New Model: Franchini Mia 63

On 22 June Franchini launched its Mia 63 model.  The efficient, modern, and semi-custom sport yacht was baptized by Mia Franchini, daughter of Massimo who not only gave the name to the model but was the catalyst of this project from start to finish.  The Franchini Mia 63 will avail itself of a platform for all, and beside the standard launched model is available in four other exterior versions; Open, T-Top, Hardtop, and SportFly. Below deck the Mia 63 is also available in four versions, from two to three cabins, a crew cabin, and galley down or up choices.  As performance numbers during the first sea trials with sixteen persons onboard and the small engine choice of twin Volvo 725hp, Mia planned at fifteen knots, reached a top speed of just above 27 knots, and cruised 22 knots consuming a total of 138 liters per hour, which would translate to a consumption of about 6.3 liters per nautical mile.
