Ferretti Wins Most Innovative Award

Ferretti Yachts, the iconic brand of the Ferretti Group representing the excellence of Made in Italy boating industry, has been awarded with an important international prize, celebrating one of its most recent jewels. The flagship Ferretti Yachts 960 has been awarded as the “Most Innovative” yacht during the Gala organized on the occasion of the “World Yachts Trophies” Award, assigned by the French publisher Luxmedia Group at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2014. At the awarding ceremony, which took place on 13th September at the enchanting plage of the Intercontinental Carlton hotel in Cannes, the flagship Ferretti Yachts 960 has been awarded with the Innovation prize in the category including the best models presented in 2013 and 2014 between 80 and 120 feet. The panel decided to assign this important award to Ferretti Yachts 960 specifically for the introduction of the aft floodable garage, which allows launching the tender in an extremely easy and safe way. Thanks to this system, which does not require the use of a davit, allows the guests to enjoy wider spaces and makes the operations of the crew easier. This much-appreciated innovation has contributed to the positive sales trend of this model. 8 hulls have been sold in just one year, therefore leading the Group to install this solution on the latest models presented in Cannes. For example, on the brand new Ferretti Custom Line Navetta 28, further enriched by the Dual Mode Transom, the double movement door, which is an exclusive patent by Ferretti Group. The award obtained at the “World Yachts Trophies” by Ferretti Yachts 960 joins the Motor Boat Awards 2014 in the “Custom Yachts” category, the award received in January on the occasion of the London Boat Show. This success confirms the international appreciation for this yacht, resulting from the collaboration between Studio Zuccon International Project, AYT&D - Advanced Yacht Technology, the R&D department of the Group, and Centro Stile, which perfectly matches elegance, sportiness and remarkable performance with an innovative distribution of spaces and a cutting edge design.

Riva New Custom Steel Range is Born

“Building in fiberglass is undoubtedly easier than building in wood. Building well, though, is difficult.” Paraphrasing this statement made by Carlo Riva in the late 1960s by replacing the word fiberglass with the word steel would be enough to summarize the inextinguishable drive that has always pushed the iconic brand of worldwide yachting towards the future and innovation, heading for perfection. Because this is Riva's DNA: it was in the past as much as it is in the present. Today, the brand has chosen one of its most beloved locations, Montecarlo, and particularly the charming Aquarama Lounge, on the terrace of the Yacht Club de Monaco, to announce that it is ready to seduce the world once more, making its debut in a market segment to which its reputation has naturally led it and to which it has ideally always belonged. Riva is announcing the creation of its new full custom line in steel, which, starting off with a first 50-meter long project, followed by a second 68-meter yacht, will develop further over the next few years to include a range of crafts up to 100 meters in length. Between the 1960s and the 1970s, Eng. Carlo Riva, through his Yacht Division, had started to 'think big' - first by cooperating with Northern European shipyards and building the famous “Caravelle” and “Atlantic” M/Y series; then establishing a historic partnership with CRN, thanks to which six motor yachts exceeding 20 meters in length in the “Marco Polo” series and two 90-foot and 100-foot “Vespucci” crafts were built between1970 and 1978. Today, his project turns into reality. And the baton, in this relay, has ideally been taken by 'his' Riva company, now a member of the Ferretti Group.

Viking On The Go

The Viking Yacht Company was abuzz this week as the annual Dealer Meeting coincided with the 50th Anniversary Gala at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Monday kicked off the busy week with a welcome dinner for Viking Yacht dealer principals hosted by Bill and Patrick Healey. Tuesday morning brought a packed house to the business portion of the meeting with Viking's dealer network absorbing a wealth of information and new technology during the session. When the group broke, they bee lined to the docks and jumped on the spectacular fleet of Vikings that was waiting to greet them. Gray skies and gusty winds couldn't hold back the dedicated dealer network as they climbed aboard the boats and spent the day on sporty seas off Atlantic City. Skies were questionable when guests moved in for the cocktail and yacht viewing party but when the first model cruised down the dock, the sun and smiles broke out. The yachts strutted down the runway and concluded with the eagerly awaited Viking flagship, the 92 Enclosed Bridge. Over 300 people attended the gala dinner and everyone reveled in the telling of Viking history through colorful tales of the early days which were interrupted only by roars of laughter. Rudy Dalinger, Production Engineer, was recognized as Viking's longest tenured employee, hitting the 50 year mark this past September 2nd. A celebratory cake was brought out and Viking founding fathers Bill and Bob Healey,Sr., surrounded by their families, sliced the dessert for their customers, boat builders and friends in attendance. The night ended on a high note with the Viking Yacht Company lighting up the Atlantic City skyline. t didn't end there! The week continued with a steady stream of customers and sales professionals touring the Viking manufacturing campus. The tour's highlight was a trip to the sleek yet luxurious 75 Motor Yacht floating at the docks. Atlantic City also stayed busy with over 60 Viking sea trials completed during the week.

