The 2023 54th edition of Sydney International Boat Show opens Thursday August the third and goes on to Sunday sixth August. Sponsored by Australia's Boating Industry Association the Sydney boat show is located in Darling Harbour, with the International Convention Centre hosting the undercover display, and Cockle Bay showing the larger boats and yacht at the marina. The 2022 Sydney boat show hosted over 45,000 visitors. This 2023 edition seems lacking the novelties and also the main Australian yacht builders, Riviera and Maritimo looks not to be participating. Still the Sydney boat show management is advising over two hundred boats and yachts in the marine with international brands from Azimut and Invictus from Italy participating in good force with some down under premiers, as will do Beneteau Group, Gulf Craft from Dubai, and Princess presenting two down under and Asia debuts.

I think such boating events are fun to attend even if you are not an ardent enthusiast. It is amusing to see boats, yachts and other water vehicles and learn a thing or two about them, which you do not see every day. That is why events such as this Sydney international boat show are worth a visit as they are educational and can be for all age groups to enjoy as a whole family.
