Arcadia Wins at World Yacht Trophies

Arcadia Yachts announces that M/Y Mabelle II is a winner at the World Yachts Trophies for Best Interior Design, awarded to the A80 in recognition of the design excellence and quality of the living spaces on board this latest model in the shipyard’s range. This third A80, shown at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, was chosen by the jury as an example of Arcadia’s ability to develop highly customised yachts, while preserving the strengths of the original design platform.  The award therefore recognises not only the design quality of the A80, but also Arcadia Yachts’ ability to interpret the concept of bespoke design in an increasingly sophisticated way. The third yacht built is the result of an intensive co-creation effort with the owners, leading to the design of exclusive interiors in terms of their layout, finishings, furniture and decorative details. The project confirms how every Arcadia yacht can become an authentic expression of the owner’s personality, without affecting the brand’s signature values of sustainability, well-being and connection with the water.  “The A80 project fully embodies our vision of contemporary yachting,” commented Ugo Pellegrino, Founder and CEO of Arcadia Yachts. “Receiving such a prestigious award is a source of great satisfaction, even more so because it recognises our ability to establish a deep and genuine dialogue with owners, turning their needs into unique settings that reflect their identity, lifestyle and desires. The third A80 shows how Arcadia can now push beyond the levels of customisation traditionally associated with larger yachts.”  “The A80 Mabelle II, the latest addition to the Arcadia Yachts range and the shipyard’s first Raised Pilot House model, marks an important step in the brand’s evolution. It was designed to deliver an exceptional quality of life on board and a cruising experience centred on comfort, openness and the quality of time spent at sea. Distinctive features include an owner’s suite on the main deck, five cabins in total, separate crew quarters forward and the largest upper deck in its segment, offering 80 square metres of usable space. The project is further enhanced by the brand’s signature solar panels, large opening windows and a design approach that maximises natural light, spatial continuity and constant dialogue with the surrounding environment,” commented the jury.

Aschenez Group New VP Executive Sales and Marketing

Aschenez Group is strengthening its management team, as the Group enters an important phase of growth, with the appointment of Luca Brancaleon as their Executive VP of Sales & Marketing. The year ahead will bring significant new product developments and further opportunities for international expansion.  With more than 22 years of experience in the recreational boating industry, Brancaleon has held senior management positions at Sessa Marine, Brunswick Boat Group and Groupe Beneteau. Over the past three years, he has led the development of a multi-brand dealership group operating in France with brands including Beneteau, Wellcraft, Highfield, Galeon Yachts and Azimut Yachts through 14 sales locations.  His appointment comes at a key moment for Aschenez Group. The Group is preparing to enter a new cycle of growth, marked by significant new developments, further strengthening of its brands’ international presence and continued expansion of its sales network. Brancaleon’s experience, gained both within major industrial groups and on the marine retail and distribution side of the industry, will help further align product strategy, the dealer network and the expectations of end customers, supporting the growth of Invictus Yacht, Capoforte Boats and Marcopolo Adventure Yachts, as well as the Group’s future projects.  “I am truly delighted to be joining Aschenez Group, a company I have known very well since its early days in the industry,” says Luca Brancaleon. “Over the years, I have had the opportunity to experience first-hand the quality, expertise and, above all, the people who have built these brands. These were key factors in my decision to join the Group.  “I am also joining after three years on the distribution side of the industry, an experience that has given me a new perspective on the market, one that is even closer to the needs of the dealer network and end customers. I believe this is the right environment in which to turn that experience into new opportunities for growth.”

Azimut Grande Gets Special Jury Award

Grande 44M, Azimut’s new flagship, made its debut at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival by winning the Special Jury Award at the Innovation Route Awards, the prestigious recognition assigned by the French boat show to the most significant and visionary solutions in international yachting. In explaining its decision, the jury wished to acknowledge not only the qualities of the project and the brand, but also Grande 44M’s ability to concentrate, within a single yacht, a set of concrete innovations destined to leave a lasting mark. Grande 44M stands out for its capacity to integrate multiple efficiency‑oriented solutions, highlighting in particular the significant reduction in fuel consumption for a yacht in this size segment. A technological and design synthesis that, according to the jury, introduces “a new approach in the large‑yacht segment”.

Azimut and Assets Group Forge Strategic Partnership

Global destinations developer Assets Group and world-leading nautical brand Azimut Yachts bring together their expertise to integrate bespoke resort stays with the freedom of cruising at sea. Starting in 2026, a dedicated fleet of 18 Azimut yachts and a specialized Azimut Service Center in Malé will bring this vision to life.  The agreement was formally sealed on Sunday, September 13, aboard Azimut's new flagship, the Grande 44M, against the stunning backdrop of the Cannes Yachting Festival.  The partnership is rooted in a strong alignment of ethos and ambition: Assets Group, a subsidiary of Power International Holding and a global developer creating destinations defined by experiential depth and environmental harmony, finds a natural counterpart in Azimut Yachts, a brand that has defined the contemporary yachting lifestyle by combining Italian design, innovation and a deep connection with the sea.  Their shared commitment to experience-led design, personalized service and responsible stewardship creates a natural platform for collaboration. Its first landmark expression will take shape in the Maldives beginning in 2026, with a dedicated fleet of 18 Azimut yachts designed to serve Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi and Rosewood Ranfaru Maldives, extending the guest experience beyond the shore and making the journey itself part of the destination.  To support the fleet and ensure a consistently high standard of service, a new Azimut Service Center in Malé will complement the partnership. Supported by the brand’s Italian team and Azimut Yachts Maldives powered by Elite Yachts—Azimut’s longstanding partner in the Middle East and now the Maldives—the Center will provide dedicated local support and help ensure seamless operations across the islands.

