Benetti Biggest Yacht in Cannes

Ocean Paradise is a 55 meters in aluminum and steel and it based on a consolidated and tested Benetti platform, yet rich with innovative contents, especially with regards to partitioning, interior design, decor and fitting out. With Ocean Paradise, Benetti gives further proof of their second to none capability in interpreting and adapting to Owner's requests. Many elements make this yacht an example of custom avant-garde solutions: from the furnishings to the highly elaborate illumination plan, with the use of novel architectural solutions and the combination of both transparent and opaque materials that emphasize the traditional relationship with the sea, or a more contemporary look and feel, as required. All this is coordinated and managed by BEST(Benetti Exclusive Sea Technology), the proven domotic system adopted by the yard aboard several vessels and very much appreciated by Owners and crew. The Benetti Ocean Paradise was also conceived to fulfill the specific need of the charter activities, but despite this is characterized by several notable one of a kind elements, such as the designer's research for solutions that guarantee communication between adjacent environments and especially with the sea, even while relaxing in the main saloon or lunch area. This was obtained by the intense study and development of the height of the opaque elements, and the adoption of Plexiglas and crystal materials, with the absence of bulwarks in the floor to ceiling windows in the salon. Minimalist, but never cold, and always connected with the sea: these were some of the guidelines given by the Owner for the development of this project. The Benetti team of interior and exterior designers interpreted the desires of the Owner, bringing it to an ideal fruition from both the technical and aesthetic/functional points of view.

Overmarine Mangusta in Cote D'Azur

The official inauguration of the Overmarine Group branch office in the Côte d’Azur was held last 31st July. Many people and Mangusta lovers attended the event, celebrating together with the managers of the company the new important and exclusive location. The new office is strategically located in Port Rayon, Golf Juan, nearby Cannes. All guests had the opportunity to admire a yacht of the Mangusta 105 series that was docked in front of the office. Mr Welch said both dealerships achieved the highest sales results across the Australia/New Zealand dealer network and deserved to be equally recognised for this achievement. R Marine Sydney’s dealer principal Michael Joyce commended his team for their positive attitude and continued commitment to the Riviera and Belize brands. The Service Excellence by a Dealership award was presented to one of Riviera’s newest dealers, R Marine Mandurah, located about 72 kilometres south of Perth, who over the past 18 months established a reputation for high quality service within their local boating community. R Marine Mandurah dealer principal Carl Segreto congratulated his team on their dedication and commitment to servicing Mandurah’s Riviera owners. Sun Reef Reinforces Position in the Middle East

Reflecting the growing interest in Sunreef Yachts in the Middle East, the company has announced their expansion into Bahrain - as a subsequent phase of the company’s plans for GCC expansion. After the 3 month presence of 70 Sunreef Power DAMRAK II in the Middle East, the shipyard decided to open in 2013 the first office in Dubai (UAE) which was the key step in spreading the brand and product awareness in this area. At the beginning of 2014 the company presented the most outstanding luxurious catamaran models including 90 Sunreef Power and Sunreef 165 ULTIMATE at the Kuwait Yacht Show and Dubai International Boat Show. Furthermore in March 2014 Sunreef Yachts organized a series of exclusive events held in 4 locations in the Gulf region during which the futuristic trimaran concept 210 Power Trimaran was presented - with 64 m in length and almost 1000 m2 living space that makes it the biggest vessel of this type on the market. The hightened interest of the local customers was certainly a reason for the opening of the new local office in Bahrain. Surrounded by the crystalline waters of the Persian Gulf, with a rich industry and relaxed cultural rules, "The Kingdom of the two Seas" is a fertile environment for the sale of Sunreef catamarans. At the same time, the Bahrain office will be a portal in which Sunreef Yachts will be able to showcase itself on the broad Middle East yachting market. The company`s vision is to fulfill a gap in the GCC's leisure marine market with truly unique luxury catamarans, offering much more than typical monohulls - ideal stability, exquisite custom luxury design, incredible space on board, speed, long range and low fuel consumption. The Sunreef Yachts business in Bahrain will be headed by Anna Nowotarska who is with the shipyard more than 5 years now.

