapped to its trailer, with speed and a hard break leading us to this scene.  An open canopy during road transport also does not help much during road transportation.  No one was injured in this collision with the damage not looking too serious considering all with an exception to the stern drive.  Such incidents seem to be very common in North America recently, although usually it involves smaller boats.
The sport cruiser in this accident is a Glastron GS 279 as produced between 2002 and 08.  The GS 279 was Glastron's flagship at launch, replaced by the GS 289 in 2009.
Glastron was founded in Austin Texas 1956, with the company changing ownership in 1987 to Genmar and then relocated to Minnesota, and since 2014 is owned by Beneteau Groupe.  Glastron became famous for building the Batboat for the 1966 Batman movie and then used in the TV series, and then for its boats appearing in the James Bond films Live and Let Die, and Moonraker.

Two People Rescued from Sinking Sunseeker 80 Predator

Two people where rescued when a 24 meter Sunseeker sport yacht tilted m/y Atlantis started to take on water three nautical miles off St Augustine Beach, Jacksonville, Florida on 11:37 morning of Saturday 25 May.  US Coast Guard sector Jacksonville responded to the distress call from Atlantis on channel sixteen, with assistance also coming from St. Johns Sherriff Office, St. Augustine Police Department, and St. Johns County Fire and Rescue who also transported one of the persons onboard to the Vilano Boat Ramp and then to a local hospital for minor injuries treatment. The causes of the sinking are under investigation though it is reported that the yacht struck a dredge pipe piling when under way, breaching its hull in the lower bow area with the collision and started to sink.  A navigational warning has been issued as the yacht is apparently still floating submerged, and currently a hazard with the owner instructed to organize a salvage.
M/y Atlantis is a 1999 Sunseeker 80 Predator as designed by Don Shead and John Braithwaite and produced from 1996 to 1999 in 21 units.  When released and for a year the 80 Predator was the Poole builder flagship model, and the largest production yacht build in the United Kingdom.  Sunseeker will replace the 80 Predator with the bit smaller 75 Predator in 1999.

Project: ISA Yachts Viper 120

ISA Yachts presents the new Viper line that renews the Ancona super yacht yard’s over twenty years of experience in the production of fiber glass build super sport yachts, which made the brand famous worldwide, and perfects it through new stylistic elements, excellent performance and flexible solutions to optimize the interior spaces. A new concept that once again accentuates the innate identity of ISA models by creating even sleeker and more defined lines though maintaining a fresh and contemporary style.  The ISA Yachts Viper line debuts the first collaboration with Fulvio De Simoni entrusted in the development of both the exterior and interior design, with naval engineering  carried out by ISA Yachts. The Viper line is to offer three models of 100, 120 and 140 feet, all made of composite with carbon reinforcements.  The first project presented here and just starting construction for a delivery n 2026, is the 38-metre 120 Viper.  The ISA Yachts 120 Viper will feature a reduced draft of under two meters suitable for shallow waters like the Caribbean Sea, and is to be fitted with triple MAN or MTU engines, for maximum speeds up to 33 knots and cruising at 26.  Laid out into three distinct zones, the cockpit is certainly the most representative area of 120 Viper, where at sea level, the stern beach club is equipped with a multifunctional ‘transformer’ bathing step ladder and gangway; climbing two side steps a large sun pad faces towards the aft and a lounge furnished with sofas and a coffee table. The two opening side balconies lend an extraordinary livability to this area. The third zone is dominated by an outdoor table which can seat up to eight people. The combined aft galley and bar is unmissable and the up/down tinted glass partition makes it suitable for both formal and informal occasions like show cooking and cocktail parties, as well as enclosed kitchen guaranteeing maximum screening from guests. To the left of the bar there is a staircase leading to the sun deck.  To maximize interior space, just one port-side walkway to the bow is provided on the port side, and amidships, close to the salon, another opening balcony allows to marvel at the view even from the indoor sofas.  At the bow there is a circular pool with sun loungers and sofas.  Entering, we are welcomed by a second combined bar-galley unit before reaching the bright salon, with opening floor-to-ceiling windows to fully enjoy the scenic views and furnished with semi-circular sofas and armchairs. A second ten-seater circular table completes the set-up.  The wheelhouse is located on the main deck forward, and to its left we find the staircase leading to the lower deck housing four double cabins with private bathroom and the owner’s cabin with double bathroom. The later comes with two different options: amidships to make the most of the full beam or in the bow with a large walk-in closet.  The sun deck, with carbon hard top, includes the second helm station as well as providing a private and versatile space for guests. Its layout features two large sun pads at the stern, a lounge area with sofas, an L-shaped bar and a twelve seater table.  The entrance to the crew quarters, which include three cabins with private bathrooms for four crew members and the captain, has been positioned near the galley to ensure maximum privacy and separation from guests.  The garage for the 5-metre tender is placed on the starboard side.
