Presented at the 2025 Palm Beach boat show is the Marlow Avalon 65A as conceived by David Marlow. The Avalon 65 signals a new direction for Marlow with a more sportier and traditional direction for the 2000 US headed company with China build known for its semi-custom explorer yachts from fifteen to thirty meters. Apart the more nimble classic looks the Avalon 65 is an expression of indoor-outdoor living, joined with performance, elegance, and versatility in every detail. A transformative tender garage reveals itself with the touch of a button, with this space doubling as a spacious beach club. Expansive lounge areas on the aft and foredeck, paired with secure walkways, offer comfort and convenience throughout. Inside, the atrium-style indoor/outdoor lounge seamlessly integrates open-air cruising with climate-controlled refinement. Features like a grill, fridge, and generous storage create a versatile, social hub. The salon includes a day head and a beautifully designed galley with dual cooking areas and an aft-facing window, keeping the chef connected to the outdoors. Rich Sapele wood, panoramic forward windows, and double Dutch doors add warmth and character throughout. Above, the flybridge continues the theme of versatility with massive storage, integrated solar panels, and Marlow’s signature design language. Below deck, the Avalon 65 offers six guests berths in a full-beam master stateroom aft with extensive storage, a VIP stateroom forward with en-suite head, and a twin-berth guest cabin with private sink and ample space. Powered by twin MAN 1200hp diesels, the Avalon is capable for top speeds up to thirty knots, and a 25 knots fast cruise. Her air-conditioned, full-height engine room exceeds expectations, both in function and finish. As with all Marlow's the Avalon 65A is constructed in limited numbers with proprietary composite techniques, ensuring unmatched quality, performance, and efficiency. From Strut Keel® technology to optimized propeller tunnels, every detail supports smooth, shallow-water cruising and offshore confidence.
