New Model: Sarnico 60 GTV

Since the Sarnico 60 launched in 2005 three versions have been proposed by this very much appreciated Italian builder: standard open hard top version, GT, and now this new GTV which once again shows the skill to realize sport yachts identified for the highest tradition, focusing attention on the quality of the hull, the absolute elegance, the care in the creation of an exclusive product tailored to the owner in its entirety, from the internal to external layout. Building boats in hand way method is the only way to offer the greatest attention to customer desires. The Sarnico 60 GTV has been produced interpreting an owner's need to live intensely on board, turning the yacht into a place where managing even his own business. In this way, the work takes place in an atmosphere full of charm and in beautiful holiday destinations. The Sarnico 60 GTV offers the opportunity to stay on the main deck into three wonderful areas: the long foredeck, the living room protected by a patio door and the huge sunroof; the large stern living which is a convivial area that can accommodate many people even in navigation thanks to the aerodynamics shape and protection of the deck house minimizing air flow in the cockpit. Below deck, all the rooms are very airy. At the request of the owner of this yacht, the amidships cabin was transformed into a multimedia studio where meeting people and staying in touch with the rest of the world. The day bathroom is also accessible from this office. In the other versions, however, the master room is located in this area. The dinette is furnished with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen for a long life on board even counting on the huge galley under the cockpit. At the bow there is the owner's suite with private bath and plenty of space for the wardrobe. The quality of the craftsmanship, the elegant shapes of the furniture, the care of each finish are all the result of a long and noble art something not to find in series production. The crew cabin is at the stern separated from other rooms by the engine compartment. The seaworthiness of all Sarnico yachts is widely known and the 60 has always been known as a superbly balanced hull thanks to the central position of the engines coupled with painstaking care where to install systems and equipment. This configuration determines the excellent stability of the boat in any situation at anchor as in navigation. Of course, the trim and the performance take advantage by this engine layout. As the matter of fact, the hull gets on plane at 13 knots and at 15 each engine needs only forty liters an hour of fuel. With twin 1000hp Man, the Sarnico 60 GTV reaches a cruising speed of 34 knots at full throttle the numbers climb to a fast 39 knots in total comfort and control.

Project: Sarnico 46 Spider GTS

Sarnico present the project for a 46 Spider GTS model.  This project will launch in the fall of this year with hull one being sold to a US client and follows the 40 Spider launched in 2006.  As the smaller model, the 46 Spider GTS will offer clean aggressive looks with comfort and is designed by two of the most respected naval firms being Nuvolari and Lenard for the lines, and Victory Acampora for the hull underwater shapes.  This duo of designers is a symbol of the Sarnico boat building company the first being used since 1994 first on the still in production 45, and the second for the latest models since 2006.  The 46 Spider GTS will distinct itself for larger spaces in all areas.  The 46 Spider GTS will also offer a movable hardtop which covers a big part of the living exterior main deck.  Here is also space for a galley.  Down below the space is for two double cabins, saloon and galley.  The owners room is to fore, and a three berths guest cabin is located to midships. New Model: Sarnico 24.80m Grande

A waited debut that of Sarnico shipyard new 24 metre Grande flagship shown as a project at the start of 2008. This new flagship designed by renowned long time Sarnico collaboraters Nuvolari Lenard for the lines and interior layout, and Victory for the underwater hull shape. Sarnico expands its fleet size by fifteen feet from the previous since 2002 65 model flagship, and represents a couple of first times for this appreciated Italian sport cruiser and yacht builder. These being that the Grande puts the Sarnico Group on the super yacht map, the use of an advanced surface drive propulsion Flexitab Flexidrive, and as recent fashion dictates on seventy feet plus sport yachts the feature of an optional second helm invisible flybridge. The new propulsion from Flexitab is an interesting novelty and apart offering a low 12 knots planning speed, comes from the competition experience both in Class 1 and P1 Endurance series. Nuvolari Lenard presented an exquisite modern looking yacht which features a balance of smooth modern yet timeless lines keeping a good balance with the Sarnico looks. The interior of the Grande is a modern layout with living on the main deck, four double cabins and galley located below. The galley is located in a separate area behind the owners cabin to mid ship. Project: Sarnico 80 Grande

Sarnico presents more detailed design rendering for its new upcoming flagship project announced as far as in 2005 and still being waited much by the critics and passionate boaters alike. The new Grande, Italian word meaning big, will be Sarnico biggest model at 80 feet of length, what is normally associated with pocket sized Super Yacht status. As all this respected builder range design is by the able renowned hands of Nuvolari Lenard. The Venice design duo now have been long collaborators to the North Italian builder since 1995 when the yard presented it still in production and successful 45 model. Hull shape also continues the collaboration with the renowned Brunellos Acampora Victory Design. As seen in the latest Sport Yachts of this size the Grande will also offer a Sport Bridge above the hardtop, offering a sun lounger as standard with the option of a second helm station in the Command Bridge version. The Grande seems also to abandon the much loved Sarnico aft cabin, a feature in all its models starting from the 45. Power will be by twin MAN engines at 1550hp or the optional 1800hp.

