A fourteen meter Tiara sport cruiser ran aground near Waretown Cut in Double Creek Channel, New Jersey on Saturday sixteen May. Sea Tow Central New Jersey who shared the story on its Facebook page assisted the boat, removed it from the sand-bar, as this then proceeded with its own power, suggesting it sustained little to no damage. The cause of the accident is reported that Double Creek Channel is still not properly marked, with Sea Tow suggesting the boaters to take the extra mile and use Oyster Creek Channel for the moment. No injuries are reported from the accident.
The boat in this accident is a Tiara 48 LS as produced from 2021 to 2026. The 48 LS was a replaced by the Tiara 46 LS this year.