Viking Summer Chores

While many Viking employees are taking advantage of the August plant vacation week, work around the facility continues at a record pace. Among the major projects under way has been the removal and replacement of the concrete pad surrounding Buildings 2 and 2N. Of course in the Viking tradition of building a better boat every day, the company has taken the same approach with the improvements. Thus, we have added radiant heating beneath the new concrete to prevent the buildup of ice during the winter, which will make it more convenient for the Travelift, as well as enhance the safety for our people. A special thanks to Bayview Nurseries and Garden Center of Northfield, New Jersey, for graciously supplying us with beautiful foliage for Building 1.

Viking Win Texas Legends

Bandit for the win! Bert Steindorf's Viking 82 Bandit won it all at the recent Texas Legends Billfish Tournament. With Captain Kevin Scott at the helm, the team released a blue marlin, three white marlin and four sails to top the leaderboard. Third Place was awarded to Cliff Thomas' Viking 68 Mine Time with four whites and four sails. Mine Time also led the Billfish Release category. The largest blue marlin released was on George Gartner's Viking 56 Legacy.

Viking Tami Ann Puts Charlie in the Bag

More than 80 boats fished the northeast's premiere tournament, the Tri-State Canyon Shootout in Block Island, Rhode Island. Topping the board was Frank Mazza's brand new Viking 55Tami Ann. Tami Ann angler Wade Baker brought a big eye to the scales that topped out at a record 278.5 pounds to claim Largest Tuna and the biggest paycheck in the tournament's history. Third Place Tuna was awarded to Scott Rhein fishing on Pete Rhein's Viking 56 Sneaky Pete with a 201 pounder. The Viking 61 Blue Eyes took the Tri-Fishecta and angler Jim Payliaro secured the top albacore spot with a 61.5 pounder. Third Place Billfish release points went to the Viking 45 Relentless thanks to angler Mike Tucci.

Viking On The Board

First event and a first place win! The Viking 62 Convertible showed up to her inaugural tournament with guns blazing for the Beach Haven White Marlin Invitational. Captain Brian Komer and his crew wasted no time in heading straight to the winner's circle with nine white marlin and the title of Grand Champion and First Place White Marlin Points. Viking 62 angler Bob Shomo, Vice President of Johnson & Towers, brought two whites to the scales to claim the First and Second Place Heaviest White Marlin. Congratulations to the Viking 64 Oil Slick for kicking off marlin season on the right foot. Oil Slick added more hardware to the trophy case with a First Place finish at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor Invitational Marlin Tournament. Captain Ryan Higgins, fishing on the Viking 70, led angler Lonni Rutt to a Second Place Angler award.

Viking Texas Blues

The Rockport, Texas, Bastante Tournament is not only in the books, it is in the Texas State Record Book! Captain Kevin Dearman found some fishy water and Viking 56 Legacy angler Richard Richardson, Jr., went to work. The crew thought they were fighting a shark but when the big beauty surfaced, they realized it was a blue marlin. Richard took about 20 minutes reeling her in while the crew spent more than double that to boat the fish. At the scales the number read 972 pounds, smashing the 26 year old Texas state blue marlin record. Congratulations to Legacy owner George and Donna Gartner for taking Top Boat, Legacy's Kevin Dearman on Top Captain and angler Richard Richardson, Jr., on a new state record.

New Model: Horizon V80

Horizon is pleased to announce the launch and delivery of the first V80 to a new owner in Taiwan at the end of July. The launch of V80 marks two milestones for Horizon, she is hull one of the new model but also the first over 24 meter private super yacht delivered to a Taiwan owner. The Horizon V80 is a cockpit style yacht and was re-imagined from the V72 model after listening to client feedback; increased interior volume and added a variety of amenities and features, such as the ability to accommodate three or four spacious ensuite staterooms and an internal stairwell from the salon to crew. On the exterior, Horizon incorporated a U-shaped settee for eight persons and dual sun-pads in the fore-deck, with the option for a Bimini top if desired, and the crew quarters also saw an increase in space. Horizon’s ability to customize a yacht is one of the main reasons the owner chose to build with the famous Taiwan builder, and he visited the shipyard and met with the in-house designers many times, both before signing the contract and during the build of the V80. Built for a first-time yacht owner, V80 first hull was titled “The One” and also features a number of custom items requested by the owner: a three stateroom layout below deck, with an oversize master; a mahjong area forward of the salon on the main deck; and the galley aft of the engines in lieu of a crew area. The owner liked the V80’s quality, design and performance, and the extra twenty feet plus beam also provided a functional space for his family, entertaining guests and business demands. Equipped with twin Man 1360hp engines the V80 cruises at 20 knots and tops out at 24 knots.