Viking Gives Vote

Former chair of the Coast Guard Committee, Congressman Frank LoBiondo, visited the Viking Yacht Company this week. After touring the New Gretna facility and taking time to talk with Viking employees, Congressman LoBiondo spoke about his staff's efforts for the recreational fishing and boating industry. Representative LoBiondo is working to ensure that we have pragmatic reform of the Magnuson Stevens Act, our nation's primary fisheries law. He also has introduced legislation (HR4005) to support a continued exemption for recreational vessels on incidental discharge of water.

Viking Progress Report

The ongoing project to enclose and enjoin Viking's manufacturing building is continuing on schedule. Plenty of behind the scenes detail work is completed like the underground utilities installation. Siding, trim and gutters are in place and the windows will be next. With the cool weather just around the corner, the crew is preparing to pour the first layers of concrete.

New Model: Riviera 6000 Sport Yacht

The new 6000 Sport Yacht from Riviera takes the mantle as the most European looking of all the models from the down under boat builder, making a huge statement on the type of clients it wants to attract.  Taking the flagship role and replacing the 5800 of the Sport Yacht range, the 6000 is a fully enclosed hard top express, which makes the main deck the living part of life on-board. Latest design trends and more abound on the 6000 Sport Yacht. For example its aft deck rewrites the plan in a very original layout, with two settees; an L-shape dinette to port and chaise lounge to starboard located in a mezzanine looking outwards style. Originally the stern bulk head is reserved as a spacious barbecue wet bar area.  Inside we have an astern galley, C-shape dinette to port with sofa opposite, and a helm-station to starboard. Below deck space abounds on the 6000 Sport Yacht and presents a three double cabins three shower heads standard plan, or a four double cabin three heads optional layout. The fourth double bunk cabin located to port side takes space from a C-shape settee as featured in the standard plan. Very interesting is also the working room located in between the midships full beam owners cabin, and the engine room of which it features direct access. The Rivera 6000 Sport Yacht is twin Volvo 725hp powered, with IPS pod propulsion. Max speeds are 31 knots, with a 28 cruise, this giving a range of 268 nautical miles.

Project: Storm S-65

Storm Yachts from the Netherlands continues to fill its line up with interesting distinctive models. The S-65 is the third in a line-up which starts and with the just launched X-53 and expands up to one hundred feet. The X-65 model which is currently in construction in Holland features a fast displacement hull and is to be available in two different versions; wheelhouse and fly-bridge option.  The flybridge version adds an extra open air lounge up top plus a second helm station. Top speeds will be a max of 22 knots and standard engines are twin Cats 715hp engines with ZF pod drive propulsion.

New Model: Elan 30 Power

Following the style of its predecessors 35, 42 and 48, once again Tony Castro manage to design a hard top family sports cruiser of recognizable sports lines, the Elan 30 Power. With just under ten meters in length and a generous beam, Elan Power 30 offers a large cockpit with galley, equipped with a variety of options: gas or electric cooker, and or grill plus an eighty liters fridge. A comfortable settee of a modern design accommodates up to six adults. With a fold-able table and an extra cushion the settee is convertible into a huge sunbed. One of the most prominent features of the deck design is a navigatorium, positioned on the starboard side of the helmsman, offering abundant space for charts. The hull of the Elan Power 30 is balanced to provide both excellent seaworthiness and enough volume to host interior spaces. Among a variety of engine options, Volvo twin 220hp configuration tested on the prototype gave the max speed of 37 knots. Thanks to the technology of laminating joints, predominantly between elements positioned within the hull, as well as the joint of hull and deck, this boat is compact enough to endure extreme weather conditions. Below deck, Elan Power 30 features standing headroom throughout. Interior of Elan Power 30 is not only equipped with modern furniture finished in oak wood, but is also very practical. The galley is divided into two working surfaces. The effect of comfort and spaciousness is intensified by two saloon ceiling openings, allowing a lot of natural daylight to enter the saloon. Two very spacious cabins, both with double berths, can accommodate four persons. Wardrobes and hanging cabinets of the front cabin are suitable for storage of personal belongings. Another luxury feature is certainly the head approachable from both master cabin and the saloon.

