Nimbus present the new Sport Tender 42, a replacement and soft evolution of the T11 after six years of production.  The Sport Tender 42 is based on the replacing model with improvements coming for a larger and wider T-Top, drop down balcony to starboard side, updated bathing platform option, and renewed helm station.  For most of the other details the Sport Tender 42 renews what the T11 stood four, and comes with three choices for the main deck; Chill, Drive, and Lounge.  The cabin will offer accommodation for four people, with a double berth forward, and twin berths at midships.  The Nimbus Sport Tender is to be powered by twin Mercury 300hp as standard, with options for larger 400hp or 425hp Mercury, and or twin Volvo 320hp stern drive inboard diesels.

It seems it is impossible to escape the sport explorer type cruiser as Jeanneau unveils EX, a new range of motor boats that embraces the philosophy of essentials. Jeanneau EX is the second offer from the Beneteau Group, following the entrance with its American owned Wellcraft brand in this sport explorer boat segment, which has been the largest growing segment of the last decade. With EX, Jeanneau opens a new chapter, offering a range which reflects a different way of navigating; with design duties handled by Centkowski and Denert. The first of the range, the EX 34 will come in two models, Cabin and Hardtop. Measuring just under ten metres, and combing a compact and lightweight deep-V hull with twin outboard engines delivering strong, confident performance. Built on the same deck platform, the Jeanneau EX 34 it comes in two versions, Cabin pictured above and Hardtop shown below, each offering a different way to experience the EX concept. The Cabin is able to enclose it's main deck, suitable for those who want to navigate all year round, all live in less stable climate area, while the Hardtop model will offer a more open way of living the water. Both 34 EX will offer a lower deck sleep four; double berth forward and at midships with a shower head to starboard. New Model: Intrepid 35 Valor

Intrepid presents its new 35 Valor model. For Intrepid, Valor means the more cabin version of its center console that bit fisherman models, a line which is unique in the endless offers in the center console segment, which has amenities of most walk-around boats but offers that more secluded cabin space inside.  The 35 Valor is the second model to come on its new 35 platform, which arrived with the 35 Panacea first, but to be fair both models debuted together at the 2026 Miami boat show. Italyure present the 42 project.  Designed as all Italyure by Engineer Maurizio Marzocca, the 42 is an evolution of the debut and best selling 38 model, positioning itself in the market segment of enthusiasts seeking more comfort for cruising thanks to its overall length of thirteen meters.  Exterior spaces are full walk-around with two fore and aft sun-pads, central dinette, full equipped summer-galley behind the three seat helm station, and fore-peak opposite settees.  An extended hard-top option is also available.  The cabin is set to offer four berths in two cabins forward and midships, with the option to change the forward cabin in open C-shaped dinette, with a galley and shower head located in between the cabins.  The Italyure 42 is powered by twin 320hp Volvo IPS pod drives, 400hp Cummins or FPT on shafts, and twin Mercury 425hp outboards.

Fjord present the 440 Open project. Designed by Darnet for exterior, with interiors by Design Unlimited, the 440 Open is a replacement to both the 44 Open and 41 XL models.  The 440 Open comes with a windshield integrated extended hard-T-top, but also a more spacious interior which offers two cabins with four berths.  The exterior will be available in two layouts, and will feature a quadruple seat center console, optional to a three seats layout.  The Fjord 440 Open is standard powered by twin Volvo 340hp with options going up to the 480hp with stern drives propulsion.

New Model: Saver 35 GT

Saver present the 35 GT, its new flagship and largest boat build to date.  The 35 GT is a sport cruiser designed for maximum comfort, thanks to large spaces, well-organized environments and equipment designed to make every stay on board pleasant.  The 35 GT offers accommodation for four persons in a forward cabin with a double bed, and second cabin aft features two single beds that convert to a large double bed.  In between the cabins is an interior galley and batrhroom.  Outside, the Saver 35 GT offers spaces designed for conviviality and relaxation. New Model: Riva Aquariva Special 10.07 m

