Salpa Yachts the Italian Neapolitan builder presents a new version website virtual showroom. Founded in 1984 by Antonio and Enzo Pane, who came at the time from a previous twenty year experience in the pleasure boating business, Salpa started up building open and fisherman craft from fifteen to about twenty feet. In 1990 and up till 1998 Salpa starts the purchase of the Laver yard, renowned for the Renato Levi hulls of its 30 sport cruiser model. Instinctively Sapla will use these hulls for its new Laver models which start production in 1998. Salpa current line up offers nine models and start from the entry level S 570 open type day boat and go up to the 52x sport yacht flagship. The latest addition to the Salpa range released early 2019 is the sport open rib Soleil 20. Salpa was also among the first pleasure boat builders in Italy to obtain the ISO 9001 certification. The Naples South Italian company was also in pole to constitute its own Technical Office in 1990, which in 2004 got upgraded to the Research and Development Centre.