Project: Sunseeker 65 Manhattan

Sunseeker presents the project for a new 65 Manhattan model, with those of you being around at the currently held Southampton 2014 boat show able to see and touch hull number one. That means a lot of light inside, even when you do not want it! She will be a four double cabins three heads arrangement below motor yacht. The fourth cabin gets the small size for being a twin bunk berth.  In the main deck Sunseeker presents a two step split level saloon, with an enclosed galley located behind the helm as standard. A more US style open version is also available. Interestingly Sunseeker who is usually the first of the Brits to adapt Mediterranean design trends  has so far not gone into the astern galley concept on any of its yachts.  Worth of note in the 65 Manhattan will also be an incredibly spacious flybridge. Power will be four engine choices with the most note worthy being the twin Volvo 900hp on IPS1200 forward looking pod drives.  The 65 Manhattan is so far the largest Sunseeker on pod drives. Caterpillar Marine unveiled new power ratings for the Cat C175 propulsion engine for commercial vessels at the 2014 SMM Exhibition, held September 9-12 in Hamburg, Germany. Designed specifically as a high speed power solution for commercial applications including ocean going and harbor tugs, the C175-16 propulsion engine is now available with ratings up to 3467hp at 1800 rpm. The new ratings extend Caterpillar Marine's high-speed engine power range beyond the company's already industry-leading 3516C HD engine. Cat C175 engine platforms with the new ratings are available to order now from the global Cat dealer network. Ideal for large, high speed commercial vessels, the C175 engine utilizes proven ACERT™ technology to optimize turbocharging and aftercooling. New Model: Absolute 58 Navetta

It's definitely exciting times again at Absolute, as the North Italian boat builder headed by Gobbi and Maggi presented at the end of August its new 58 Navetta.  A new model which represents a challenge and a fresh chapter into the Absolute story, and its entry into the medium-long range explorer yacht sector. For those following Absolute in recent years they definitely know this is nothing new for the Italian boat builder, who still goes on the record books as having its full line of fifteen models all powered with the Volvo IPS pod drive system.  A huge believe in Volvo's forward looking pod drives system which has characterized the boat builder since 2006, and the launch of the Absolute 56 STC. The Absolute 58 Navetta is an explorer which puts the Mediterranean style of layout and function. Saying it simple you would not find anything missing from your planning boat into the 58, in reality you will find more, as the 58 Navetta has a feeling of being a much larger yacht then it actually is. The interior layout offers a split level saloon with galley to starboard in the raised part behind the helm station. Below is three double cabins all served with a private head, and includes a full beam owners cabin which is one of the largest for a seventeen meter yacht. To aft is also a crew cabin sleeping two and served with its private shower head. The 58 Navetta features an IPS dedicated semi displacement hull and can be powered by engine choices of twin Volvo 435hp or the large 625hp units.  Hull one was equipped with the large Volvo's and gave interesting max speed of 25 knots at light load and a cruise of 18 knots.

Project: Dominator D26 M Ilumen

Since Wolfgang Pernsteiner took over Dominator, the company has been making important forward movements to become the elite yacht builder. Now in recent days Dominator has been showing this innovative D26 M Ilumen project on the background of its website. Designed by Alessandro Mancini the D26 M Ilumen seems a break through innovative project from Domintor not only in the looks, layout, but also in the technical side. Dominator will be giving full details of this project during the Cannes show, but as an appetizer I can tell you that the D26 M Ilumen will feature an innovative power system with four modes, a master cabin forward on the main deck with 270 degrees views, and one of the largest flybridge in its size. At this stage we can only say to Dominator to bring the D26M Ilumen on, that is from project to reality.

