New Model: Ocean Alexander 70E Motoryacht

Ocean Alexander presents its new 70E for evolution series designed by renowned yacht architect Evan K.Marshall.  The 70E brings a new design direction for Ocean Alexander looking modern outside with its curvaceous exterior, and also bringing new technology below with Volvo's forward looking IPS pod drives.  The Ocean Alexander will also feature Side Power Vector fin stabilizers, aimed to reduce rolling and pitch.  Fins are becoming a common ticked option from experienced owners for motor yachts above twenty meters, due to the stability advantage they give at slow speed or anchor.  The 70E Motoryacht will offer a lower deck with four double cabins, with owners stateroom at midships, VIP suite forward, and two double cabins in between, of which the fourth is a bunk double.  A single berth crew cabin with shower is located aft to port side.  The living area located all on the main deck of the 70E is different to most offers in this size, with the incredible large galley taking almost a third of the space available in this area.  Outside the 70E is full of the latest amenities couple to traditional safety features as the deep side decks.  Its flybridge is incredibly spacious, and the 70E also features the must have fore-deck dinette area. Ocean Alexander 70E Motoryacht is powered by twin Volvo 900hp engines which give a max speed of 26 knots, and a fast cruise of 24 knots.

New Model: Viking 92 Convertible

Here I can write the usual post on how the Viking 92 Convertible is different to the other ten hulls currently sold of the 92 Enclosed Bridge.  But why? One can look at the picture above and see that important aesthetic all alone reason.  The Viking 92 Convertible is an incredible looking machine, this does not mean the Enclosed Bridge is not, but the open bridge really shows how a super sport-fisherman is meant to look.  It is a fact with the units so far sold, that practical reasons win and that is why 90% of the hulls delivered have been Enclosed Bridge versions with the benefits of comfort this gives. But looking at the 92 Convertible from the outside, some of the Enclosed Bridge owners might have a small regret.
