One fire man was injured as a not attended nine meter Sea Ray sport cruiser went ablaze at a marina in New Smyrna Beach, Florida on 05:30 morning time of Sunday fifteen March. New Smyrna Beach Fire department who shared the story on Instagram assisted the fire with two vessels and surrounded the boat with foam, this to stop the from spreading to other vessels. The boat ultimately ended wrecked with one fire man treated for minor injuries and was transported to the hospital.
The boat in this accident is a third generation Sea Ray 300 Sundancer as produced from 1994 to 1997. The third generation 300 Sundancer was a replacement to the second generation 300 Sundancer, and was replaced by the second generation Sea Ray 310 Sundancer.