Magnum Marine New Web Site

It is always a pleasure to speak about Magnum Marine, and now the World famed very exclusive US builder presents a new web showroom taking you into its unique universe. Magnum started up in 1966 Miami, Florida and was one of the half a dozen fast boat builders founded in the sixties and seventies by Don Aronow. For the record Donald Aronow was the creator of the famed Thunderboat Row in Miami where Magnum is still located, and his other founded companies are Formula in 1961, Donzi in 1964, Cigarette in 1970, and Aronow Powerboats in the eighties and all his companies revolved around the deep vee underwater shaped hull for the most part designed by Jim Wynne and Walt Walters. The Aronow Hull Jim Wynne design was similar in concept to the Ray Hunt 1958 deep-Vee, but was revolved towards more high performance. In 1968 Don sold to Apeco, and eight years later in 1976 Marchese Filippo Theodoli took over Magnum from the US firm to transform its legacy into a status symbol sport yacht builder. Filippo Theodoli idea was to keep with the super fast sea worthy deep vee 24 degrees hull, but add to it a bullet proof construction, and the luxurious comfort associated of a yacht fifteen meters or more in size. The Italian vision was complete a year later presenting the first and largest open Sport Yacht over fifteen meter of the period the Magnum 53 Maltese in 1977, which subsequently was delivered in over fifty examples in a production run lasting till 1995. Following the 53, Magnum continued to present other cruisers; the 45 and 40 and in 1984 it continued to push the sport yacht size limit presenting the 63 Sports with lines by Pininfarina, in 1989 the 70 also by Pininfarina, and the 80 again at the hands of the Italian firm in 2000. Driven by Filippo Theodoli the 63 went on to do the impossible by winning the Miami Nassau Miami for three times in a row with a diesel powered sport yacht, reaching speeds over eighty mph, and beating smaller faster boats thanks to its consistent speed in rough waters. Filippo died in 1990, and today Magnum is managed by wife Katrin, and son Giovanni who produce a limited customized two boats a year of the current six models from 44 to 100 feet. The flagship of the range the 100 is currently in advanced planning stages, with the current largest Magnum still being the 80, which was delivered in two units so far. Micheal Fiore 1970 - 2014

A boating accident Saturday during the Shootout competition has taken the life of Michael Fiore, 44, who died the Tuesday evening of 26 August at University Hospital in Columbia after developing complications from surgery. Fiore was the throttle-man in the 42-foot catamaran Outerlimits that flipped multiple times during a run down the mile-long course about 10:30 a.m. Saturday near Captain Ron’s. He was owner of the Bristol, R.I.-based Outerlimits Offshore Powerboat Company.  Fiore and Joel Begin, the boat’s driver, were extricated from the badly damaged boat by emergency crews. Fiore was airlifted to Columbia, and Begin was taken by Lake Regional Hospital and later released.  Initial reports listed Fiore as in critical but responsive condition after the accident.  A report from the Missouri Highway Patrol after the accident says the crash was caused when the boat lost control at high speeds due to wind interference.  Frank Sciacca, general counsel of Outerlimits, released a statement saying the entire Outerlimits family is devastated by the loss of its friend and leader of the company. Fiore founded Outerlimits in 1993.

Project: Sciallino Sc 27 Ventisette

This size has always been the bread and butter of Sciallino, and now continuing its new course presents an important entry level project. Designed as all the new line by Luca Maschera the Sc 27 Ventisette follows a similar line to its larger new other 30 and 36 sisters, with traditional Ligurian Gozzo Italian fishing boat lines coupled to a planning Vee shape hull. The Sc 27 is a two cabin cruiser which sleeps three in two cabins, forward and at midships. Its living area is on the main deck, with a galley behind the helm to starboard, and a relaxing sofa to port side. For a nine meter cruiser the Sc 27 will offer some important details some typical to the traditional inspired Gozzo cruisers, as safe side decks, others not so much as the fully enclosed patio door closed cabin house on the main deck. Three engine options are available for the Sc 27, single Mercury diesel 260hp or VM 350hp, or twin 170hp again from Mercury diesel.

