Sea Ray Cruiser Trailer Slips in Apple Island. Michigan

An eight meter Sea Ray cruiser trailer slipped in Apple Island, Michigan and fell in a ditch, on the night of fifth August.  The Sea Ray cruiser with trailer got loose from the tow vehicle, dragged across the parking area and slid down into the ditch on the north side.  Red Cap Marine and Salvage and Green Mountain Marine Services hauled the boat and trailer back up out of the ditch to the parking lot. Green Mountain Marine Service then repaired the trailer. Unfortunately the Sea Ray sport cruiser cracked its stern drive in the impact.
The Sea Ray in this accident is second generation 250 Sundancer as produced from 1989 to 1992.  The 250 Sundancer was a replacement to the first generation Sea Ray 250 Sundancer, and was replaced by the second generation 270 Sundancer.
