Project: Sealine C330 Cruiser

Sealine present the project for a new C330 model, based on the same hull as the S330 launched in September 2014.  The C330 is a fast, family cruising boat with two generous sized cabins and a fixed electrically operated sliding coach roof. With the hallmarks and characteristics of a Sealine, the new C330 combines innovative design features with outstanding versatility.  The unique design of the hull and deck offers ample space below, with the large hull windows and hatches letting lots of light and air into the luxurious interior. Future owners can choose between a huge number of equipment, material and color options to enable them to personalize their C330. The C330 will set new standards both with regard to headroom and the size of the berths, saloon and cockpit. The electrically operated sliding fixed roof lets the sun and air into the boat on warm days and provides cover when needed. A side door provides easy access to the deck. Astern, the saloon is separated from the cockpit with a glass door, with one side sliding to the side and the other side folding upwards on the starboard side. This facilitates the creation of a large, open and stylish social space between the coach roof and the cockpit. The large cockpit is a further highlight of the new Sealine C330: generously sized lounging areas perfect for relaxing in comfort or for long sunbathing sessions and can be shielded by a manual bimini roof system. An optional refrigerator can also be added in the passage to the coach roof.  The C330 can be powered by Volvo 330hp up to twin 220hp. Speed range is from 26 knots with the standard single engine up to 31 knots from the twin units.

Project: Sealine S330

It is the renaissance model from Sealine and a statement by its since a year owners Hanse Group, this is the project of the S330.  This new Sealine model brings an important message to the brand fans, in a size always very important for the x-British brand. The S330 will be a six berth sport cruiser of high interest thanks to what looks on paper a spacious arrangement both above and below decks. Below the S330 will have a traditional four plus two layout; double Vee berth forward offered in closed cabin or open version, double berth cabin at midships, and an L-shaped settee to port side. A galley and a head are located to starboard. Outside the S330 has its strongest point thanks to a flash deck and a C-shaped settee and double forward looking settee to port side, with a helm and wet-bar opposite.  Power options will be all diesel; single 330hp, or twin 170 or 220hp Volvo powered, stern drive propulsion choices.

New Model: Sealine F380

Launched at Dusseldorf the new F380 is the first model to come from Sealine new German owners, the Hanse Group. Announced as the F37 project a few months before Sealine was declared bankrupt by its previous American owners, this model is based on the hull of the SC35 with a different super structure featuring a flybridge dual helm design. For those that do not know the SC35 featured a hull bottom shape design of deep Vee expert American Michael Peters. Apart this important note the Sealine F380 looks to be a spacious flybridge motor cruiser, a usual trait of the previous British now German owned and located brand and features a typical classic two cabins, two shower heads layout. The owners room is located to fore and features a spacious en-suite shower head to star-board.  A twin berth guest cabin is located to starboard, while on the other side of this is the galley. This means that the main deck of the F380 is fully dedicated for a relaxed environment being it dining or chilling. Power is twin Volvo engines starting from 260 and going up to 330hp.

Project: Sealine F37

Its been awaited for very long and also partially announced during one of the past boat shows, this is the Sealine F37 which completes the new minimal change look to all the range under fifty feet of the American owned British boat builder.  With this new model Sealine fills a void it had in recent years, and one which has always been important in its sales.  That of an entry level sub forty feet flybridge motor cruiser.  The F37 features a two cabins with twin heads layout, and with the current dimensions online should share hull with the SC35 this being a design to renowned hull specialist Michael Peters.  The galley is to be located below, with the main deck offering a traditional layout of L-shaped dinette, and an opposite sofa settee.  Power will be from twin Volvo stern drive engine of 260 or 330hp, with top speeds estimates being at 33 knots with the larger optional choice.

New Model: Sealine C48

Sealine launched the new C48 at the Southampton boat show, what is a continuation of the 2007 minimal styling presented with the top selling SC35.  This latest Sealine is the second new model for 2011 following the SC42 presented in Cannes, and uses hull form from the SC47.  It is also Sealine first minimal design which has a patio door separating the aft cockpit with an internal saloon living area, and also features an enclosed hard top.  The C48 is in my records currently the smallest sport cruiser to be offered with this combination by a British builder, although to be fair Sealine did offer the SC39 with aft patio door and hardtop between 2004 and 07. The main deck with very natural light wrap around windscreen and  fully opening patio door aft offers a split level living area which features an L-shaped sofa, and four settee looking forward with the helm located to starboard side.  The lower deck presents itself two large cabins, third guest cabin with bunk berths, and L-shaped galley.  The owners stateroom is a full beam midships located with en-suite shower head.  A VIP suite is located to fore.  Power is from twin standard Volvo 435hp or optional Cummins 480.  Propulsion is in both cases pods, with Volvo IPS as standard, and ZF Zeus for the optional bigger Cummins option.