New Launch: Benetti 56 meter FB260

The style of Italian yacht design masters, the Benetti boatyard's technological prowess, and the owner's magic touch of the East combine to create FB260 a 56 metre yacht whose class is matched only by its outstanding performance. A yacht build of a steel hull and aluminium super structure, the 56-meter super yacht is built on a time-tested naval architecture platform with proven dependability in previous yachts. For Lady Candy, this platform was partially modified with the re-positioning of the wheelhouse on the sun deck and the associated widening of the beam. “Lady Candy” combines interior spaces worthy of a 56-metre vessel with outstanding performance, including a maximum speed of nearly 17 knots, comfort which translates into stability, and almost zero associated vibrations and noise. With naval design from Benetti together with styling from Captain Paul Brackley's Central Yacht Design Studio, the exterior lines of “Lady Candy” have a clearly contemporary feel without diminishing the timeless elegance Benetti yachts are known for. The 962-tonne vessel is majestic yet streamlined, with the five decks highlighted by a harmonious movement stemming from the contrast of the long bands of tinted windows at the upper decks against the white hull. The expert owner is from Asia and is a great enthusiast of the sea and diving. He plans to enjoy Lady Candy together with his family and friends. The owner played an active role in the design of his yacht; he had a particularly strong impact on the interior layout which was custom-designed for him by Central Yacht. For example, the owner explicitly requested that the interiors be given priority over the exteriors, creating an enormous and exciting main saloon that covers 88 squared meters of the main deck; he also had his and his daughter's cabins moved to the upper deck to maximize privacy. The owner was also directly involved in the interior styling and furnishing, which was designed by Central Yacht and the USA interior architecture firm BAMO. The interiors are simple and welcoming. Briar root wood predominates and is combined with soft colours like lilac and jade, reflecting an "international" aesthetic that unites the East and West. For example, since the owner is a diving and underwater enthusiast, the opportunity could not be passed up to locate a fully equipped beach club, complete with bar, gymnasium, steam shower, bathroom and living area right next to the swimming platform, including separate entrances for guests and crew. In terms of performance, Benetti FB260 enables sustained speeds and optimal cruising comfort. Maximum speed is approximately 17 knots, while cruising speed is 16 knots. Fuel-economy speed is 12 knots, with a range of 5,000 nautical miles.

New Model: Broom 430

Its always nice to see Broom pushing the design in the British aft cabin motor cruiser style. Since relaunched in 2011 Broom have been on the upswings of things presenting two totally new models sub eleven meters, an important size for the first time buyer, and now presents this new 430 representing its core market in both size and design. The 430 is pure Broom British aft cabin cruiser, and does not change the World in the looks of its type, but it is surely an important move forward which has been waiting a long time to arrive. There is the modernity in the two cabin interior, and some important options as the hard top in the exterior, which is sending an important message to buyers who want to have an all year round cruiser capable of navigating both inland waterways thanks to the low height, and offshore. Options will be also important inside in the 430 with three optional layouts; standard extended saloon, optional split galley, and dinette layout. Project: Prestige 420 S

The combined experience of Prestige design office; Jernej Jakopin, JP Concepts, and Garroni helped to design the project of the new 420 S. As all Prestige the 420 S combines large internal volumes, and integrate IPS pod drives for offering easy low speed harbor maneuvering. The Prestige 420 S strikes for original plan details in this size but something the French builder has already shown in its bigger models as the 450 series. The astern galley, and the separate entrance for the two cabins to fore and midships, are unique interesting details in this size range. Prestige with the 420 S follows a winning formula with an open and bright living main deck, and a lower floor fully dedicated to the two cabins. Power will be standard Volvo 300hp or twin 370hp units with propulsion being the Volvo forward looking dual propeller IPS pod drives. Max speeds estimates are 33 knots with the large engine option.

