Project: Tiara EX 54

Tiara present the project for a new EX 54, its second model of the EX line and what follows in less to two years the debut of the EX 60, the Holland Michigan boat builder current flagship and largest ever build to date.  A fully enclosed sport yacht with conservative looks and entertainment utilitarian amenities, the EX 54 is very similar to the EX 60 in both looks and substance albeit a bit smaller in size, and comes with the same modular aft cockpit selections, although in this new project these are reduced to three against the five of the two meters bigger sister. The EX 54 will feature the same three double cabins layout with two heads, with a full beam midships owners stateroom, a VIP suite forward, and third cabin with bunk berths layout.  The main deck is  reserved for entertainment, with flip down bulkheads serving the lower part of the aft cockpit. The three choices for the aft cockpit revolve the lower part in between the lower and two step upper part with choices involving the aft settee looking forward as standard, which can be ordered as an aft adventure unit, or glass patio with modular settee.  The Tiara EX 54 is to be powered by twin Volvo 725hp with IPS pod drives propulsion.

New Model: Tiara EX60

Tiara has in early October launched its first unit of its new EX60 flagship, in preparation for it to be presented at the upcoming 2022 Fort Lauderdale boat show.  With an overall length over eighteen meters, the new EX60 supersedes the previous 5800 Sovran as Tiara largest build to date.  The Tiara EX60 presents itself as a versatile sport yacht especially to what concerns its exterior entertainment zones, with four different options available; Alfresco, Aft Cockpit, Breakfast, and Adventure modules. These modules are options for the lower and upper two steps split exterior aft deck.  The Breakfast module for example changes the forward facing settee in the upper deck to a breakfast bar unit, while the Adventure changes the settee on the lower aft deck to a compartment with rod holders, live-well, and tackle storage.  Once inside the patio doors the Tiara EX60 features a C-shaped dinette to portside, large L-shaped galley opposite to starboard, helm station and companionway settee to starboard. A side door services the helm station to starboard, making single handed mooring more manageable.  Down below the Tiara EX60 offers a three double cabins layout, with an owners stateroom at midships served by an en-suite to starboard, a VIP forward, and a third twin berth guest cabin to starboard.  The Tiara EX60 is powered by standard twin Volvo 900hp, and or optional 1000hp with IPS pod propulsion.  Speed estimates are up to 36 knots for the standard power, with the optional engines giving an extra two knots of top speed.

Project: Tiara EX 60

Tiara announces the project for its largest build to date with the project of the new EX 60. Previous to this the largest Tiara ever build was the 5800 Sovran model launched in 2007 and produced till 2015.  The Tiara EX 60 is a fully enclosed hard-top sport yacht of eighteen meters in length.  This is a cruising sport yacht and the split level aft deck is an innovative design available in four different practical and user friendly options, in both the raised and lower levels.  For example you can aim for a bar area up top or a settee, and a dinette or an open space fishing adventure are to stern. Another detail is the opening bulwarks which extend the space for the aft deck area. Inside the EX60 offers a living with galley and dinette opposite and two forward facing settees on the main deck.  The lower deck is all dedicated to the sleeping accommodation with three double cabins including an owners stateroom at midships.  The Tiara EX 60 will be powered by twin Volvo 900hp as standard and optional 1000hp engine with IPS pod propulsion.  Speed estimates are for 36 knots with the standard engines and 38 with the optional larger units.

