Azimut present the project for a new Grande 35 Metri, set to launch for 2017. As all Azimut since a couple decades the new Grande features exterior design by Stefano Righini, who presented a raised pilot house two deck and half super yacht with the fore half part of the main deck being of wide fully body. Thanks to this the Grande 35 Metri gains an imposing fore deck which should be the best in the category for a yacht this size. Interior is made by Achille Salvagni who will present a five cabins layout with a huge owners cabin on the forward part of the main deck, which again will make use of the extra space the wide body in this area gives. Six crew berths are available in four cabins. Naval architecture hull design comes from Pierluigi Ausonio who went for a planning hull with wave piercer and moderate sized MTU 2400hp giving 25 knots max speed.