New Model: Pershing 70

Pershing and its always standing designer Fulvio De Simoni has always been a brand which makes subtle forward movements in its careful but yet future looking designs. Yet this just launched 70 seems to bring a novelty at Pershing, coming from the buttresses which integrate into the aft deck from the hard top. It's an interesting design elements which reminds me of the Pershing 88 and 76 models. Two things will be worth to note. Will this be copied as when Pershing introduced the rounded integrated wind screen back in the early nineties, and will we see this in other models. I think it all depends how much this model will sell. On the inside the Pershing 70 continues the evolution design of the brand with a main living on the main deck and three double cabins below in the standard deck plan. A two double cabin plan with only the forward VIP suite, and the owners midships stateroom is also available. In this layout the third cabin is replaced by an L-shaped saloon. The galley is located below, while a crew cabin is located at midships in between the engine room and the owners cabins. Power is twin 1623hp MTU engines with surface drives. Top speed estimates are wide open throttle of 44 knots and a cruise of 39, which give a range of 265 nautical miles.

New Model: Revolver 44GT

Revolver Boats has just launched a new product: the 44GT. High performance and all-Italian design result in an innovative sport cruiser-boat reminiscent of details from the high end automobile world. The core concept underlying the new 44GT is the idea of transferring the qualities of a grand touring car to the sea. The result is an elite, high performance cruiser with exciting lines, comfort and safety, and an optimal range for long crossings. The Revolver 44GT showcases a unique and revolutionary mix of power and cruise, under the banner of sophisticated design. The new Revolver 44GT is first and foremost a powerful, high performance boat. However, it is not a "normal" powerboat; it is an impressive display of raw power and speed, great range, functionality, and comfort. The GT has distinctive features throughout including the rear air vents with “shark” cut reminiscent of high-end cars from the 1960s and the bow with LED lights built into the protective and powerful fender rail that defines the profile.  The exteriors are by Alberto Mancini AM Yacht Design, a young but already acclaimed Italian designer who developed also the interiors and represent an evolution over the 42R designed by Michael Peters Yacht Design firm.  Mancini introduced new stylistic elements to ensure the 44GT is even more innovative and cutting edge, emphasizing that dynamic quality, referencing car design in the exterior lines as well as interior details. The interior layout focuses on the large central structure that houses the control panel and helm station. This has been significantly modified from the sporty 42R for a new sense of symmetry and sophisticated convenience. The separate captain and co-driver seats are custom designed with a sporty carbon look and are both comfortable and functional. The ergonomic central console between them houses the control panel, including large, latest-generation Garmin touch-screens instruments for easy and safe navigation. The helm station has an integrated dual monitoring system, for greater security, that also interfaces with the navigation screens. And of course, there is an iPad dock station that controls the multi-zone HI-FI system for the different areas of the vessel. Behind the helm station there are four passenger seats that pick up on the aesthetics of the captain and co-captain chairs.  Another key feature of the 44GT is air conditioning operated thanks a five Kilowatt generator, no minor detail for a boat whose distinctive elements include a spectacular glass roof as well as a rear glass door that opens up  and hides away in the engine room. This whole operation happens only in few seconds, by remote control in a practical, fast manner.  Below deck, in the bow area, there is a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed by folding down the table, as well as a kitchen and minibar. A surprising feature is the spacious bathroom with rain shower, and  an unusual high ceilings for this class of boat. The sporty look is perfectly mirrored by the high performance of the Revolver 44GT equipped with two diesel Cummins engines of 550hp each paired with Arneson Surface Drives. These ensure great agility and flexibility and exceed a maximum speed of fifty knots in total comfort and safety. A surprising feature is the long range spirit of the 44GT able to cruise at 40 knots with low consumption: averaging one hundred liters per hour.  The 44 GT sophisticated construction, imparts the utmost in structural rigidity while minimizing weight, is noteworthy. The hull, roof, and all the structural elements floor, struts, and bulkheads are vacuum molded. The resin is vinylester; with lamination in a sandwich of Corecell, E-glass bi-axial glass-fiber fabric. Stiffeners are placed along the major structural members with unidirectional and multi-axial carbon fabric. The hard top is structural carbon, with exposed bulkheads making a style raw statement.