Cantieri di Pisa Sole Shareholder Takes Operational Leadership

Cantieri di Pisa has entered a new stage in its development, one that will strengthen the shipyard’s organisation to support production growth, refit business consolidation, and construction progress on new yacht projects.  As part of this process, Enrico Gennasio has taken on the role of Sole Director, with the aim of ensuring that the ownership has even more direct strategic oversight of the shipyard’s operations and the company’s growth plan.  Since the change of direction in 2021, the ownership has invested in the company’s skill base and in safeguarding the workforce, gradually bringing production back on line and restoring Cantieri di Pisa to its position as a strong competitor on the international yachting scene. Today, the shipyard has consolidated its presence in the refit sector, at the same time as returning to its leading role in the new-build segment. Currently under construction at the yard is the custom 40-metre yacht already sold to a European owner—the first all-metal boat in Cantieri di Pisa’s history. Delivery is planned for summer 2027, followed by presentation at the Cannes Yachting Festival.  But this new stage in the Shipyard’s growth is already looking further ahead. Enrico Gennasio is ready to expand the workforce as production ramps up, invest in the development of new models, and continue with a programme of investments in the Shipyard’s infrastructure and production capacity.  “In recent years, we have worked to restore Cantieri di Pisa to being a productive company, preserving its wealth of expertise and laying the groundwork for solid and sustainable growth,” comments Enrico Gennasio. “Today we are taking another step forward with an organisation designed to support the shipyard’s future growth, the consolidation of the refit business, and the brand’s return to the new-build market.”

Ferretti Group Eleventh Private Preview

An outstanding fleet, a series of world premieres and a spectacular live show: the eleventh Ferretti Group Private Preview opened the autumn yachting season in a spirit of excellence and memorable experiences. The event, held from September 3 to 6 in collaboration with the exclusive Yacht Club de Monaco, confirmed its standing as the most eagerly awaited and prestigious event on the international yachting calendar.  The Private Preview brought together clients, owners and selected guests for an exclusive preview dedicated to the Group’s new boats: five world premieres from the Itama, Riva, Pershing and Custom Line brands, and 41 yachts in all.  Guests particularly loved the dinner created by chef Antonio Mellino, who treated them to an elegant and sophisticated culinary experience permeated by a strong creative spirit.  Excitement and show business took centre stage on the evening of Saturday, September 5, thanks to an exclusive live performance by OneRepublic, with the majestic Ferretti Group fleet providing a stunning backdrop for this extraordinary show. The audience sang and danced along to the US band’s many hits, including Apologize and I Ain’t Worried.  But the undisputed stars of the Private Preview were the five world premieres, which thrilled guests with exclusive visits on board and sea trials: Itama 70, a new expression of freedom at sea; Riva 96’ Argo Super, the evolution of the celebrated 90’ Argo; Riva 56’ Rivale Super, a contemporary blend of sportiness and elegance; Pershing GTX90, the latest model in the GTX range; and Custom Line Navetta 35, the new made-to-measure yacht in the displacement line. Completing the impressive line-up was another debut from Ferretti Yachts: the new version of Ferretti Yachts 720, which received her world premiere this year at boot Düsseldorf.  “The Private Preview is much more than an event. It is the moment when our brands, our people and our owners come together around what Ferretti Group does best: creating extraordinary yachts and unforgettable experiences. This eleventh edition was exceptional. Five world premieres, an extraordinary fleet, and an atmosphere that once again demonstrated the strength, desirability and Italian soul of our seven brands. But the most important signal is the reaction of our owners, dealers, brokers and guests: enthusiasm, confidence and a real appetite for what comes next. We now arrive in Cannes and Monaco with enormous energy. Our ambition is very clear: not simply to participate in the international yachting season, but to lead it — with stronger brands, more innovation, outstanding design and an increasingly obsessive focus on our owners. Ferretti Group is moving from good to great, and this autumn will show exactly what that means.” said Stassi Anastassov, Global Chief Executive Officer of Ferretti Group.  “The finest collaborations are born from a shared vision. Over the years, the Private Preview has become one of the most exclusive gatherings in international yachting. It is a privileged occasion that brings together, by invitation, yacht owners from around the world who share the same passion for the sea and a commitment to excellence, conviviality, and elegance. This international community perfectly reflects the spirit of our ‘Monaco, Capital of Advanced Yachting’ initiative,” said Bernard d’Alessandri, Secretary General, Yacht Club de Monaco, President, Cluster Yachting Monaco.  Alongside Ferretti Group on this special occasion were Range Rover, official automotive partner, which provided a ride service for clients and owners in its flagship models, and Flexjet, representing excellence in business aviation. The event was made even more special by a selection of prestigious partners: Bang & Olufsen, with Riva-branded speakers; Frette, for soft decor on Custom Line models; Cassigoli, Limentani and NodoItalia, for luxury decor products; Lanerossi, for soft decor; Quagliotti, for interior decor on Ferretti Yachts models; Zimmer + Rohde, for cushions on board the Group’s yachts; Seabob, with its water toys; Atelier Rebul, with scent diffusers and bathroom products; Venini, with its glass creations; Torello, providing logistics support. Marchesi Antinori curated the selection of fine wines, while Ruinart delighted guests with its champagnes. The furniture and furnishings were designed by Exteta for Riva in the V.I.P. Lounges, by Molteni&C is the market-leading company specialising in the production of indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchens and bespoke furnishings, and which has curated the furnishings of the outdoor lounge, and by Unopiù for outdoor furniture. Dolce & Gabbana provided the uniforms worn by the Ferretti Group team. The sumptuous setting for the event was provided by the Group’s longstanding partner, the Yacht Club de Monaco, which by welcoming guests into its elegant premises ensured that the eleventh Private Preview was an event to remember.

