New Launch: Jarrett Bay 90 Sportfisherman Hull #62

Jarrett Bay has completed its largest build to date will the launching of hull number 62, a 90 feet fully custom build to order Sportfisherman.  Hull number 62 titled M/Y Jaruco and code named Project Ireland during build features a five double cabins interior, with a crew cabin for two persons.  Jarrett Bay Hull 62 is powered by twin MTU 2600hp with a line shaft propulsion.  As all Jarrett Bay's the new 90 feet flagship is a cold moulded build with carbon and titanium reinforcements.  No speed numbers are yet given but the new Jarrett Bay 90 Sportfisherman will make an official debut in early November at the 2017 Fort Lauderdale boat show.

Project: Hartman 24 Livingstone

Hartman a Dutch company which has roots into shipbuilding and maritime transport from 1775 and is today based on the island of Urk has decided to enter into the yachting sector, presenting itself with a host of projects and a two range offer.  The 24 Livingstone is the first of the projects presented and comes from a design of Niels van Oostenbrugge and Albert Abma of Sheerline.  The looks of the series is inspired to luxury liners of the early twentieth century, while the name is a tribute to Dr. David Livingstone famous for his travels around Africa and work against slave trade.  Dr. Livingstone also sailed the first steel boat ever build in 1858. The Hartman 24 Livingstone is to be build of steel.  Standard power for Livingstone 24 will come from twin Man 345hp with hull one being powered by a single Man unit of the same power which delivers a cruise speed of eleven knots.

New Model: Astondoa 100 Century

Astondoa launch the second model for its super yacht Century range with the 100 model going into the water in mid Summer 2017. The new 100 follows the 110 which was launched in mid 2016. Astondoa design department for the 100 Century follow the theme of this range to the letter creating a modern super yacht with a spacious interior and a futuristic looking exterior design. In the 100 Century, the attention is drawn to the unmistakable characteristic of the Century range which have its own signs of identity such as the external design of the raised wheelhouse, and the semi wide body which allows for a full beam owners cabin in the forward area of the main deck. These details are all similar in the five models of the Century range from 90 to the 130. But the Century has other signature details as the large window areas throughout the boat, and full side decks from the bow to the stern on the top level.

Project: Grand Banks 52

Having renewed itself with the launch of the 60, Grand Banks continues its bold foray into the future of long-range cruising with the project of the 52, the second addition to the new Grand Banks family series. This beautifully designed luxury yacht comes in both flybridge and enclosed skylounge configurations, with two lower-level layout options for a three or two cabins choice. Project: Princess V65

Project: ISA Yachts Extra 76

ISA Yachts debuts its new line designed by Francesco Guida with Extra 76, a 23 meters explorer yacht that develops a new concept, giving guests the chance to live in close contact with the nature, creating a direct feeling with the sea both in navigation and at anchor, using all the comfort given by the large outside and inside volumes.  Extra is a yacht with features that are significantly quite different from the other ISA models. Project: Fairline 64 Squadron

Fairline present the project for a new Squadron 64, the latest model designed for the British boat builder by celebrated designer Alberto Mancini. The hugely successful partnership between the Italian designer and British boatyard, which began with the Targa 63 GTO, and has created an instantly recognizable sleek hull shape with effortless styling and large interior spaces that flow seamlessly.  The Squadron 64 is third design for Fairline by Mancini following the 43 Targa Open presented at the start of 2017.  Taking inspiration from Mancini’s Targa 63 GTO, the Squadron 64 will be built on the same Vripack wide chine hull and will hold the same innovative, versatile, light, bright and achingly stylish feel of the Targa 63 GTO. The luxurious social cruiser will add another dimension to Fairline’s established Squadron range, designed in line with the brand’s ethos that nothing should get in the way of the perfect getaway.  As is tradition with the Fairlines the Squadron 64 offers various owner options for deck configurations; three layout choices for the flybridge, and two options for the lower deck with three or four cabin accommodations plans.  In both lower deck layouts a twin crew cabin is located aft.  Power choices have not been announced for the 64 Squadron but expect something on the lines of the just launched 63 Targa GTO on which the hull of this model is based on.
