New Model: Princess 49

The eagerly awaited addition to the Princess Flybridge range, the 49 has just launched in Plymouth and will be previewed at the British show in Swanwick this month, ahead of her international launch at Cannes in September. For the 49 the Princess design team have designed a complete new in-edited hull, aiming to make out the best performance with an economical cruise, fine sea handling and the ease of maneuverability associated with the latest IPS pod drive system. Indeed the Princess 49 will feature the new Volvo 550hp with IPS pod drives which will give her top speeds up to 35 knots and a cruise of 30 knots. As we know the 49 will be the first Princess to feature this new Volvo engine.  The new Princess 49 as latest creations by the British known marque features a spacious accommodation layout both above and below decks, offering three double cabins below including a spacious midships located full beam owners cabin.  Other interesting latest details is the astern galley, and well laid out fly-bridge arrangement.