New Model: Tiara 49 Coupe

Tiara Yachts takes the Coupe series to the new with the introduction of the 49 model. Tiara first Coupe the 50 introduced in September 2015 defined a new evolution in design, which later was reflected with the introduction of the 39, 44 and 53 models all in the spirit of timeless classic down east lobster boat inspired design, and backed by Volvo’s easy to operate IPS pod drive system.  The 49 Coupe builds on the successful momentum of the range and elevates that experience with the introduction of expanded interior space throughout. New Coupe buyers will feel the openness immediately in the single level salon followed by the lower cabins and spacious master. The interior is further enhanced with the introduction of a full suite of hardwood finishes and designer fabrics in tune with summer fashions and trends.  The transom showcases a fully integrated swim platform which may be optioned with a hydraulic lift. Entry to the cockpit is via the port side steps through a manual locking stainless steel gate. One of the most exciting changes on the new 49 Coupe is the rear cockpit lounge seat finished in exterior grade Ultraleather which now incorporates a starboard side aft corner to accommodate more guests while entertaining. A port side aft facing seat and high gloss adjustable teak table add to the ambiance of the open air cockpit.  The hallmark outdoor/in living spaces of the first Coupe model is prominent in the new 49 with entry into the salon via a cockpit sliding door framed by windows on either side. The galley features both port and starboard include drawer style refrigerator/ freezer, two burner cook-top, microwave/convection oven and storage above and below. Large quartz counter-tops complete the galley space. Step up to salon seating and helm area with its port side U-lounge, convertible to a berth, and starboard love seat. The dual companion helm seat is fully adjustable.  Volvo Joystick controls are fully integrated with Garmin electronics and remote. The fully integrated fiberglass hardtop frames large tempered safety glass panes port, starboard and forward providing an unimpeded platform to safely and enjoyably operate the 49.  One of the real joys of the Coupe series is the visual access from virtually any point in the salon and cockpit to what really matters when yachting, enjoying the water all around you!  The lower master and VIP suites are accessed through a center stairway. The master features a private head and center-line queen pedestal berth with innerspring mattress.  Audio visual, storage and hull-side windows make the master a great retreat any time of the day. The VIP shares a day head with the lower atrium but still maintains a private entrance for sleeping. Additional hull side windows allow plenty of natural light carrying the open living theme throughout. The atrium features a port side lounge that may also be used as a berth.  The mechanical space and engine room are accessed through the large cockpit floor hatch. Volvo 600hp engines with IPS pod drives power the new Tiara 49 Coupe with top speeds up 31 knots and a cruise of 26 knots.

Tiara New Web Site

Tiara Yachts from the US of America presents a new global web showroom. Tiara yachts is the motor boat division of S2 which was founded in 1974 by Leon Slickers who came from a previous boat building experience which started in 1946 as a joinery maker with Chris Craft. This continued in 1950 first building 14 foot runabouts in his garage after work, and later on registering the Slickcraft name in 1954. This move made Slickers a year later to abandon his successful career with Chris Craft, sell his house and open a factory in Michigan. In the same year Slickers started experimenting with fiberglass and within three years Slickcraft had already produced a few boats with a switch to total production with the new material in 1963. In 1969 Leon sold to AMF, and was left to head three other AMF companies including Slickcraft. But after four years Slickers noticed that corporation business was not his way, and left the company. In 1974 Leon Slickers founded S2 Yachts first building sailboats, which in ten years time will become one of the top five builders in the US. A few years later to the founding of S2 a new motorboat series called Tiara is added. This will be joined by a second factory in 1977 at Florida building the Pursuit brand, and six years later to this Slickers purchases back again his Slickcraft from AMF. Today Tiara is a quality renowned cruiser and yacht builder with an offer which consists of thirteen models from 31 to 53 feet divided into a five range series; Q, Tiara, Convertible, Flybridge, and Coupe series. The line up starts with the 31, and goes up to the C53 Coupe flagship, with latest model being the F53 Flybridge.  Currently Tiara has also a project for a 36 LS which marks the return to an outboard powered model from Tiara. Tiara new website is available in nearly all languages and takes you around with the following buttons; Yachts, Tiara Soul, Tiara World, Find a Dealer, Tiara Collection, Tiara Events, and Connect. Tiara is also on social media with a link to its Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and Vimeo pages located at the bottom of the page.

Project: Tiara 39 Coupe

Tiara continue to expand its Coupe range and after the introduction of the 50 and 44, looks into integrating a more economic to purchase due to the smaller size twelve meter sized 39 model.  The project of the 39 Coupe synthesizes what the larger sisters stand in a slightly smaller package.  Indeed just as the 44 and 50, the 39 Coupe will be powered by IPS pod drives, and will also offer two separate double cabins below decks.  The main deck will also be similar to what the larger sisters offer with living all located on the main deck; L-shaped saloon to port side, helm and galley to starboard.  Standard power will offer twin Volvo 370hp diesel engines, with IPS pod drives.