Ferretti Group Quality Program Promise

Ferretti Group, a global leader in the design, construction and sale of luxury leisure boats, is strengthening its relationship with its customers by announcing a significant enhancement to the official protection provided for new boats. The standard warranty is now enhanced by the "+1 Year Ferretti Quality Promise" limited extension, which adds an extra year of coverage for yachts up to 45 meters (*) across all Group brands. Designed to ensure that high quality standards are maintained over time, this supplementary period will apply to all purchase contracts signed from September 1, 2026 onward. Through this initiative, the Group establishes a clear, tangible, and transparent commitment to client protection. The additional coverage centers strictly on core engineering elements and on-board functional systems, while excluding purely cosmetic issues. The warranty extension will be activated and remain valid exclusively subject to compliance with established procedures, provided that all scheduled checks and maintenance services are carried out at official Ferretti Group service centers. Furthermore, the program enables Ferretti Group to maintain a continuous relationship with owners beyond the standard warranty period through mandatory scheduled inspections performed by authorized personnel. This commitment is underpinned by continuous investment in research and development, technological innovation and quality control, together with rigorous production processes and inspections carried out at every stage of construction.  “Our commitment to our owners is measured not only by the beauty and performance of our boats, but also by the peace of mind with which they choose to experience the sea. With the introduction of the Ferretti Quality Promise, we are adding to the standard warranty an extended level of protection focused on what truly matters: the precision of installations, the quality of workmanship and the robustness of our engineering solutions. This is a step made possible by the strength of our production processes, our attention to every detail and our ongoing pursuit of reliable, cutting-edge technological solutions.” commented Stassi Anastassov Global CEO Ferretti Group.  In addition to the extended coverage, owners will continue to benefit from Ferretti Group’s extensive after-sales service network, operating across the world’s major yachting hubs to provide prompt assistance and personalized support.

Ferretti Group Adopts Watchit Sense 360

Four years on from the introduction of “WATCHIT”, the anti-collision system that marked a turning point for safety at sea, Ferretti Group announces its exclusive adoption of “WATCHIT SENSE 360”, the new generation of the system introduced by Aqua Marina Tech, an Israeli company that develops and supplies cutting-edge technological solutions for life-saving innovation in the marine industry.  The first generation of “WATCHIT” revolutionised safety on board by cross-referencing digital charts with position and course data, while the subsequent integration of AIS (Automatic Identification System) technology extended collision-avoidance awareness to maritime traffic in the surrounding area.  Today, “WATCHIT SENSE 360” adds a crucial third level of protection: radar detection. Integration with the Simrad multifunction displays and HALO radar systems already on board allows the new system to detect vessels, buoys, floating objects and obstacles that would otherwise go undetected by AIS monitoring alone, such as vessels without on-board equipment or with their AIS switched off. Advanced software continuously monitors the level of risk and generates clear and timely visual and audible alerts only when a genuine hazard is detected, operating in the background and without ever distracting the skipper or crew.  Designed specifically for cruising yachts, “WATCHIT SENSE 360” automatically adapts to any navigation conditions – whether in open sea, congested waters, harbour areas or at anchor – without requiring any mode changes or manual adjustments: a further step forward in Ferretti Group’s commitment to an ever safer, smarter and more enjoyable cruising experience.  “Innovation does not happen in isolation. By working closely with the very best technology partners and suppliers, Ferretti Group can identify, develop and bring breakthrough solutions on board faster — and once again stay at the forefront of our industry. WATCHIT SENSE 360 is a perfect example: combining artificial intelligence, radar, AIS and navigation data to make cruising safer, smarter and more relaxing. For us, technology only matters when it makes a real difference to the owner, captain and crew. Safety is ultimately about peace of mind — allowing our owners to forget about the technology and simply enjoy being at sea.” said Stassi Anastassov, Ferretti Group Global CEO.  “This new product is a result of our close collaboration with Ferretti Group, who were the first to believe in our vision for safer boating. We are excited to take this vision further through our new partnership with Simrad, bringing Ferretti Group owners an advanced solution for collision and grounding prevention. At WATCHIT, we share Ferretti Group’s vision of using advanced technology to make boating safer and more enjoyable — giving owners greater peace of mind and allowing them to focus on enjoying their time on the water.” said Tal Duvdevany, Co-Founder & CEO, WATCHIT.

