A collapsed dock wall capsized a docked seven meter Boston Whaler with persons onboard at Marina Zut, on Zut Island, Croatia at around 17:30 of Monday 22 June. Following the accident the boat remained floating capsized, and with a miracle the people onboard sustained no injuries. Other boats at the marina are reported to have left the marina in a state of panic. Following the accident the Marina Zut was closed.
The boat in this accident is a Boston Whaler Conquest 23 as produced from 1998 to 2002. The Conquest 23 was replaced by the Boston Whaler 255 Conquest.
The Boston Whaler boat was straightened up and floated on Thursday 25 June.
