Anvera Maxi-Rib Partially Sinks in Miami River

A sixteen meter Anvera maxi rib with seven persons onboard partly sank in the Miami river, Florida on the afternoon of Saturday eleven April.  The maxi-rib was assisted by the US Coast Guard, and TowBoat US who saved and towed the yacht for a haul out.   In videos before the sinking as shared by Sunny Beach Club on his YouTube page, the maxi rib is shown running in the Miami River with it's port bow inflatable part punctured and deflated, but also riding low in the water astern.  Following this the rib is seen dropping out its passengers from the bow on land, as it's stern starts to part sink in the water.  Capt Marty of TowBoatUS then started a saving operation as he towed the rib yacht for a haul-out in a nearby boat yard.  No one was injured in the accident with the cause of the part sinking not being reported.
The maxi-rib in this accident is an Anvera 55S as designed by Aldo Drudi and CentroStile and produced from 2016 to 2021.  The 55 was Anvera's debut model, and was replaced by the 58.