Ferretti Group Success at World Yacht Trophies with Five Podiums

Great success for Ferretti Group at the 2026 World Yachts Trophies, the awards event promoted by SG Publications that each year marks the conclusion of the Cannes Yachting Festival. On the famous Croisette, on Saturday, September 12, in front of an audience of industry professionals and international guests, the Group took to the stage five times, receiving important awards that once again confirm its central role in the global yachting landscape.  The five awards presented once again testify to the high standards of stylistic research and creative design expressed by Ferretti Group in every new model presented during the Festival. A result that showcases the values shared across all Ferretti Group’s brands: the superior quality of ‘Made in Italy’ and the constant drive towards increasingly innovative solutions in terms of design, comfort and technology.  “Style, innovation and passion are what turn a great yacht into an icon. These awards are a powerful recognition of the extraordinary work of our people and of the unique strength of Ferretti Group’s brands. Cannes is where the world sees the result of thousands of decisions, details and uncompromising standards across our shipyards. To leave with these prestigious awards is therefore a source of enormous pride — but also a confirmation that when craftsmanship, technology and design come together at their very best, Ferretti Group continues to set the benchmark for international yachting,” commented Stassi Anastassov, Global CEO, Ferretti Group.  The awards presented: Riva 56’ Rivale Super – “Best Evolution”, 45-64-foot category (13.70-19.50 m), Riva 96’ Argo Super – “Best Layout”, 80-98-foot category (24-30 m), Riva 54Metri – “Best Exterior Design”, 164-270-foot category (50-82 m), Ferretti Yachts 720 – “Best Evolution”, 64-80-foot category (19.50-24 m), and Custom Line Navetta 35 – “Best Exterior Design”, 98-164-foot category (30-50 m).  Five yachts with five distinct personalities, all united by Ferretti Group’s ability to speak original and innovative design languages, interpreting the tastes of an international clientele passionate about yachting and luxury.  With these new successes, Ferretti Group further strengthens its position as a global leader, continuing a growth path built on the strength and appeal of its seven brands.

Heesen Yachts Expand Global Commercial Team

Following a period of significant investment and development under its new Dutch ownership, Heesen Yachts has further strengthened its global presence with the appointment of three senior commercial professionals.  Folkert Schoots, Sipke Halbertsma and Roxane Ducruet join the team, bringing decades of combined experience across the superyacht industry. Together with Heesen's established team in Oss, they provide direct representation across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.  Folkert Schoots takes charge as Commercial Director, based at the shipyard in Oss. Bringing more than fourteen years' experience with one of the Netherlands' leading full-custom superyacht builders, he has worked across marketing, new-build sales, refit and service, and resale.  Dutchman Sipke Halbertsma takes the lead as Commercial Director – America, based at Heesen's Florida office. Covering the United States and South America, he offers extensive knowledge of one of the industry's most active superyacht markets. Having spent more than twelve years with one of the world's leading Dutch superyacht builders, he provides a natural link between clients in the region and Heesen's operations in Oss.  Roxane Ducruet joins Heesen's Monaco office as Sales Director – Monaco. With nearly a decade of experience in the Monaco yachting market, she has built an established network of relationships across the sector. She joins Lyam Last, who is already active there as Sales Manager.  Hisham Abushakra remains Heesen's designated Sales Agent in Dubai, continuing a long-standing relationship with the shipyard and an established presence in the Middle East market.  This new structure brings Heesen closer to its clients and key stakeholders, including brokers and captains. By strengthening its presence in key markets, the shipyard can offer more direct support through professionals who combine local market knowledge with a deep understanding of the Heesen brand.  "We enter the autumn yacht show season with a highly experienced commercial team," says Jeroen van der Meer, CEO of Heesen Yachts. "Our focus remains exactly where it belongs: building reliable yachts and working alongside the brokers and clients who trust our engineering and craftsmanship. The global team is in place, and we are already hard at work."

Marcopolo Adventure Yachts Support Boat at Monaco Yacht Show

The new adventure yacht will be operating throughout the show, assisting Y.CO brokers with client transfers inside Port Hercule. MARCOPOLO ADVENTURE YACHTS will be present at the Monaco Yacht Show with the MP12 in a role that goes beyond a traditional boat-show appearance.  Throughout the event, the MP12 will operate in support of Y.CO, one of the international brokerage companies active in the superyacht market, assisting its brokers with the transfer of clients between appointments, yachts and different areas of Port Hercule.  The initiative will place the MP12 directly at the heart of the Monaco Yacht Show, allowing guests to experience the boat in real operating conditions rather than as a static display.

Pardo Expands Industrial Investment

A major part of the Group’s investment programme is the expansion of its production facilities. The first phase of Cantiere del Pardo’s new plant in Forlì is due to open by the end of 2026, with the full project scheduled for completion in 2027. The development will add more than 35,000 square metres of production space.  The additional capacity will support the future growth of all three brands – Pardo Yachts, Grand Soleil Yachts and VanDutch Yachts – while keeping Forlì firmly at the centre of the Group’s manufacturing operations and identity.  The investment programme will continue in spring 2027 with the opening of the new Launching & Welcome Centre in Marina di Ravenna.  Designed to serve both operational and customer-facing functions, the facility will allow a significant number of sailing and motor yachts to be launched directly from the site. It will also provide a new base for owners to meet the brands, explore different models and get out on the water for sea trials. The aim is to turn what is essentially an operational facility into a dedicated hub for the ownership experience.

