New Model: Palm Beach 65 Sedan

Down under Palm Beach Motor Yachts adds another model to its range with the introduction of the 65 Sedan. New flagship to Palm Beach traditional looking cruiser and yachts, the 65 Sedan is a natural progression following the popularity of the 2008 launched 50 model. Like the 50, the new 65 Sedan expands a single living main deck experience, with discreet mezzanine levels accessing the cabins. Big large panoramic windows which are sort off a trade mark now for the Palm Beach lobster design surround the main saloon offering seamless views from the port and starboard lounges. Keeping in with its traditional down east lobster lines the aft cockpit is voluminous and protected by an automated awning providing welcome shade. A tender garage opens hydraulically aft at the press of a button and can house tenders up to 3.1 metres in size. The swimming platform gently eases itself into the water and the walk around decks provides effortless access to the sun bed located to the foredeck. The Palm Beach 65 Sedan has a hull design with a low centre of gravity, fine bow entry, hard chines, and a moderate draft hull. Power is from twin Yanmar 700hp which seem a bit small for a boat this size.