Web: Abati New Web Site

Italian builder, Abati Yachts presents its new World wide web virtual showroom. Founded in 2004 by Alessandro Patrizi, Abati started as a story of the past. Looking for his own boat, Patrizi chooses a lobster looking Traditional Cruiser from Austin Parker, and its top of the range 42 model. Hearing in a later stage that the Tuscany Austin Parker was in financial trouble decides to take over the building premises, but to leave the brand name to the owners mostly because of his idea in constructing bigger boats. In 2013 the Abati firm was purchased by a major business group. Abati will go on and build traditional inspired down East lobster cruisers and yachts with the 55 Portland being its first to launch model. The 55 looking very classic outside had important innovations mostly to what concerns its layout, which had an all separate entrance three cabins, which is still a unique feature in its size today. The second Abati was the 46 Newport took a more modern approach.  Today Abati builds four models; 46 Newport, 55 Portland, 58 Eastport, and its flagship the 60 Keyport. The new Abati Yacht virtual showroom is available in English and Italian language and takes you around with the following buttons; Shipyard, Press Room, News and Events, Dealers Networks, Catalogues, and Contacts.

New Model: Canados Oceanic 90 STS

Its exciting times in Rome in Italy, and at Cantieri Navali di Ostia who launch hull one of its new explorer Oceanic Yachts line. To be exact Canados launch the Oceanic 90 STS, which sold in January of this year. Among the amenities offered by this first yacht is an upper deck owner’s stateroom with private terrace, while a VIP plus two guest cabins are located on the lower deck. The interior decoration is a result of a study undertaken by the in-house design studio in conjunction with the owner. The primary timbers used throughout will consist of limed Grey Oak, Macassar Ebony, Wengé, lacquered wood and wood floors. The convertible aft deck, with over-sized modular sofas, will stow a 6.50m diesel powered SACS tender while two three seat personal water-crafts, two Seabobs and one JetLev will be stored in the transom garage. An additional stand-up JetSki will be installed on the deck, right under the 1.5 ton capacity Opacmare crane. The engine room will be buffered from the lower deck amenities by a spectacular sound insulation system engineered like on a fifty meter yacht and the by the vast crew quarters and custom made galley. As the Canados Oceanic Yachts production 90 hull number one maintains the brand-new philosophy whose main features are: extended outdoor and indoor living volumes, ability to carry large toys and tenders, high performance and ability to navigate at economic speed with low fuel consumption, resulting in reduced overall operating costs.  The  Canados Oceanic 90 STS has also the option to be offered in the DiElec version, which stands for Diesel-Electric propulsion. It is a true innovation of the Oceanic range. In this version, the 90' can run either on its two Caterpillar 1925hp engines for speeds up to 27 knots, or alternately, on its two electric motors fed by the two generators. Under Electric power, the 90 STS can run at 8 knots with a consumption in the region of 40 liters per hour.

Project: Steeler NG50 CS

The CS is the latest version of the Steeler NG50. This CS letter mean center sleeper, and this model has been developed for owners prefering a central midships stateroom to a master room forward. The result is a yacht with three double cabins all served with heads. Two en-suite for the owners and VIP cabins, and a guest day head shower located to starboard. Interesting is that the guest day head and shower features two separates doors. The pilothouse in the CS is also longer than in the NG50, which creates a spacious lounge with an integrated galley. It goes without saying that the client has the freedom to choose the layout, and it is possible to opt for a kitchen and dinette in the fore section. The clearance of the Steeler NG50 CS is just 3.35m, so the French canals remain easily accessible.

Improve-it = Princess V39

Princess show again why their success have soured in recent years, by presenting a new cockpit version for the successful V39 which earlier this year has delivered in over one hundred plus of units, in a production run over two years. The new Princess V39 will now have an option for its exterior deck, with the choice to order it with an aft sun-pad. The well sized sun pad has been made to enter into the current layout and takes a small portion from the C-shaped settee to port side, with the aft end taking overhang space, about two feet into the bathing platform.  This new option from Princess on the V39 shows the Plymouth British boat builder attention to warmer climate regions as the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

Project: Elandra 5

The Elandra 5 is the new project and boat brand to come from down under Australia. While being a totally new brand the founders of Elandra have long been in the business of boat building, and come to the market with an interesting sport yacht, which makes semi-customization, sea keeping, and a strong build quality its trade marks. Designed by Tom Barry-Cotter the Elandra 5 will follow what most new sport cruisers are offering in recent years; a lower deck dedicated to the cabins, and a main for living.  The lower cabin deck of the Elandra 5 offers three cabins, with an owners midships full beam room, and a VIP cabin forward which surprises for its space with the double berth looking to the starboard of the ship offering added leg room. The main deck of the Elandra 5 is a split level living area, which joins outside with inside.  A tender garage with a space for a jet rib and an easy launch system is featured aft.

