North Carolina's custom Wanchese boat builder Spencer Yachts shows its new 49 IPS Express model. This sleek 49 foot boat Express style Sportfish Cruiser as the title says is powered by twin Volvo IPS900 700hp engines. As the first benefit of this configuration will be a generous floor plan down below which benefits from a galley, a dinette table for four, two staterooms and two bathrooms. Cabins are an owners double served by a personal en-suite to fore, and twin singles berth in the aft looking room. Its exterior is a mix up between a centre console mostly in the triple seated central helm station, and that of an inboard express. The reverse shear line of the 49 IPS Express continues Spencer soft approach to what a Carolina build will be normally. Launched during the Miami Show the 49 IPS Express headed after this to the West End Bahamas to fish in its first tournament.
