New Model: Rio Le Mans 50

Rio launch the waited and anticipated Le Mans 50, the second in size of it's Coupe range, and first of it's Le Mans series which is to be followed by a smaller 45.  Based mostly on the Daytona 50 the Rio Le Mans 50 main difference is that it features more enclosed comforts on the main deck, thanks to a one part hard-top which stretches from the windshield and extends to about half of the aft cockpit deck.  This enclosed hard-top replaces the more open T-Top of the Daytona 50 model.  The accommodation of the Le Mans 50 is identical to that of the Daytona both inside and outside.  Considering that the exterior is used from fore to aft the lower accommodation deck offers nice spaces for two guest cabins and two shower heads sleeping four guests, with a free unit, in between the cabins.  The Rio Le Mans 50 is also offered with drop down bulk heads to port and starboard side, extending the space around the dinette and sun-pad around the aft deck.  The Rio Le Mans 50 is powered by twin Yanmar 550hp with line shaft propulsion for speeds up to forty knots and a cruise of thirty knots, with a triple 400hp Mercury outboard option also being available.

New Model: Holterman Xtreme X-54

Holterman like to call its small Xtreme X-54 as a pocket-sized superyacht, a legitimate claim due for the bespoke construction and custom features which comes even in the entry level of the Dutch builder futuristic looking Xtreme series.  The owners of the Xtreme X-54 required a relaxed and luxurious cruiser to enjoy on European rivers, made possible by a low height and collapsible mast for navigating inland bridges. The overall interior layout of the Xtreme 54 revolves around maximizing space. The main deck lounge has an extra-large sunroof which sheds lots of light on the seating area. A smart divider between the lounge and the galley doubles as an extra cupboard on the starboard side. The galley itself is highly spec'd and leads to a generous helm station. A bright and harmonious interior style with only a limited amount of wood is achieved by starting with darker colors at floor level and gradually lightening the feel using elements of lacquer and leather.  The Holterman Xtreme X-54 is powered by twin Volvo 175hp for speeds up to ten knots, while a cruise of eight knots will give a range up to 550 nautical miles.

New Model: Apreamare Gozzo 38 Cabin

Apreamare is pleased to announce the launch of the first unit of the new Gozzo 38 Cabin. This event not only celebrates the launch of the long-awaited traditional inspired looking cruiser, but also confirms Apreamare role as an innovator, without losing touch with tradition as the historic Neapolitan shipyard has been known throughout the world for designing and building boats since 1849. Conceived by Cataldo Aprea and designed by designer Marco Casali and engineer Umberto Tagliavini, the Gozzo 38 Cabin evolves from the famous Gozzo 35, introducing new elements in the design for an extremely comfortable on-board experience. The 38 Cabin was designed to expand the internal spaces and guarantee greater protection and accommodation on deck, making it ideal for multi-day cruising in every season and sea condition, although Apreamare has offered similar solutions in the past on its thirteen meters plus and larger cruisers and yachts, it is the first time it is offering a fully enclosed cruiser at eleven meters in size.  The new Apreamare Gozzo 38 Cabin will be officially presented at the upcoming Cannes boat show followed with an Italian premier and the Genoa Boat Show the following week, where enthusiasts will have the opportunity to admire this latest example of Italian nautical craftsmanship firsthand. The first Gozzo 38 Cabin will cruise the seas of Northern Europe, confirming the marine aptitude of this model designed for the owner who wishes to navigate comfortably all year round and in all weather conditions, even enjoying a multi-day cruise. This is possible without betraying the winning spirit that animates Apreamare’s projects: great seakeeping, hull stability, comfort, and beautiful shapes and lines that recall the centenary tradition of Sorrento gozzi.