Project: Tiara Q44

Tiara Yachts engineers and designers introduce the first plan, profile and layouts of the new Q 44. The adventure sport cruiser, first revealed to the market as a concept during the 2015 Miami International Boat Show, now comes to life with real lines in the form of renderings. The purpose-built sport cruiser targets a sector of the market moving towards more outdoor entertainment and offers a generous amount of open space to bring along a large group of friends or family. The Q 44 project is designed around the very successful Tiara 44 Coupe hull. However, the luxurious interior living spaces are traded for more wide open deck and exterior seating while the over-night features below are softened a bit.  The single level deck lets you enjoy the Q 44 from the designated Island galley in the cockpit all the way to the bow. There you will find a cushioned love seat as well as additional house seats that make the area more than just another place to anchor and throw lines. It becomes a space where family and friends can post up and enjoy the outdoors. The bridge deck opens to the cockpit and features two electrically-actuated sliding doors port and starboard. The doors, when closed, provide weather protection from the elements during the run to and from your destination and allow guests to freely move throughout the bridgedeck, cockpit space and bow areas. The beauty of the exterior layout is that it can accommodate a large group of people and everyone can find room for their favorite activities and enjoyment. Underneath it all is the solid heritage of Tiara Yachts. The build, the bluewater performance of the 44 hull, and the quality in craftsmanship synonymous with the Tiara brand. Hull number one of the luxury dayyacht will be powered by Volvo Penta’s IPS system and 435hp engines, complete with joystick driving and glass cockpit. The Q 44 will also be available with straight drives featuring joystick docking at a later date. Performance is expected to match that of the Tiara 44 Coupe which reaches max speed of 30 knots with the same engines.

New Model: Tiara 50 Flybridge

The Tiara 50 Flybridge builds on the modern design and product evolution started with the introduction of the exciting 50 Coupe. The open layout adorned with solid hardwoods, contemporary furniture, finishes and hardware are all part of the new 50 Fly. What sets her apart is the new bridge deck layout thoughtfully executed with entertaining in mind. Highlights include a center helm station, secure coming heights, all inclusive seating and a convertible sun-pad allowing all guests to be part of the cruise. The open step system to the flybridge makes for easy ingress and egress, and keeps the aft cockpit deck open and airy.  Twin Volvo 725hp power the 50 Flybridge to a cruising speed of 28 knots, with a 33 knots top end.

Project: Tiara 50 Flybridge

The 50 Flybridge is Tiara's second new model for 2014, and as the lines suggest it is a model based on the 50 Coupe.  Going aboard the 50 Flybridge should be much of the same of the Coupe, which is not a bad thing, since the model from 2013 created quite a stir for its entertainment and accommodation areas in its launch. Its when you go up the port side stair case which takes you to the flybridge that things change and you have a second accommodating deck up top. The flybridge of the 50 offers a central settee with back and forward positions. Forward is a central helm with double settee, plus double companion seats on the sides.  A wet bar is located behind the double helm seat. The 50 Flybridge will be available as rendered above with radar arch and hard-top, or in a more classic near back in time sport-fish fully open configuration. Power will be twin Volvo 725hp engines with forward looking IPS pod drives.

New Model: Tiara 44 Coupe

It's chapter two of Tiara's timeless looking Coupe line up which was launched in 2013 with the praised 50. Now Tiara follows it with a slightly smaller but very interesting 44.  The biggest argument in the new 44 is that the smaller Coupe can also be an alternative for the 50, as it offers much of the good stuff of the bigger sister in a smaller package. The 44 features two separate cabins below, served with two shower heads one of which en-suite for the owners cabin forward. The main deck is reserved for living and entertainment with a galley located astern but looking to starboard by the patio door, which splits the exterior from the interior when closed, and unites the areas when open. Power is twin Volvo 435hp with IPS pod drives which give max speeds of 30 knots and a cruise of 26.

