New Model: Filippetti S55

During the fall of 2018 Filippetti launched the new S55, a high performance sport yacht designed by Davide Cipriani.  The S55 takes Filippetti back to its roots of sport yachting, this is the second model of the S sport yacht Series by the Mondolfo yacht builder, and follows ten years later the Daemon 75 launched in 2008 and today renamed as S75 in the line up.  The Filippetti S55 presents itself as a high performance hard top sport yacht, with three cabins and two heads, of which is an owners full beam midships stateroom. The hard top of the S55 is fully enclosed with a fully disappearing patio door, which when open makes the main deck become one single space with the exterior aft deck.  The Filippetti S55 is offered in two engine and propulsion variants, a more relaxed Volvo 900hp with IPS pod drives, and a high speed Man 1200hp surface drives choice.  Hull one was launched with the second which reaches top speeds up to 47 knots.
