Two boats of eight and eleven meters respectively were wrecked by fire at Darsena Falaschi in Ameglia, province of La Spezia just after 19:00 of Friday sixteen October. Vigili del Fuoco fire fighters fought the blaze, with ARPAL agency inspecting the area for any ecological damage following the extinguishing of the fire. Ultimately the two boats were wrecked with no injuries reported as both boats were not attended during the blaze. The cause of the fire which started on the smaller boat, and then jumped to the bigger one to its port side is not reported.
The large boat in this fire is a Sealine 360 Ambassador as designed by Bill Dixon and produced from 1993 to 1996.