Project: Jeanneau 36 Leader

Jeanneau presents the project for a new 36 Leader, which follows the exterior looks and much boasted hull shape of the larger 40.  Indeed like the 40 the new 36 Leader features a superb V-shaped hull designed by renowned American naval architect Micheal Peters, and a sporty design by the Garroni Designers. The exterior of the 36 Leader features a sofa, a double sundeck, a spacious saloon, while for the interior Jeanneau decided to innovate boasting a layout, with an  unexpected two-and-a-half volumes.  By day, the interior saloon is a spacious, entirely open living area with impressive sea views, while by night, the owner's cabin converts into a magnificent suite with bar and sofa.  In an effort to bring you a unique level of comfort at sea, Jeanneau has incorporated a separate shower stall, as well as three berths, in the aft cabin. These are just some of the clever features that make the 36 Leader unique in this size of sport cruiser. The 36 Leader will be powered by a three engine choice; two Volvo diesel 260 and 300hp, and petrol gas from Mercury of 300hp.

Class One - Vee One - Mediterranean Grand Prix Race Two

Victory and Chaudron produced the stand-out performances of the afternoon and dominated race 2 of the Mediterranean Grand Prix, cruising to emphatic victories in their respective classes in a dramatic race that was red flagged after Abu Dhabi crashed out at the first corner, both Faleh AL Mansoori and Rashed Al Tayer emerging unscathed from the upturned boat.
It was a bitter blow for Al Mansoori and Al Tayer on their debut Grand Prix outing in their new boat, and after going second quickest in qualifying earlier in the day were running in second spot behind Victory at the first turn when they hooked and went over.
The boats were led round under the yellow flag and from the restart Victory’s Arif Al Zaffain and Nadir Bin Hendi dropped the hammer and simply disappeared off into the distance and were unchallenged throughout to take the win and complete a perfect weekend in Ibiza for the Dubai duo on their first outing together in Class 1 since 2011.
Ugur Isik and Christian Zaborowski produced another solid performance and despite breaking two gearboxes over the weekend picked up another podium finishing in second place, with Guido Cappellini and Mikhail Kitashev on their first outing together also picking up a second podium, with third.
It was a frustrating and disappointing day for Fendi Racing, with Luca Fendi and Giovanni Carpitella failing to make the start after breaking their gearbox yesterday, and any hopes of team success faded early when Tarek Oktem and Miles Jennings limped back to the pits before the restart.
The honours in V1 went to Aaron Ciantar and Dominic Martini in Chaudron who, like Victory, left their rivals in their wake to win unchallenged over the 12 laps, taking the chequered flag with the chasing pack well in arrears, finishing on the same lap as the C1 boats ahead of them to take an early lead in the Championship standings.
Second home was Karelpiu, the team switching driver for race 2 with Federico Montanari teaming -up with Antonio Schiano. The duo held off a strong challenge from Aquasport on lap 3 as the two outfits thundered through the start-finish line side-by-side and then from a momentarily advancing Tommy One.
The drive off the afternoon belonged to Drew Langdon and Ian Blacker in Silverline who found good pace mid race, moving up from sixth spot on lap 2, passing Bernico-New Star and overhauling Aquasport and Tommy One on lap 7 to take the third step of the podium.

