Clipper from Australia present the second project in the new Hudson Bay series with the showing of the 50 project. Although presented as second model of this range, the 50 Hudson Bay should launch coming August, that is before the 54 which is scheduled for a 2012 presentation. Based on traditional down East lines the 50 Hudson Bay has been developed for Australian waterways, around a heritage design with contemporary lines and one level entertaining. The flow of space with the convenient aft galley and open saloon arrangement embraces the huge cockpit and outdoor kitchen area for seamless entertaining, dining and relaxing. The 50 Hudson Bay caters for an all year round boating lifestyle thanks to the electric sunroof with glass panel inserts. The integrated hydraulic swim platform allows quick unloading for the tender and a great place to swim and relax when lowered for the family. Below is a choice for a standard three double cabin plan, or more luxurious twin stateroom layout with the owners suite moving to midship in this layout and featuring a walk in wardrobe. A solid keel hull semi-displacement cruiser is equally adept cruising economically at 8 knots and reaching top end speeds up to 26 knots with Cummins or Yanmar power from 440 up to 480hp.