New Model: Pershing GTX80

The first Pershing GTX80, was launched on April three in the port of Fano. The yacht has the sporty spirit and generous living spaces typical of the Pershing GTX range. The new Pershing GTX80, about 24 meters long, is the phenomenal result of collaboration between the Ferretti Group Product Strategy Committee led by Piero Ferrari, design studio Vallicelli Design and the Group’s Engineering Department. The GTX80 is the first in 39 years of Pershing to feature a different design to that of Fulvio de Simoni, it will be interesting if with this new model Vallicelli will take design charge for the World famous and iconic Italian brand or if he will be responsible for the GTX series.  The interiors and exteriors on board the GTX80 communicate seamlessly with each other, creating a unique space and a new dimension of comfort. The yacht has two decks, plus a sport-bridge, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests thanks to the new four-cabin layout. There is also a cabin with two beds for the crew. The exterior styling, in classic Pershing grey, features a number of innovative choices: designed without stanchions, it points up the near vertical bow and the continuous, slightly convex sheer-line. In the bow section, the bulwarks have been lightened by a longitudinal slot, while those in the stern have a dual function, both incorporating the winches and converting into lateral terraces that swing down. This is the first time a solution like this has been adopted on a Pershing model and the aim is to establish even closer contact with the water. One of the outdoor spaces that stands out most is the stern platform, which has three different positions, making it a versatile and extremely important feature of the boat. It can be left in the default position, raised using the dual linear lift so that it’s flush with the beach area, extending and integrating the aft living space in conjunction with the lateral terraces when open, and also used for launching tenders. The bright, airy spaces and extensive glazing on the main deck are a signature feature of this model. Immediately aft of the helm station, which is fitted with three 24-inch screens is a living area containing a generous corner sofa, a dining area.  On this first hull this was made in a formal version with free standing furniture, and a fully integrated galley/bar in spaces directly overlooking the cockpit. This innovative design solution again underscores the focus on creating fluid, intercommunicating spaces. The black elements in the kitchen area create a slight contrast with the pale parquet and are color-coordinated with the metallic silver lacquered ceiling, which features multiple intersecting diagonal LED lights that diffuse light across the entire deck, from exterior to interior in a pared-down design that focuses on multiple angles. The sundeck is very spacious at 23 square meters, it’s 60% larger than the category average, while at the same time guaranteeing internal space of gran Turismo proportions. This effect is partly due to the sleekly dynamic arch-shaped deckhouse. The hard-top available for the sundeck, this first unit has one is made of carbon fiber to deliver the utmost in performance and aesthetic appearance. Equipped with three 1,000hp Volvo engines with IPS pod propulsion the Pershing GTX80 reaches a top speed of 34 knots and a cruise of 28.

New Model: Wally Power50

At the appointment of the 2024 Dusseldorf boat show in January, Wally came full guns blazing by presenting its new Power50 model. Spanning the arc between the Wallytender range and the Wally Power58, the new Wally Power50 is so flexible and adaptable that it can serve as anything from chase-boat to tender to day-cruiser to luxury weekender to high-octane thrill-ride, proof indeed that whatever life you want to lead, the Power50 is the bridge that can take you there. The Wallypower50 combines the more open design of the Wallytenders with the more spacious areas of the Wallypower58, with an extensive options list that means you can define a Wallypower50 to meet your operational wishes. Love the vertical stem and inimitably striking lines of the Wallypowers? The new Wallypower50 carries that design DNA in her profile and her hull, matching flair with finesse. But if you want an element of Wallytender practicality, no problem as you can spec a wraparound fender like those found on the Wallytenders to give you more rugged workhorse capability. Central to the onboard experience is the beautifully drawn balance between rugged practicality and sublime functionality, and it is here that the shared genes between the Wallytenders and the Wallypowers is truly evident. The wallypower50 boasts all the open space of her smaller cousins, which lends herself perfectly to working tender operational parameters, but adds touches that speak to her standalone capabilities too. There are two sunbeds aft instead of one, with a generous walkway between them offering easy boarding and disembarkation; moreover, drop-down aft bulwarks extend the aft deck space by six square meters, creating a luxurious area for enjoying the sea or enjoying a sundowner or two with family and friends. Forward of the sunbeds, nestling under the protection of the angular cockpit structure yet still delivering an alfresco feel, is the cockpit saloon. A dining table with banquettes and further bench seating comfortably accommodates eight guests, with space for more on forward-facing bench seats plus the helm chairs. Of course, there is also a foredeck sunpad with adjustable headrests, ideal for soaking up some rays at anchor or away from prying eyes when moored stern-to; there is also easy access to the hidden anchoring system, which itself is not only a neat design trick but also means even the foredeck is clutter free. The helm itself is elegant and modern, offering all controls to hand and with two large MFDs providing access to all operating and systems data as well as a comprehensive navcomms suite. The helm is ideally located for all-round visibility – particularly pertinent when riding the wallypower50 to her higher performance limits. Below, the wallypower50 reveals her power roots, with not only a full head and shower but a welcoming space that can offer everything you need for weekending, or even longer cruising. A large forward double berth, cosy saloon area and kitchenette galley, all finished to the highest standards, mean the wallypower50 can just as easily be your pied-a-terre wherever you wish to go – a luxurious and inviting studio apartment that’s perfect for couples. The wallypower50 doesn’t just encompass flexibility, she also offers a bridge into the rarefied world of true performance boating because if a thrilling, responsive, exhilarating dream-ride is what you’re after, of course there’s a version for you. The standard WallyPower50 is powered by twin Volvo 480hp with IPS pod drives propulsion for a thirty knots cruise and a top speed of 36 knots, all the while combining performance with easy handling thanks to a perfect hull, and joystick control with optional DPS for close-quarters situations. For those who revel in real performance, there’s the Wallypower50X. Offered in two variants, each with quad Mercury outboards, the 50X multiplies the Wally factor and takes you for a serious blast. With the quad 400hp options, you’re looking at a 48-knot max with a range of 240 nautical miles. Step up to the quad 500hp option and watch the Wallypower50X power to more than fifty knots. It's not just about grunt, of course. The wallypower50 and 50X draw on a deep-V hull to offer stability at speed and the ability to cruise faster even in bigger seas, meaning more scope to enjoy everything the wallypower50 offers in more conditions.