Pardo and Luna Rossa Renew Partnership for 2027

The Group is also looking ahead to the 38th America’s Cup.  Cantiere del Pardo has renewed its partnership with Luna Rossa for a third consecutive edition, ahead of the 2027 America’s Cup. The relationship is also moving to a new level, with Cantiere del Pardo becoming an Official Partner, following its previous role as Official Supplier.  The partnership is built around a shared set of values: Italian excellence, continuous research, performance and innovation. Both organisations have the sea at the heart of what they do, albeit from very different perspectives. Their expertise is complementary, as is their ambition to keep pushing beyond established boundaries. The collaboration will extend across the Group’s three brands – Pardo Yachts, VanDutch Yachts and Grand Soleil Yachts – with a selection of yachts supporting Luna Rossa on its road to Naples 2027, both for operational activities and hospitality.  For Cantiere del Pardo, the renewed partnership is another step in a broader growth strategy based on a simple principle: invest and innovate today to build the foundations for tomorrow’s growth.  With three world premieres, a major expansion of its industrial footprint and a renewed partnership with one of Italy’s leading America’s Cup teams, Cantiere del Pardo at Cannes 2026 with a clear focus on the future – and on strengthening the international position of Pardo Yachts, Grand Soleil Yachts and VanDutch Yachts.

Pearl Yachts Wins Best Layout at World Yacht Trophies

Pearl Yachts has won the Best Layout in the 19.50m to 24m category for the new Pearl 73 at the 25th World Yachts Trophies. The award was presented on Saturday 12 September at the event’s gala dinner at the Carlton Cannes Beach Club.  The recognition comes during the Pearl 73’s world-premiere week at Cannes Yachting Festival. The new Pearl 73 develops Pearl’s established approach to intelligent space planning, with four en-suite double cabins, including two principal suites: one forward with its own entrance and a second, full-beam suite amidships.  A new main-deck arrangement places the galley aft, creating a direct link between the saloon and cockpit. Beyond it, a Riviera-style aft deck with fold-down balconies opens the social area towards the water. The design brings circulation, service and outdoor living into one coherent plan without compromising the privacy of the accommodation below.  Dixon Yacht Design is responsible for the Pearl 73’s exterior styling and naval architecture. Its sleeker profile is complemented by expanded hull glazing and refined detailing. Kelly Hoppen Interiors has created the new Monochrome interior scheme, bringing together greys, off-whites and charcoal tones with layered textures and a calm architectural character.  Iain Smallridge, Founder and Managing Director of Pearl Yachts, expresses profound pride in this achievement: “To receive this recognition during the Pearl 73’s world premiere is especially meaningful. It reflects the care that our own team, Dixon Yacht Design and Kelly Hoppen Interiors have brought to every part of the yacht, as well as the owner feedback that helped shape the final design. This award belongs to everyone who turned that thinking into a finished yacht.”  Organised by SG Publications, publisher of Yachts France, Yachts Europe and Yachts Italia, the World Yachts Trophies recognise motor boats and yachts launched during the year. The 2026 programme brought together 69 finalists selected by a jury of journalists, historians and yachting experts, with the gala followed by the annual Yachts Parade in the bay of Cannes.  The award follows the Pearl 73’s world premiere alongside the Pearl 63 and Pearl 82 at Quai Max Laubeuf during Cannes Yachting Festival.

The dealer will be responsible for Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Marche, Abruzzo, Umbria, Molise, Puglia, Calabria, Campania, Basilicata and Sicily, as well as the province of Bolzano in Trentino-Alto Adige, the provinces of Belluno, Padua, Rovigo, Treviso.