LOA - 15.55 m (51ft) including high low bathing platform
LOA - 14.9 m without high low bathing platform

New Model: Sealine SC42

Thanks to one of the friends at the YBW forum we can show you Sealine much anticipated SC42, presented for the first time at the Southampton 2011 boat show.  This new Sealine SC42 sport cruiser shares hull with the much talked about F42 flybridge model launched a year at the same show.  But apart the hull, this model features a different upper structure which offers a clever design of the aft cockpit deck, one of its most innovative areas, and also a diverse but still very spacious cabin lower plan.  The distinct feature of the main deck is surely its wide body usage of the stern, which makes the aft part feel like that to a big walk around boat.  This area features two L-shaped settees, plus another L-shaped lounger to port side forward.  Helm station is located to starboard side. Another distinct feature is a very extended hard top which brings a lot of thinking in my opinion to the British user, or that of more Northern hemisphere climates.  Below is for a two cabins layout, master stateroom to fore with private en-suite head and separate shower room, three berth guest cabin aft with en-suite shower head, C-shaped settee, and galley.  The SC42 also features the option for an extended up and down moving bathing platform which increases length by over one meter.  Power is from twin Volvo 330 or optional 370hp with stern drive or IPS pods propulsion.
Technical Data:
LOA - 14.00 m (45.9ft) with extended bathing platform
LOA - 12.80 m standard not extended bathing platform
Beam - 4.48 m
Draft - 1.10 m
Displacement - 11000 kg loaded
Fuel Capacity - 1200 l
Water Capacity - 300 l
Accommodation - 5 + 2 berths in 2 cabins
Engines - 2 x Volvo D6 330hp, D6 370hp
Propulsion - Volvo DP dual prop stern drive, or IPS forward looking dual propeller pods

Project: Sealine C48

Sealine present the project of the C48 set to launch at Southampton in September and based on the SC47 model. This new Sealine will be the flagship of its S-Series Sport Cruiser range and will offer modern design ideas merged into the British builder ultimate style.  For starters the C48 features no covers to undo or canopies to unfurl. The helm and saloon are fully enclosed by a signature wrap around screen with an electric sunroof providing full or partial access to the elements. Sliding patio doors link the cockpit to the saloon, creating the largest single social space for a boat of this size. Two large cabins owners to midships and guest to fore both with en-suite shower heads characterize the lower accommodation deck of the C48.  The owners cabin located to midships also features full walking around head room.  Other option for the C48 are high low bathing platform, and electric sunshade in the cockpit for keeping cool.  Standard power is from twin Volvo 435hp with IPS600 pods which although not yet announced should offer similar top speed to what the SC47 gives of about 32 knots.

Project: Sealine SC42

Sealine present the SC42 project due for launch next summer, on what is the Sport Cruiser version of the F42, latest launch from the US Brunswick owned British company. But the SC42 while based on the F42 offers new important perspective on a Sport Cruiser of this size especially for what concerns the main deck layout. Following latest trends the SC42 can be transformed from wind in the hair boating to full protection in a matter of seconds, and the roof will feature a unique full length, soft top convertible system and large opening side windows which let in light and the fresh air. One of the most significant design features of the SC42 is the cockpit layout which makes max use of the full beam width for seating and entertaining. There are four wide forward facing seats at the helm, a fully integrated dashboard, plus a wet bar and pop up TV behind the seats. To the rear the flexible seating and dining arrangement offers comfortable dining for ten either as one large group or on two separate tables. This space can easily be transformed into rear or forward facing sunbathing areas so that those on board can enjoy the sun and sea next to the hi lo private bathing platform, watch films and socialise with others in the cockpit. There is ample storage throughout the boat. Engine options include stern drives with joystick control or IPS pods. The luxurious forward master cabin will have separate shower and toilet compartments, whilst the three berth mid cabin offers five different sleeping options plus an en-suite shower area with a bi fold door separating the toilet. The saloon has space for eight to dine in comfort and the galley, with its full height fridge freezer, has over 2.5 metres of worktop and plenty of storage.

