Regal Cruiser Ends Aground in Strathmere, New Jersey

A ten meters Regal sport cruiser ran aground at Strathmere in New Jersey on the afternoon of Sunday 31 May.  Sea Tow Cape May who shared the story on its Facebook page with a reel assisted the boat, removing it from the sand-bar and then towing into deep water.  A lack of attention but also, higher sand-bars then usual where a reason for the grounding.   No injuries or important damage to the boat are reported.
The boat in this accident is a Regal 36 XO as produced since 2020.  The 36 XO is the outboard version of the 36 Grande Coupe, which was a replacement to the Regal 36 Sport Coupe.
