Prestige Cruiser Ends Aground in Oyster Creek, New Jersey

A fourteen meter Prestige flybridge cruiser ended aground on a sand bar near marker 32 at Oyster Creek, New Jersey on the evening of Friday eight May.  The flybridge cruiser was assisted by Sea Tow Central New Jersey who shared the story on its Facebook page.  Sea Tow removed the flybridge cruiser from the sand-bar, put it back in deep water, and then towed it to Key Harbor Marina for a running gear check.  The cause of the grounding is reported to be the changing of sea floor patterns and depths.
The boat in this accident is a Prestige 460 F as designed by Garroni and produced since 2017.  The 460 F was a replacement to the Prestige 450 Flybridge.
