New Model: Pershing 108

Pershing gives us a teaser of its latest new model the 108, set to launch in the Adriatic sea at the end of January 2011. Second in size to the ultra prized and celebrated 115, the 108 continues architect Fulvio De Simoni design legacy, with Ferretti Advanced Yacht Technology offering some important novelties under the waterline, and follows New Idea concepts introduced in 2007 with the 72 above. The 108 also features Pershing 2010 presented pearl white color. A spacious four stateroom interior layout featuring an owners stateroom located to mid ship, VIP suite to fore, and two other double guest cabins characterizes the luxurious accommodation plan for the 108. A crew lobby with three double rooms, with galley and saloon is located behind the owners room also to midships this also serving as a sound proofing element from the engine room, to the owners and guest cabins area. Power sees a novelty not only for the use of three MTU 2630hp engines with surface drives which top 40 knots, but for a hull study performance which allows a single operating engine and an 11 knots cruise giving an explorer 1070 nautical miles range.
