Finally Gagliotta expands its Lobster down East line, with the addition of this new Lobster 53 model. Debuting in 2009 with the Lobster 35, the Gagliotta Lobster range was set to expand at the end of the twenty-tens when it announced the projects for a Lobster 42 and Lobster 48 in 2017, which unfortunately never materialized. Now Gagliotta presents this new Lobster 53 which is also its largest yacht to date overcoming the 52 Fisherman which was stopped in production last year. The Gagliotta Lobster 53 follows similar looks to the smaller Lobster 35, expanded in size to have a three double cabins lower deck, with optional crew cabin. The living, dining, and galley is all located on the main deck, and a novelty for a lobster inspired yacht is that the Lobster 53 features an astern L-shaped galley to port side. The Gagliotta Lobster 53 is powered by twin Volvo 550hp with IPS pod drives propulsion for top speeds up to 28 knots.