Sanlorenzo Shows Strong Growth and Sustained Demand

Sanlorenzo reveals the next chapter of its long-term development at the Cannes Yachting Festival, led by the world premiere of SHE: a unique 25.5-metre yacht bringing the company’s heritage into dialogue with the very best of contemporary Italian design, technology and new expectations of life at sea.  With the first five units already secured by owners ahead of her first public presentation in Cannes this week, SHE leads Sanlorenzo’s significant Maison-wide presence at Europe’s leading yachting showcase, providing the clearest expression yet of Tomorrow’s Timeless: the philosophy guiding the evolution of the brand through visionary progress and timeless elegance.  “Our ambition is to keep evolving with discipline,” said Massimo Perotti, Executive Chairman of Sanlorenzo.  “That means preserving what makes Sanlorenzo distinctive while continuing to invest in the ideas that can shape our future. The strength of the business gives us confidence to do that with a long-term perspective, while remaining focused on quality, exclusivity and the relationship we have with each owner.  “Premiered here in Cannes, SHE has a special meaning for Sanlorenzo, bringing together where we come from and where we are going. She reflects the elegance and craftsmanship that have defined our company for almost seventy years, interpreted through the design, technology and sensitivity of today.  “That same philosophy now extends across an increasingly comprehensive and complementary portfolio: through the continued innovation of Sanlorenzo and Bluegame, and through Nautor Swan, whose extraordinary heritage gives us another distinctive platform for long-term growth.”  The world premiere of SHE comes at a moment of continued commercial strength for Sanlorenzo, with growth across all key financial indicators and sustained demand providing further evidence of the resilience of its business model.  In H1 2026, Net Revenues New Yachts grew by 35.4% year-on-year in the Americas, 35.8% in Asia Pacific and 22.7% in Middle East Africa.  Order Intake increased 18.3% to €496.4 million, with Q2 2026 marking the eighth consecutive quarter of year-on-year growth. Gross Backlog stood at €1,498.9 million, with 89% secured by final clients, while Net Backlog reached €1,027.6 million, providing strong visibility over future production.  Sanlorenzo has consequently confirmed both its 2026 Guidance and 2026–2028 Business Plan targets, while maintaining a Net Cash Position of €49.4 million at 30 June 2026 following €37.0 million of dividend payments.  Outside the European domestic market, demand remained particularly dynamic internationally, with H1 growth of 35.4% in the Americas, 35.8% in Asia Pacific, 22.7% in Middle East Africa.  The performance reflects a model built around long-term value rather than volume: disciplined production, Made to Measure co-creation, continued investment in innovation and design, and close relationships with an international community of owners and connoisseurs.  These strengths continue to support Sanlorenzo’s differentiation as client priorities evolve towards greater emphasis on wellbeing, longevity, privacy and emotional experience. For the brand, that evolution is increasingly expressed through yachts centred on calm, space, connection with the sea and highly individual ways of living on board. This momentum provides the foundation for an important second half of 2026, with new product premieres across the autumn boat-show season and continued innovation throughout the Group’s portfolio.  2026 also marks ten years since the beginning of what has become Sanlorenzo Arts, reflecting a decade-long dialogue between the Maison and the worlds of art, architecture and design.  What began with Sanlorenzo’s presence at Art Basel Miami Beach in 2016 has developed into a sustained programme of institutional partnerships, commissions and exhibitions, including relationships with Art Basel and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, as well as Sanlorenzo’s support of the Italian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale.  The opening of Casa Sanlorenzo in Venice in 2025 established a permanent home for this cultural dialogue. Its first full-year programme in 2026 includes Waves, Sanlorenzo’s first proprietary exhibition presented during the Venice Biennale, alongside its participation in Homo Faber in Città, organized by the Michelangelo Foundation.  Over the past decade, this engagement with culture has become an increasingly distinctive part of Sanlorenzo’s identity, bringing new perspectives from art, architecture and design into the way the Maison approaches creativity, experience and innovation.  Sanlorenzo also outlines in Cannes further progress in its Road to 2030 strategy, continuing to invest in solutions capable of reducing the environmental impact of yachting.  Cannes was the perfect stage to receive RINA certification for Sanlorenzo’s Life Mystic project, reducing emissions from internal combustion engines using methanol.  The bi-fuel engine prototype has been completed and testing is completed. Future market introduction will be aligned with alternative-fuel availability and owner demand.  The focus is consequently expanding beyond the yacht itself to the infrastructure required to support wider adoption.  Through the Venice Call for Maritime Action, presented during Venice Climate Week 2026, Sanlorenzo is encouraging policymakers, ports, coastal cities and industry partners to accelerate the development of alternative-fuel and electrification infrastructure. The company is also actively supporting the development of the Mediterranean’s first bio methanol production facility at the Port of Olbia in Sardinia.  In parallel, Sanlorenzo is increasing the use of lower-impact materials across its yachts, including alternative teak introduced on SHE and low emissions resins in composite structural parts, together with exploration of natural fibres for yacht components. A new strategic collaboration with BYD Energy Storage is also focused on developing next-generation onboard battery and energy-management systems for superyachts.  The partnership establishes BYD Energy Storage as Technology Supplier and Official Battery Supplier to Sanlorenzo, creating a framework for joint research and development across battery performance, energy efficiency and onboard electrification.  Together, these programmes reflect a broader principle within Sanlorenzo’s innovation strategy: advancing technology alongside the infrastructure, partnerships and owner experience required to make its application meaningful.  As demonstrated in Cannes, Sanlorenzo’s philosophy of purposeful innovation now extends across every segment of yachting through the distinct identities of Sanlorenzo, Bluegame and Nautor Swan.  Each brings its own history, character and expertise to an increasingly complementary portfolio designed around different owner experiences. Sanlorenzo brings its Made to Measure philosophy and design leadership to the pinnacle of motor yachts and superyachts. Bluegame explores new ways of moving across and experiencing the water, acting as a laboratory for unconventional ideas and emerging technologies. Nautor Swan brings sixty years of sailing heritage, performance, craftsmanship and a community like no other into a new era.  Supporting this development is an established management team structured for the Group’s next phase of growth, with Tommaso Vincenzi leading the Sanlorenzo brand and Gianguido Girotti serving as CEO of both Bluegame and Nautor Swan, alongside the Group’s senior functional leadership.  Across the portfolio, the strategy remains centred on five enduring strengths: pioneering technology; innovation within tradition; operational excellence; a distinctive international distribution network; and a brand-led, owner-centric approach.  Cannes also marks an important new chapter for Bluegame, with the world premiere of the BG64 representing the first major product introduction under Gianguido Girotti’s leadership.  The new model brings Bluegame’s distinctive architectural approach into the 64-foot segment, combining the open spatial continuity developed through the BG74 with the proven platform of the BGX63.  The BG64 completes the BG range while remaining grounded in the four principles that define the brand: a unique concept, unconventional personality, marine seaworthiness and deep technical know-how.  Its debut begins what Bluegame describes as ‘The Bluevolution’: the next stage in the development of a brand built around challenging established categories and creating new ways to experience the sea.  Nautor Swan, meanwhile, begins its 60th anniversary celebrations with the Swan 80, opening a new chapter for the Maxi range and bringing true Maxi capability into a more agile, owner-focused format.  Together, these launches demonstrate how the Group’s growing portfolio creates new opportunities while preserving the individuality, heritage and expertise of each brand.  For Sanlorenzo, Cannes brings together product innovation, brand development and sustained business performance as evidence of a strategy built around the positive tensions of innovation with tradition: continuing to evolve while preserving the qualities that have made the Group’s brands distinctive over time.  It is this balance between enduring character and continual progress that defines Tomorrow’s Timeless.

