Otam presents the new 58 GTS, an evolution of the 55 Millennium launched in 1999 and with this hull number 26 shows it is here to stay and evolve. In reality this is the fourth evolution and version of the 55/58 hull with the 58 Open being the second, and a lightly changed 58 HT being the third. Designed by Giuseppe Bagnardi from Rome the new 58 GTS is a full custom design from the layout inside to the new open but protected hardtop exterior. For the layout below the owner of Bad Boys, the name given to the first 58 GTS opted for two spacious staterooms a galley and no lower deck saloon. A crew cabin to starboard with a separate access from the technical room to port side is also located at midships. The first Otam 58 GTS is powered by the large option of twin MTU 1822hp with Arneson surface drives, good for about 55 knots wide open throttle and 48 knots cruise, or Portofino to Porto Cervo in just about four hours. Two other smaller engine options including the first for Otam for an IPS pod propulsion choice are available.