Project: Tiara 44 Coupe

Tiara upgrades its fall 2013 new Couple range, first introduced with a 50 model and now to be added up later on this year with a 44. This new project of the Tiara 44 Coupe was announced just before the Miami boat show with some rendering pictures showing up online during the event. Andrew Bartlett for this new smaller Coupe also code named X series in the Tiara design office, followed similar exterior looks of the well received 50. The interior layout also features a similar concept with a living and galley on the main deck, and two cabins both with private heads located below. The main selling point of the 44 Coupe remains its concept of a fully enclosed hard top sports cruiser with patio door aft, and a line which is characterized by mixed traditional and modern elements.  Hull one is expected to launch in the end of Spring.

New Model: Tiara 50 Coupe

Its an interesting story at the moment if you are a customer looking for a sport cruiser or yacht around the fifty feet length and with pods drives, as the market has in the last couple of months been filled with offers from some quality renowned builders, three of which have never offered such a package in this size.  Tiara a high quality labelled production builder from the USA presents this great looking new 50 Coupe, featuring an unmistakable conservative yet contemporary styling outside.  I am loving that flared bow for example, but also the design of the coach roof and the hard top has a certain simplicity which tells you to keep looking for ever.  In this new 50 Coupe Tiara shows meticulous planning for the boater; huge bathing platform with wet-bar, large aft cockpit, fully enclosed interior main deck with full all around panoramic views, and astern galley.  Down below the intelligence of the 50 Coupe layout not only for featuring a full beam owners room a standard in cruisers of this size nowadays and more so in IPS powered yachts, but most important for the choice of having a wash-room or this to be replaced by a third bunk cabin.  Last and not least is the details which surprise in this Tiara 50 Coupe like the saloon sofa, or aft deck settee which have a quality style home grade look and feel. Standard power for the Tiara is Volvo 600hp or optional 725hp, with both engines propelled with IPS forward looking pod drives.

LOA - 16.6 m (54.6ft)

Set to be delivered to key dealerships this fall, the all new Tiara 50 series redefines world class luxury with innovative design, engineering, and performance built for today’s modern lifestyle. The Tiara 50 Coupe salon and bridge deck offer 360 degree panoramic views open to the cockpit through sliding aft doors built with indoor outdoor living in mind. The salon offers a single level deck from the cockpit forward to the bridge where two small steps separate entertaining from the business of operating the vessel. The helm and dash features Tiara’s proven sensible ergonomic placement of controls and gauges leaving plenty of room for flush mounting electronics. The all new Tiara 50 Coupe is powered by twin Volvo IPS propulsion systems in standard 600 or optional 700 horsepower configurations. The technologically advanced Volvo IPS II power plants are matched to a successful ocean proven hull delivering a solid ride.  The Tiara 50’s design cues bring a sense of sleek styling, exceptional performance and luxurious comfort, intended to appeal to a broad spectrum of consumers. A wide range of options offers owners the opportunity to customize the vessel to match their personal style.

New Model: Tiara 3900 Coronet

Presented as a project on the fall of 2012 the Tiara 3900 Coronet is the new flagship of this sport cruiser line from this well regarded US boat builder.  For the new Coronet flagship Tiara based itself on the very good looking 3900 Open and added some more distinct cruiser features.  In my opinion adding the votes on the look front. Still as all the Coronet, Tiara has a Tournament Fishing Package included in the 3900 dedicated for those who like to fish more in style.  On the accommodation format the 3900 Coronet offers incredible social aspects; starting from the large exterior with a nice aft deck featuring an L-shaped settee, and two person mezzanine opposite.  Up one step is the raised area with everything here being around the helm to starboard, which features a galley behind and an opposite L-shaped settee. Down below is as custom in the US an open plan layout which adds the feeling of space for the 3900 Coronet.  The features here are a double berth to fore, C-shaped sofa, L-shaped galley, and a separate shower head.  Power is twin Cummins engine choice; 480 or optional 550hp.