Net Cash Position stood at €49.4 million as of 30 June 2026, after dividend payments of €37.0 million.  Product innovation gaining further momentum in H2: The positive H1 2026 results come ahead of an eventful second half for Sanlorenzo, featuring new product premieres at the autumn boat shows and further developments across the Group’s portfolio.  Mr. Massimo Perotti, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented: “The results for the first half of 2026 confirm the validity of the direction set out in our ‘Tomorrow’s Timeless’ Business Plan. We continue to pursue disciplined and sustainable growth, prioritising value over volumes while preserving the quality of our margins and the exclusivity of our brands.  Order Intake increased by 18.3% in the first half, while Q2 marked the eighth consecutive quarter of year-on-year growth, underscoring the strength of demand for our products and, above all, the resilience we continue to see in the most exclusive segments of the market. Net Backlog, exceeding €1 billion, and Order Backlog, 89% of which consists of orders sold to final clients, provide us with strong visibility and allow us to plan production efficiently, optimising the deployment of our industrial resources.  We remain focused on our long-term objectives. We will continue to invest selectively in product innovation and operational excellence, while strengthening our relationships with yacht owners, leveraging a distinctive and complementary portfolio and an increasingly direct international presence. We look ahead to the autumn boat show season with confidence.  In the coming months, we will unveil important new products and continue our innovation journey across the entire Group. We approach this phase with the same rigorous execution, strategic vision and constant focus on value creation that have underpinned the results achieved to date.”

Steeler Wins Dutch Powerboat of the Year

The new Steeler Enigma 50 has been crowned Dutch Powerboat of the Year 2026, just ahead of its world premiere at Hiswa te Water in Lelystad. The jury praised the yacht as a fresh interpretation of a distinctly Dutch tradition, stating: “Steeler reinvents the Dutch steel motor yacht.”  The Enigma 50 is the first yacht in Steeler Yachts’ new Enigma range, developed together with Dyksman Yacht Design following extensive international market research. The range already consists of five yachts: one Enigma 50, two Enigma 54s, one Enigma 59 and one Enigma 65. At the heart of the concept is a round-bilged steel hull, combining the strength, comfort and stability associated with Dutch steel motor yachts with a distinctly different approach to design. Its patented Steep Flared Bow reduces the traditional bow wave and resistance while contributing to a dry and comfortable ride.  One of the most distinctive choices is what Steeler calls the Low Bridge. Instead of a conventional flybridge, the Enigma 50 features an outdoor lounge with a helm station on the foredeck. This keeps the yacht’s profile and center of gravity low, while giving the owner the choice of cruising from the main helm indoors or from the open-air helm outside. The result is a yacht that retains a low, elegant profile without sacrificing an outdoor cruising and lounging area.  The Enigma 50 also takes inspiration from considerably larger yachts in the way its exterior spaces are designed. The cockpit and side decks are fully covered, with the full-beam cockpit roof providing permanent shade and shelter. Large electric side windows and an opening sunroof allow the saloon to open up to its surroundings, creating a strong connection between inside and outside. Despite an overall length of just 15.40 meters, the design creates an unusually generous sense of space for a yacht in the 50-foot class.  As with every Steeler, each Enigma can be fully customized around its owner. One of the concepts that can be applied to the Enigma is Steeler’s Villa Mode / Guest Mode. In Villa Mode, the lower deck can be configured as an interconnected private owner’s suite comprising the bedroom, bathroom, study and lounge. Through sliding doors and folding panels, the same space can be transformed into Guest Mode when additional privacy and guest accommodation are required. The concept reflects Steeler’s approach to custom yacht building: rather than working from a fixed production layout, each yacht can be developed around the way its owner intends to use it.  Built in the Netherlands to CE Category A, the Enigma 50 measures 15.40 meters overall with a beam of 4.93 meters and is powered by twin 160 hp John Deere engines. The yacht carries 2,500 liters of fuel and is equipped with Magnus Master rotor stabilization, dynamic positioning and a foredeck helm station. The combination reflects the philosophy behind the Enigma range: retaining the qualities that have made Dutch steel yachts successful for generations, while reconsidering how such a yacht should look, perform and be used today.  The award coincides with the world premiere of the Enigma 50 at Hiswa te Water Show.

