Sport Cruiser Goes Ablaze at Luken Marina, Ontario

A nine meter sport cruiser went ablaze as it was berthed in Luken Marina, Lighthouse Cove, Ontario, Canada, just off the Thames River at the mouth of Lake St. Clair at 12:40 of Sunday 25 June 2023.  The sport cruiser was reported not attended at the time of the fire, and was then wrecked by the fire.   An investigation at the cause of the fire is ongoing.
The sport cruiser in this fire is a Cruisers 2860 Rogue as produced from 1987 to 1988.  The 2860 Rogue was a replacement to the 266 Vee Sport, with the model evolving with minor changes into the Cruisers 3000 Rogue and produced for another year.
