During the 2024 Cannes boat show Ferretti presented a new, or more of an improved and updated second generation 670 model. The Ferretti which started the Filippo Salvetti era in 2018 the 670 has been given a soft design make-over. The visible changes of this second generation 670 include larger hull glazing which integrates design wise into the engine air-intake, redesigned optional hard-top which now extends further aft, soft changes to the super structure windows and bulwark which now offers a bigger opening. Layout wise the 670 has received changes to its flybridge plan, which now is inverted as the helm station moves to starboard with wet-bar behind it, and a larger dinette to the previous model now located to port side. The main deck layout is mostly unchanged, though the galley has been improved with an island unit on entry. The lower deck is mostly unchanged in both versions, although the office desk on entry to the master stateroom of the three cabins versions has been lightly changed. The optional four cabins version is unchanged. The Ferretti 670 is powered by twin Man 1000hp or optional 1200hp for top speeds up to 28 knots with the standard engines, and 32 knots from the large power units.