New Model: Sealine F42

One of the most expected end of the year debutant's was the Sealine F42, replacement to the F42/5, and new model which continues the minimal styling as started with SC35 presented in 2007. The SC35 amid criticisms from the brand fans and aficionados has sold over two hundred units so far since its launch, which considering recent times is a huge success. Sealine has followed the eleven meters sports cruiser design theme with the SC47, F46, and now the F42. As is for this new model Sealine follow themes of the F46 in a little smaller package, loads of natural light interior, spacious aft deck, large flybridge, and pod propulsion. The real difference is the lower deck, which moves the owners stateroom to fore, and replaces the full beam mid ship suite with a three berth cabin having a double and a single berth. Power choices are twin Volvo 370 or 435hp choices both with IPS pods propulsion. But Sealine have also said during the Southampton show, that a Cummins ZF pods choice should follow.
Technical Data:
LOA - 13.6 m (44.7ft) with extended bathing platform
LOA - 12.9 m without extended bathing platform

Water Capacity - 450 l

Project: Sealine F42

Sealine have released plans of their new F42 flybridge cruiser, due for launch at the 2010 Southampton show. The new F42 offers unrivalled space for entertaining throughout the craft, whilst building on the practical cruising capabilities of the hugely successful F42/5. The F42 has a significantly larger flybridge due to the extended design similar to that on the F46 launched the past September. There is space for six to dine in comfort around the large dining table, plus the ability to create a large sun bed aft by simply folding down the backrest on the rear seats. There is a central double helm, two further forward facing seats, a large cool box and spacious storage locker. The single level deck has a three part sliding door joining the cockpit to the saloon, providing excellent connectivity. In the saloon, a comfortable L-shaped seating area is on the starboard side with further seating on the port side. The seating area can easily be converted into an occasional double berth. The open plan galley is located forward. The feeling of space and light is created with the large wrap around windscreen which also provides some stunning panoramic views. In the cockpit there is an L-shaped seating area with a large lazerette underneath. The cockpit is large enough for entertaining and has an optional fridge and grill to add to the enjoyment of alfresco dining. As with the F46 there are wide side decks and high pulpit rails for added safety. There are two cabins, offering five berths as standard with the luxurious master cabin located forward. A bonded skylight above the bed provides extra light and a wonderful feeling of space. This cabin offers full length hanging storage as well as plenty of general storage capacity. The forward cabin has separate ensuite shower and toilet compartments. To provide additional space and privacy the F42 offers a second cabin amidships, that can be configured either as a triple, twin or double. The second cabin also offers an ensuite shower and separate toilet with a skylight. As with the master cabin there is full hanging space and plenty of storage. Bonded cabin windows provide extra light as well as waterside views. There will be the option to have additional storage in the mid cabin in lieu of the third berth. The spacious interior is characterised by the hand crafted furniture used throughout which has been finished in washed walnut with solid walnut accents. The colour palette for the soft furnishings is earthy with fruit overtones. There will be even more storage on the new F42 than on the F42/5 with the new boat building on the strengths of its forerunner. All the benefits from the F42/5 have been incorporated and expanded upon with the new design, from storage to seating areas, to large entertaining spaces in the cockpit, saloon and on the flybridge. The new hull is based on the proven design concept developed for the SC47 and F46. Power will be from twin Volvo Penta IPS500 370hp or IPS600 435hp. Being Sealine a Brunswick owned company I am surprised for not seeing a Zeus Cummins option.

New Model: Sealine F46

PowerYachtBlog.com gives another exclusive with the first glimpse at the new F-series flagship from Sealine, the new F46. The F46 follows the more minimal, and slabbed lines as introduced in the last two years by Sealine, with the SC47, and SC35 models but in a flybridge motor cruiser format. The new F series flagship will have many interesting features in this size, like dual level but connected living areas, a full beam owners cabin which looks to be among the most spacious in this size, and pod drives propulsion with Zeus or Volvo IPS pods. Another interesting feature is a very natural lighted interior thanks to big windows in the main saloon, which also flows to the dining and galley areas below. Sealine also say the flybridge is the largest in this size, and by the plans alone I would say they aren't very wrong on this. The interior will offer four berths in two large cabins, being a full beam midships owners stateroom, and a large VIP cabin to fore with separate head and shower rooms. What I don't see so far is a third cabin layout and crew cabin option. If Sealine want this model to compete with other top offers of the same size, the third cabin option will surely need to be. Speeds have so far not been communicated but think of similar but slightly slower speeds as the SC47, as the F46 uses the same hull stretched by 62 centimeters. Technical Data:
LOA - 14.92 m (48.9ft)
Hull Length - 14.05 m
Beam - 4.48 m
Displacement - 19,500 kg
Fuel Capacity - 1500 l
Water Capacity - 505 l
Accommodation - 4 berths in 2 cabins
Engines - 2 x Cummins CMD 480hp
Propulsion - Zeus Pod Drives with dual propellers
Designer - Carsten Astheimer