The Aquariva is the boat that inherited the legacy of the legendary Aquarama, becoming the most storied model in the range with more than 300 units produced in over 20 years. The Aquariva, a symbol of Riva’s contemporary spirit, writes its seventh new chapter in the history books as it debuts the Special version, an honour previously bestowed only on the Aquarama. True to the proportions and harmonious lines that made the boat so famous, the Aquariva Special interacts with the brand’s current stylistic hallmarks to achieve a perfect balance between the heritage of the original model and the contemporary design that characterises more recent Rivas. The subtle touches that define the new aesthetic of the Aquariva Special are by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, founders of Officina Italiana Design, the studio that has been designing all Riva boats on an exclusive basis for over thirty years working in partnership with the Strategic Product Committee of the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. One of the most important new features is the windscreen, which has been completely redesigned to give the boat’s silhouette a more modern and streamlined look. The stern swim platform also has a wider and more ergonomic design, featuring steps with a new curvature to offer guests even more comfort and make it easier to enter and leave the water. The handrail and mooring cleat pay tribute to the previous version, the Aquariva Super, while the mahogany fascia is now fibreglass and the same colour chosen by the owner for the hull, as are the large sunpad and the air intake grilles. One of the standout features at the bow is the new design of the navigation lights and casing, which Aquariva Special shares with Riva Anniversario the limited edition created in 2022 to celebrate 180 years since the brand’s foundation, while the deck is perfectly smooth again, without the traditional skylights reminiscent of the Aquarama, creating an even more pared-down look. The cockpit area is designed as an elegant lounge on the water that blends comfort and conviviality with a sense of refinement. The large U-shaped sofa upholstered in Sky fabric the same colour as the hull embraces the central space, creating a welcoming area that can be transformed according to the time of day by means of a centrally positioned table, also available with an up-down mechanism, used to convert the dining area seating up to eight into a private and protected additional sunbathing area. Shelter from the sun is provided by a bimini top operated by an electro-hydraulic mechanism housed in the sofa backrest. Moving forward, the driving seat is on the port side, with a practical service cabinet to starboard containing a sink, a fridge and a work top, perfect for making cocktails and snacks. The dashboard pays homage to tradition and is available in an analogue version, as well as in a digital version with up to two Boening displays and an integrated navigation system. The boat can also be equipped with a joystick for even more intuitive control during mooring operations. A major innovation is the option to fit the Aquariva Special with a Seakeeper NG6 to eliminate roll, ensuring absolute comfort both under way and at anchor. The installation of this advanced system is made possible by the decision to introduce infusion hull lamination in place of the manual process, significantly reducing the weight of the boat without affecting its structural rigidity. This makes it feasible to install a gyroscopic stabilizer without affecting the boat’s trim or performance. To stabilise the boat when under way, Aquariva Special is now fitted with Humphree interceptors in place of the flaps on the previous version. Performance-wise, Aquariva Special has the same verve as always and is fitted with twin Yanmar 370hp engines paired with electronically controlled two-speed gearboxes, driving the boat to a top speed up to forty knots and a cruise of 36 knots while unleashing the pleasure of Riva’s signature cruising style.

Seeing the sport cruiser segment changing in recent years, Beneteau made a big turn around and decided to redesign all its Gran Turismo range with three new models.  This new second generation Gran Turismo 40 shows the way forward for what has been Beneteau's success of the last two decades, with this model a replacement to the Gran Turismo 41 produced since 2021, what was previously the first generation Gran Turismo 40, Flyer Gran Turismo 38, and debuted as the Monte Carlo 37 in 2006.  It's been nineteen years of improving for what over the years became the European sport cruiser standard.  With this new Gran Turismo 40, Beneteau instructed its long standing designer Andreani; he designed all the four models mentioned, to make a hybrid, a sport cruiser which brings the amenities of the walk-around cruisers which are dominating the market, like the Fjord, Pardo's and Solaris Power models mixed to those of a cabin boat.  This new Gran Turismo is just that offering for half its length full walk-around comfort, which expands more thanks to the drop down bulkheads, and then from midships it is a cabin boat, with the helm station also enclosing itself from the aft deck, and the forward raised deck which offers lower deck cabin space for four.  The new Benateau Gran Turismo 40 is powered by twin Yanmar 370hp on stern drives propulsion for speeds up to 32 knots, with an outboard gas petrol twin Mercury 400hp also being available.  The second generation Gran Turismo 40 is also offered in the Alpine Edition, for special details and finishing to make that more special.

Project: Bellini Astor 38

Following the positive response of its first model the Astor 36, Bellini presents the project for the bit larger Astor 38.  A project of Brunello Acampora, the Bellini Astor 38 is developed on the same hull lines of the 36, with the extra length giving a more spacious interior.  For the most part everything is near identical to the Astor 36 in the Astor 38, same very large drop down bulkheads, same center console walk-around console layout with goes up forward to offer a sun-pad on deck and more space in the cabin.  The main difference comes in the cabin and at midships now coming with twin berths, rather then the double tucked in the Astor 36.  A bit larger bathing platform also distincts the Astor 38 from the smaller sister.  The Bellini Astor 38 is to be powered by twin Volvo 350hp in gasoline, and or 300hp diesel engines, both units with stern drive propulsion.

Project: Nimbus 495 Coupe

During the 2026 Dusseldorf boat show, Nimbus announced the 495 Coupe project, a showing to its roots for the hard-top cruiser which defined the Swedish boat builder into its expansive story. Coupé has been with Nimbus since 1968 as it presented the 26 model in that year, a type of sport cruiser which was born with that concept, and Nimbus always evolved it in nearly sixty years of boat building success.  Even when open boats were in huge demand Nimbus recognized the Coupe hard-top boat perfection for the Northern climates, which defined its success; protected when conditions demand it, open when the weather allows. The 495 Coupé,  based on the 495 Flybridge platform which arrived in 2024, is the largest expression of this philosophy: designed for extended life aboard without the need for crew. You lose the flybridge and for this the 495 Coupe gains a large skylight, electric soft top for sun protection, and a air draft of under 3.5 metres, suited for those who want to boat in the inland waterways of Northern Europe.