New Model: Overmarine Mangusta 165 E

The latest Overmarine Mangusta 165 hull no. 9 is the very latest example of evolution and the perfect combination of comfort and speed.  There are a number of important technological innovations on this yacht as well as improvements in performance, including a new propulsion system with quadruple MTU 2600hp engines, 4 Rolls Royce Kamewa NP waterjets and 4 Seakeeper stabilisers. This driving system has an excellent weight/power ratio, as the engines are lighter than the previous ones and so there is less weight in movement when the yacht is at sea. These last generation engines are also more efficient and have a modular functionality. The waterjets are also stronger as the design has been renewed in order to offer a better performance at lower consumption. The result is that this yacht can reach similar speeds as in the past but consumes less: 35% less at 20 and 30 knots. The optimised layout in the engine room has provided the space to install 4 stabilizers for improving stabilization when the yacht is both at anchor and under way: 50% less rolling with half metre waves. Efficiency has also been improved meaning sailing is very comfortable at low speeds, too. Each and every owner can really decide whether to sail at high speeds or 20/30 knots with good drive efficiency and greater efficiency of consumption, without however, ever having to renounce to being comfortable on-board. This yacht is proof of the shipyard’s continuous evolution, but also of its ability to understand the market and anticipate client demand. Greater opportunities for this successful model, which can now also be proposed in the E evolution version with a number of external aesthetic features, most meaningful and recognizable being the window profile design of the deck house.

Class One - Vee One - Mediterranean Grand Prix Race One

Thirteen boats lined up for the first race in over two decades with Class 1 catamarans and V1 mono-hulls running side-by-side, with Arif Al Zaffain and Nadir Bin Hendi carrying on from where they left off and last raced together in 2011, cruising to an easy victory in race 1 of the Mediterranean Grand Prix to win by a massive 49 second margin.
The Victory duo who earlier in the day shared the pole position spoils with LFF10, led from the start and were never challenged, going on to complete the 13 laps in 35:41.85s.
Despite matching the winners in qualifying Luca Fendi and Giovanni Carpitella could not match the sustained pace of the leader’s, but looked comfortable in second spot when they suddenly hit trouble on lap 9 and stopped.
From third place at the end of lap 1 Guido Cappellini and C1 rookie Mikhail Kitashev held off an initial challenge from Ugur Isik and Christian Zaborowski in Relekta-Zabo-Isiklar before opening out a comfortable advantage to move into and take second spot following the exit of LFF10.
The Relekta-Zabo-Isiklar crew in turn faced a race long challenge from Faleh Al Mansoori and Rashed Al Tayer in Team Abu Dhabi’s new MTI, who passed them on the final lap to take the chequered flag in third, only to be hit with a 25-second post-race penalty for destroying a turn buoy, handing the podium spot back to Isiklar and Zaborowski, the Abu Dhabi duo dropping to fifth behind LFF8-Polimersan.
The performance of the day came in V1 from the Tommy One crew of Maurizio Schepici and Stefano Bonanno who powered their way through the field from a long way back in fourth spot, first passing Bernico-New Star, then the early race leader’s Chaudron before setting their sights on and overhauling the pole sitters Antonio and Giuseppe Schiano in Karelpiu, to take the win in 36:33.39s.

Project: Ferretti Custom Line 28 Navetta

Ferretti presents the project for a new Custom Line 28 Navetta, a model which will replace the 26 as entry level of the semi displacement line. Designed as all Ferretti Custom Line by the usual Zuccon and the Group's Advanced Yacht Technology department cooperation the 28 Navetta will make its debut in the coming Cannes 2014 boat show.  For this model Giovanni Zuccon gave the 28 Navetta a more explorer yacht look, thanks to the higher bow, mid-ship reverse sheer line, a triple-deck design which makes fuller use of the upper floor, and the sun bridge up top.  The 28 Navetta also comes with two important innovations; patented dual mode transom, and the innovative RINA Italian registry certified 1.4 square meters view windows in the lower deck for the cabins produced with Amaregroup. The patented dual mode transom made in collaboration with Besenzoni makes the 28 Navetta stand out for two important items; largest bathing platform beach space of nine square meters in its size and tender garage for up to 4.45 meters.  Goes without saying that easy hauling is the word for the tender launch and recovery and there is no need for any davit in doing this operation thanks to the mechanism of the flood-able garage.  Accommodation wise the 28 Navetta will offer five guest cabins with an owners room on the main deck. Three similar sized VIP rooms; two at midships and one to port side characterize the standard layout. The 28 Navetta also has two options for the main deck; with the main difference of the plans being the astern bar to starboard in plan B. Engine wise the Ferretti Custom Line 28 Navetta will be powered by twin MAN 1200hp engines, which give a top speed of 16 knots, 13 of cruise and long range of 1250 nautical miles at an economic 10 knots.  The 28 Navetta is also a step ahead in the construction and will be fully infusion built, use special sun resistant materials for the final paint finish, and has a high attention for the sound proofing of the vessel to guarantee maximum silence during navigation.