Project: Outer Reef 530 Trident

Outer Reef Yachts announces the launch of an exciting new model range, the Trident Series. This new series boasts a notable departure from Outer Reef’s classic product lines that have come before her. Developed in cooperation with Setzer Yacht Architects, the Outer Reef Trident Series embodies a unique synthesis of stylistic innovation, technology and functionality. The attractive plumb bow hull design, chic styling elements, and new length options are introduced with the 530 model. The series also offers superior performance, heightened speeds, and enhanced fuel efficiency, representing only some of the many features that lend to her appeal. In addition, the Trident Series will maintain the valued benefits of safety and efficiency, and as the other Outer Reef will be built to CE Category A-Unlimited ocean category. With these valued attributes, and born from market demand, twelve Outer Reef Tridents have already been ordered from plan and rendering designs prior to her official launch. The first 530 will make her world debut at the 2015 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The Outer Reef Trident Series, as a production series, will uphold Outer Reef Yacht’s high quality manufacturing and customer service, while yielding two things: an attractive price point well below the competition, and an enhanced specification. Differing from the company’s previous semi-custom product lines, the series offers her owners the flexibility of three attractive interior palettes including modern, transitional, or traditional elements, in combination with three layout configurations. The innovative features of the new series continues to impress throughout the engine room, equipped with twin Cummins 550hp engines and pod drives as standard, which allows the 530 Trident to cruise economically, comfortably and safely at 10 knots, with a fast cruise speed of 18-20 knots and attain a top speed of 28 knots. Cruising speed and efficiency is greatly increased by a newly designed hull, that performs like a planing hull at a higher speed, yet is very stable and seaworthy at slower speeds with her patented Tri-brid semi-displacement design. Even with resin infused technology, which guarantees perfect resin to composite ratios for weight savings, the 530 Outer Reef Trident Series still weighs in at over 26 tons at half load. This is a robust displacement for a yacht of this size, hinting a solid construction a quality for which Outer Reef Yachts has garnered a fame for. The new 530 Trident will pave the way for additional length offerings including larger 650 and 750 models.

New Model: Baglietto 46m

The new Baglietto 46-metre displacement yacht was launched yesterday at the shipyard in La Spezia, the first unit of the new displacement yacht range, by the famed legendary Italian yacht builder. Baglietto 46m will be the protagonist at Cannes and Monaco yacht shows during September. The technical launch was performed at the presence of the workers, craftsmen and management of the shipyard who greeted the yacht with emotion, being it the very first among five vessels within 43 and 54 meter range, currently undergoing construction at the shipyard. The design of the new 46-meter displacement yacht is created by Francesco Paszkowski who conceived both the exterior profiles as well as the interiors. The interior design has been developed in co-operation with Margherita Casprini, architect. This sophisticated and outstanding yacht can be inserted within Baglietto new product range, yet maintaining the traditional features of Baglietto motor-yachts such as, for example the combination of slightly squared lines with lines being more winding and more gentle.A wide beach club of about 25 square meters characterizes the yacht stern while the bow area represents the location of a 5,50 meter tender as well as of a rescue boat. The interior spaces are outstanding, and are characterized by harmonious contradictions between features inspired by the purest minimalism and by Nature, in a mixture of dark and light colors, thus creating an atmosphere of sophisticated elegance.

blogger - At It Again

The Italian nautical industry is at it again, with the new UCINA president, San Lorenzo boss Massimo Perotti, having a big challenge to what regards the project to make the Genoa boat show to what it was up until 2009. The main challenge this time around is coming from Azimut-Benetti Group who after advising that they where still thinking about participating in Genoa, confirmed that they will not take part in the 2014 edition.
Azimut statement for this is fairly understandable, as it stands the Italian market is only 3% of its over six hundred million Euros of sales which regarded the 2013 year. Azimut declared that it will concentrate on the always and more international challenged Cannes show.
Surely the Genoa boat show, and UCINA have to think about there own ship, and the good news is that exhibitors numbers are up by 25% and Cranchi for example is returning to the show, after not participating in recent years. It will be an interesting view of Genoa without Azimut, but this show in my opinion have never been about one brand. In reality as a five time attendee to the show, it was mostly about the medium sized family run companies which help elevate the show and give it a unique identity.
Genoa is very different to the British or Southampton and London shows, where if a situation arises that one of Princess, Fairline or Sunseeker is missing, these shows gets classed to a category B. I think the real flavor of Genoa and the same story applies to the other big shows; Cannes, Dusseldorf, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami is about the international flavor of the show and the mixed variety one finds at it. May be Azimut-Benetti is missing an important note, and is impressive in my experience at boat shows how much that more expensive semi custom boat sometimes gives a hand to close a sale for the more celebrated better marketed brand.