New Model: Sarnico 13.43 m Spider Perla

To round off the success of the Spider, Cantieri di Sarnico presents the new Perla version characterised by a provocative livery and exotic furnishings. The model is complete with an unprecedented white body but as with true pearls, the value is not merely measured by how bright they are, but by the shape, the lustre and the many translucent layers. In order to highlight the sporting nature of the boat the sides are finished with a dark brown line realised with a very special painting. The same dark and brilliant tones are used for the upholstery on deck and illustrate the exclusivity of the boat and the modernity of its styling. The light and the colours give the boat its lines as much as the fiberglass structure does, adding great value to the shape designed by Nuvolari and Lenard. In addition, the colour of the accessories, furniture and bridge are painted in order to give a chromatic contrast. The cockpit deck of the Perla is realized with large and impressive teak strips separated with white lines. The layout of the lower deck is the same as the original version but uses carefully selected bamboo in order to distinguish it from the standard version. Other stylistic changes include polished ebony wood in the kitchen, leather floor and white polished overhead lockers. The hull is conceived by Victory Design who make the best of their racing experience to make the Spider Perla agile and easy to trim without any need for corrections by the helmsman. With twin Volvo Penta D6 Turbodiesel Common Rail 435 hp engines fitted to IPS pods, the max speed is 39 knots.

Projects: Sarnico 43 Spider Perla, Sarnico 60 Gran Turismo

To round off the success of the Spider, Cantieri di Sarnico presents a new “PERLA” version at the Genova Boat Show characterised by a provocative livery and exotic furnishings. The model is complete with an unprecedented white body but as with true pearls, the value is not merely measured by how bright they are, but by the shape, the lustre and the many translucent layers. In order to highlight the sporting nature of the boat, it's sides are complete with a dark brown line realised with a very special painting. The cockpit deck of the "Perla" is realised with large and impressive teak strips separated with white lines. The layout of the lower deck is the same as the original version but uses carefully selected bamboo in order to distinguish it from the standard version. Other stylistic changes include polished ebony wood in the kitchen, leather floor and white polished overhead lockers. The hull is conceived by Victory Design considering all their racing experience making the boat agile and extremely light to optimize its trim without any need for corrections by the pilot. With twin Volvo Penta D6 Turbosiesel Common Rail 435 hp engines, the maximum speed is nearly 40 Knots and because of the new Joystick system the Spider is very easy to moor regardless of the conditions. The Genoa Boat Show will also see the arrival of an upgraded Sarnico 60 “Gran Turismo” dedicated to those clients who want to use a boat in all seasons. The new model is closed at the rear of the cockpit with a central glass overlapping door, which can be fixed in the open position to allow access to the main deck. Closing the rear of the boat allows for the cockpit to be heated or cooled according to the external temperature and the requirements of the owner. The living area has been decked out in bleached oak with a leather floor and the dark brown pilot chairs up front catch the eye as does the bronze underside of the hard top. The ample table, long sofas and the 40'' LCD TV and Bose stereo system were created so the space could be used to look after guests in the finest surroundings which is principally what led to the changes to the internal layout. The below deck has been dedicated to an ample kitchen, in order that the owner can cater for a large numbers of guests and the galley top means guests can enjoy the experience altogether. The kitchen is equipped with a 244 l fridge, a 101 l freezer and there is a wine cellar in order to keep precious bottles safely. In addition there is four burner electric hob, a large oven and a double sink which would not be out of place at home. The sleeping arrangements include the owners cabin which is centrally positioned and a completely separate guest cabin at the rear and the sleeping quarters for the staff which complete the cabins aboard the vessel. The style and class of the furniture and finishing are clear examples of the workmanship of skilled artisans and an indelible imprint of their care and attention to detail. The care and craftsmanship is present in every aspect of the boat, from all its hidden parts to every detail and component. Propelled by twin turbo diesel Man common rail engines of 1100 HP, the Sarnico 60 can reach maximum speeds of 39 knots and achieve high cruising speeds even in the choppiest of waters. This is thanks to its extraordinary adaptable hull and the central positioning of the engines which grant great stability to the boat. This new version breaths life into the Sarnico 60 as a grand cruiser of the seas, able to match the performance of the original in perfect comfort.

New Model: Sarnico 65 Special

The flagship of the range, forerunner of the coupè fleet, is proposed in a new “Special” version. The interiors of the boat have been completely reshaped in order to offer an even more comfortable and pleasant owner suite. The owner’s cabin covers a wider surface, in correspondence to the centre of the hull, where the boat is more steady. The open space is made even larger by the new side window, that changes the look of the sides and allows a spectacular panoramic view. The furniture is built in order to increase the wardrobe volume. The suite is completed by a true bathroom, provided with a broad shower box. Of course the other characteristics and the whole quality remain unchanged. The guests may comfortably stay in the VIP bow cabin or in the stern one, with independent access from the cockpit and completely isolated from the saloon, for a better privacy. Both cabins have direct access to their bathroom, each one provided with shower box. The salon maintains enough space to host a living space with a table and a fully equipped galley. The crew cabin and a hallway with all household appliances complete the under deck layout. Key elements of the success remain the sharp line and the hard top, whose frontal opening, starting from the upper side of the windshield, enables to air the cockpit and fully appreciate the speed sensation from the piloting position. Although sporty, the Sarnico 65 always shows a clear elegance which makes it standing out from the other boats of similar typology. Despite the dimensions and the displacement, it reaches 39 knots with two 1360hp engines.
