Three boats of ten to eleven meters in length were wrecked by fire at Kanagio Yacht Club in Port Stanley, Ontario, Canada with the blaze starting just before 13:00 of Saturday fifteen June 2024. Central Elgin Fire Rescue responded to the fire, which started on a boat, and then spread to the boats on its port side. Two boats were untied during the fire fighting operation saving them from the blaze. No injuries are reported as boats were not attended. The fire is under investigation and is reported to have started from an electrical fire circuit.
One of the boats in this fire is a Doral 36 Boca Grande as produced from 2004 to 2009.