Sunreef Takes Two Awards at World Yacht Trophies

The spotlight on ULTIMA 88 did not end with Wednesday’s premiere – it continued throughout the entire festival, culminating in a strong showing at the World Yacht Trophies gala.  ULTIMA 88 won the “Catamaran Best Design” category, while Sunreef took to the stage once again that evening to collect another award – this time in the “Catamaran Best Project” category for the Sunreef 65M Explorer.

Viking President Hall of Famer

Viking President and CEO Patrick J. Healey was inducted into the International Game Fish Association (IGFA) Fishing Hall of Fame Aug. 29 at Johnny Morris’ Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium in Springfield, Missouri. Pat was one of five members of the 2026 class.  “I never, ever in my wildest dreams thought this would happen,” Pat said. “It’s just an incredible, incredible honor to be standing here in front of all of you tonight and to be inducted into this Hall of Fame.”  The Hall’s members include Ernest Hemingway, Zane Grey, Ted Williams, former President George H.W. Bush, Bill Dance, Lee and Joan Wulff, Flip Pallot and Curt Gowdy, among others.  “It would be easy to induct Pat Healey on the strength of what Viking has meant to this sport, but his impact reaches far beyond that," said Jason Schratwieser, IGFA President. "A three-time International Masters champion and a champion for conservation, he has left an indelible mark on the world of sportfishing. The IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame is the highest honor in our sport, and we are proud to welcome Pat into this distinguished group of individuals.”  Pat’s remarks were personal and filled with stories from more than four decades of fishing and boatbuilding, including getting fired by his father, Viking Co-Founder Bill Healey, after returning late to work following a Virginia Beach tournament win. He went on to thank the captains, boatbuilders, dealers, owners and family members who helped him along the way.  “I only know how to do two things, build boats and go fishing,” Pat said.  Pat called the captains the “lifeblood” of Viking’s demo program and recalled sitting with them on dock boxes and asking, “How can we build a better boat?”  Drew McDowell, a long time Viking demo captain, has been part of the program since its early years.  “I have been very fortunate to fish with you for 43 years, as your captain when we first started and then the last 20 years together as anglers in the cockpit,” Drew said. “You have brought many great ideas to our sport and have always put conservation of the fish as No. 1.”  Pat’s eldest son, Sean Healey, used a nickname familiar to tournament crews. “Left Flat Pat” comes from the cockpit position Pat has fished for years.  “Congratulations, Dad. You’ve always been persistent, always pushing forward and looking for a better way,” Sean said. “And yes, ‘Left Flat Pat’ is officially a Hall of Famer. We’re all very proud of you.”  Pat said Viking’s demo program has released more than 15,000 billfish over more than 40 years while harvesting 15.
“We can do more together,” Pat said. “We’re the stewards of this industry.”  Each Hall of Fame inductee has a display case with artefacts tied to his or her life in fishing. Pat’s includes 3D-printed models of a Viking and a Valhalla, a 3D-printed Best of Show trophy, his signature Viking visor, a photo collage and a 2011 Master Angler patch.  Pat received the Center for Sportfishing Policy’s Eddie Smith Manufacturer of the Year Award in 2024 and IGFA’s Gil Keech Heavy-Tackle Award in 2025. Earlier this year, Marlin magazine honored him as its inaugural Person of the Year.

Viking Reel Into Fishing Program

Viking recently welcomed 14 students from Atlantic County, New Jersey, as part of the International Game Fish Association (IGFA) Reel Into Fishing Program. The students, ages 10 to 14, toured the New Gretna facility and learned about the range of careers available in fishing and the marine industry. Viking also hosted 26 students from Ocean County earlier this summer.  “There’s a spot for everybody,” said Nick DeGennaro, IGFA Education Manager. “You can be an electrician, an engineer or a fabricator. You can really do anything and have a tie to the fishing community.” IGFA works with Rutgers 4-H extension offices to bring the no-cost program to young people who want to learn about fishing and the opportunities connected to the sport.  The three-day program includes career presentations, hands-on fishing instruction and time on the water. Students assemble their own rods and reels, learn basic knots, rigging and casting, then put those skills to use fishing fresh water and salt water. The program now operates in three New Jersey counties, three Florida counties and one county in Michigan.

Viking at Marlins for Mason

Marlins for Mason raised a record $800,000 for Dravet syndrome research during its fourth annual billfish release tournament, pushing its total to more than $2.3 million.  Mason, the son of Delmarva Marine Group Co-Founder John Prather, lives with Dravet syndrome, a rare, lifelong form of epilepsy. He experienced his first seizure at just 4 months old and was diagnosed at 7 months. “This $800,000 represents hope and progress for every child living with Dravet,” said Marlins for Mason Founder and Director Amanda Prather.  The Viking 82 won the Release Category with a blue marlin and 20 white marlin.  The event brought 81 teams to Ocean City, Maryland.