New Model: Sealine T60 Aura

Sealine renew there T60 with the new Aura model which starts a much talked about collaboration with renowned designer Conran. The noticeable difference outside for the T60 Aura, is the radar arch which now looks aft versus the previous one which look forward, This new radar arch setup also adds for sleeker and longer lines with a feeling of a bigger flybridge up top. Inside Conran uses his renowned creativity to unite distinctive modern looks with functional inventiveness, and a fresh design language focusing his attention on light and space. Both two an important pleasure for someone interested in an eighteen motor yacht. Sealine and Conran manage to create a new meaning for space for its revamped flagship model but also for boats of a similar 18 metre size. Conran focus in the interior of the T60 Aura creates an uplifting atmosphere with natural oak woods, followed by light finishes and furnishings throughout to create a bright freshness helping to bring the outside in. The experience is heightened by long clean lines and floating, linear forms redefining traditional spaces and blurring boundaries to create an open-plan interior that allows you to enjoy an airy, luxurious environment. Performance is a max of 31 knots with twin D12-800 Volvo's, and 33 knots max with Cat C15 at 865hp.

Project: Sealine F46

A builder of extremes or not? This is the general thinking for Sealine, the British builder who in the nineties was the most adapter of all round bubble shaped designs, continuing with this strategy up to a few years back. Come 2 years ago and Sealine showed a minimal model with the SC35, and now it presents the F46 project first of the flybridge series to integrate this new modern design approach. The first rendering pictures, show a very extreme minimal look. Inside the novelty continues with a light filled two big cabin interior, mid ship full beam owners, and VIP to fore. Interesting is the galley and dining area setting below which is a light filled environment taking this from the lower helm windows. Upper saloon also welcomes you with 2 l-shaped settees, and the patio door is pivot opening, making here a single area with the aft cockpit. Flybridge setting is a central helm station, c-shaped sun lounger area forward to this, and a c-shaped settee on the aft part. Propulsion is pod drive with power options so far not being announced, but I do imagine similar options to the SC47 with Cummins Zeus of 425hp and 480hp and Volvo IPS600. Being a Brunswick company I would go blind folded for a Zeus Cummins aft looking pods setting as I am sure its hull will be mostly tested with this.

Project: Sealine T60 Aura

A bit late on this as it was launched officially in mid January, but it seemed like the new T60 upscale version name Aura was all about inside, but Sealine have also modified outside for there new flagship model with the change coming from the radar arch now looking back and giving a more streamlined look versus the forward facing of the standard T60. For the rest the T60 Aura, thank to renowned Conran has been united with functional inventiveness and fresh design language inside. Light and space are the two elements here, and Conran emphasizes this in the interior of the T60 Aura creating an uplifting atmosphere with natural oak wood, light finishes and furnishings throughout bringing the freshness of outside in. The experience is also heightened by long clean lines and floating, linear forms redefining traditional spaces and blurring boundaries to create an open-plan interior that allows you to enjoy an airy, luxurious environment.

Project: Sealine SC 47

Project of the new Sealine SC 47 follows the modern design and innovation the British builder showed for the SC 35 presented at the 2007 Southampton Boat Show. The World renowned manufacterer seems ready to put a minimal design approach to its sports cruiser range and the new 47 seems to be the next model to be presented aiming to this style direction. Curious enough Sealine was among the first builders going to the curved integrated design in the early nineties, which has made it enjoy huge success especially with clients looking for a lot space into the size. Seems the builder believes minimal is the next step in the boating trends, both inside and outside. The new SC 47 is a 2 cabin sports cruiser with 2 heads, offering one of the most spacious full beam owner's cabin in this size range. The cockpit is completely covered, shaded space with the hard top close or open to the sun if one would desire, and offers a spacious C-shaped settee, L-shaped wet bar and a sun pad to the left of the helm station located to starboard.
