New Model: Sabre 48 Salon Express

Launched the past Spring, Sabre presents its second size in its Motor Yacht range the 48 Salon Express.  This new model was presented as a project in 2010, and has an all pod dedicated hull design.  The 48 Salon Express is indeed the fifth Sabre to be equipped with pods, in this case the North American boat builder choose the ZF aft looking versions.  The new Sabre follows recent down East lobster boat themes with a living on the main deck with full opening of the patio doors creating a one with area with the aft cockpit, and cabin space located below.  Here is a two cabins two head plan, with owners room being located to fore.  Below is also a mechanical space which if desired can be ordered as a crew cabin.  Power is from twin Cummins 550hp which give a top speed of 34 knots, and a cruise of 30.
