An eight meter classic Scandinavian cabin cruiser ended aground at the Baia del Vento in San Felice del Benaco on Lake Garda at around 10:50 morning time of Thursday twelfth August 2021. Vigili dell Fuoco fire fighters from Brescia assisted the boat and floated it back in deep water with what looks minor damage. It was reported that the boat ended aground after it had a rope tangled in its propeller.
The boat in this accident is a Nidelv 26 as produced in the eighties. Founded by Nils Nelsen Nidelv boats from Norway was founded in 1929, entering fiberglass production in 1966 as it debuted the Nidelv 24, which it will produce till 2001 and in 3013 hulls.