New Model: Tankoa T450

Sold in late 2021 shortly after the new series was presented, the first unit in the Tankoa T450 has been launched and christened m/y Go at the shipyard in Genoa. First Tankoa model under fifty meters in length, the T450 expands Tankoa's range of super yachts, bringing the builder's values to the market of more compact vessels. It reaffirms the boutique shipyard's reputation, rooted in its commitment to quality and comfort, coupled with innovation and elegance, making it a true benchmark. Built in steel and alumimium, the T450 is an innovative project by Giorgio M Cassetta, intended to maintain the brand's timeless aesthetics while introducing bold vertical elements to the superstructure, combined with sleek horizontal lines. Introduced to the shipyard by Italian Yacht Group of Fort Lauderdale, the American client for the first unit requested that the original gross tonnage of 430GT be increased to 450GT to provide more interior volume. In terms of accommodation, M/Y Go offers a huge master stateroom forward on the main deck and five comfortable guest suites on the lower deck. Throughout the yacht, expansive windows flood the interior with natural light, emphasizing the spaciousness of each area. The generous beach club features opening side platforms that wrap around the stern and a sliding sun-pad that closes the pool during navigation. The large sundeck has a hydro-massage tub and shaded dining area, while the upper deck is fitted out with a dedicated gym and a fire pit in the bow. New Model: Wider WiLder 60

Wider debuted its stunning new WiLder 60 in early February 2024, launching it at the Wider Vision Hub, the brand’s 2023 opened shipyard in Fano, Italy. Delivering superyacht levels of custom finish and supermodel looks in eighteen meters plus a thrill-a-minute high-performance package, the WiLder 60 is the apogee of brilliance, designed and realized to exceptional exterior spaces and exquisite interior styling and finishing, conceived to appeal to the wilder side in us all. With design coming from Wider Centro Stile, the in-house design team, the first WiLder 60 is a showcase in Wider’s commitment to excellence and the genius of its new WiLder brand. The first WiLder 60 has been built for a European owner and her custom layout and finish has been completed to the owner’s exacting specifications. Coupled to the performance hull, which was developed by the naval architecture team at Wider Engineering, is an interior that features two twin guest suites amidships plus a forward owner’s cabin with inviting centerline double and starboard-side ensuite. Between the two is a saloon equipped with designer galley cabinet and a relaxation area with sofa and television. Interior touches include luxurious leathers in contrasting shades of beige, marbles, brilliantly conceived lighting and beautiful gloss finishes that draw on Wider’s extensive experience building some of the world’s finest superyachts. The sumptuous and sensual textiles and textures hint at elegant debauchery, the very essence of the WiLder 60’s raison d’être. Up top, the WiLder’s appeal to the wild side is clear there’s a forward party deck, aft social deck with sun-pads and alfresco dining area, and a central helm. From here, the owner will be able to fully enjoy the sparkling performance of the WiLder 60, propelled by twin Man 1300hp engines, achieving a cruising speed of 35 knots and a maximum speed of forty knots. A 325-nautical-mile range ensures that no party is too far. While the first WiLder 60 was launched at the Fano Vision Hub, where the testing of new models takes place, the WiLder series will be built at Wider’s Superyacht Hub in Venice, where two more bespoke WiLder 60s, each set to stun on their respective launches are already in build. The much-anticipated arrival of the first WiLder 60 also marks Wider’s second significant milestone in this 2024, following the launch of the WiderCat92, the brand’s first multihull.
