Project: Sciallino Sc 36 Trentasei

It takes courage to re-invent one self, but Sciallino a North West Liguria region Italian brand builder of traditional Italian Gozzo fishing boat translated into a cruiser is doing just this since about a year. For this operation Sciallino brought in designer Luca Maschera, who got duty to present a totally new line of models. The Sc 36 Trentasei will be the largest of the new projects so far on offer, and are all distinctive for respecting tradition with a twist in modernity. As the rendering of the Sc 36 shows the new Sciallino gives pride to what the Italian company stood for in years. Going into the technical side the new Sciallino will be direct line shaft powered, but offers a large portfolio of engines; in the case of the Sc 36 five from a single Volvo 435hp up to twin VM 350hp.  Interior wise the Sciallino will boast more choices then ever and unlike the old models available only in mahogany wood, the new ones have options for maple, oak, teak, and walnut trims. The standard layout of the Sc 36 is offered in two cabins sleeping four with a dinette and kitchen on the main deck behind the helm. But an option also exists here; with the midships cabin available with three berths instead of two, or all the lower deck possible to have in a full open plan layout.

Blu Martin New Web Site

Blu Martin presents its new World wide web showroom, to be exact it's version three. Founded in 2001, by Francesco Mauri, at first one thinks it is a young builder. But in reality there is much experience in Blu Martin with Mauri coming from over twenty years as building director with a renowned Como powerboat builder, and deciding to fund his own brand. Mauri work was soon made to fruit in 2003 with the launching of the first Blu Martin, the 13.50 Sun Top which becomes a huge success in the Italian market for its three double cabins layout and its T-top radar arch, so much that two years later a three part hard-top sister is added in the 13.90 Sea Top which follows and surpasses the success of the first model. In 2013 Blu Martin was bought out by Sea Engineering S.r.l. The company today features four models in it's range; ST 13.90, ST 48, ST 52, and ST 58. New Model: Camper & Nicholsons 50 Velsheda

What a beautiful boat, that is in few words what this picture say of the new Camper and Nicholsons 50 Velsheda. Project: Henriques 50 Express HT

Based on the hull shape of the recently launched Henriques 50 Flybridge, this New Jersey boat builder is fast to capitalize and present a project for an Express HT model. This new Henriques follows the concept of the year ago launched 42 HT with a nice stylish integrated three piece hard top wrap around wind screen covering half of the cockpit. The standard interior layout of the 50 Express HT will offer two cabins; owners room to fore, twin bunk berth cabin to starboard, shower head, and an L-shaped galley and L-shape dinette looking opposite each other to starboard. The cockpit as any decent sport-fisherman will be a free aft deck, and the raised controlling area offering three forward looking drive and co-pilot settees with central helm station, and a large L-passenger settee behind. No power has yet been announced for the 50 Express HT and Henriques is usually quite conservative on its power and speed. As an example the 50 Flybridge is powered by twin Cat 1015hp and reaches 36 knots max. Imagine the 50 Express HT to be powered by similar units and be able to reach a knot or two more.
