New Model: Tiara 39 LS

At the 2025 Fort Lauderdale boat show Tiara debuted its new 39 LS model.  Representing an important Tiara model change, the 39 LS is a replacement to the 38 LS, the model which launched the Luxury Sport line of cross-over boats in 2017.  Since then the LS Luxury Sport range has been going stronger, and today is Tiara's most important and complete offer with five models from 34 to 56 foot.  Luxury sport yachting is about versatility, and the 39 LS has aplenty. Walk around capabilities take you to multiple social zones from bow to stern. Forward, wrap-around seating converts to a large sun-pad, while aft, owners get their choice of rotating lounge seating and storage or an option for adventure with a module focused on fishing. A portside terrace expands the cockpit and allows for further enjoyment of the water while a starboard side boarding door allows for passageway. Below deck a forward queen berth, private head and spacious mid cabin storage area with berth conversion can host guests overnight or provide a quiet respite.  The Tiara 39 LS is powered by twin Mercury 600hp for speeds up to 46 knots.

Projects: Marcopolo Adventure Yachts MP10, Marcopolo Adventure Yachts MP12

If the segment of European modern style of boats sports cruisers which some call explorer was not hot enough, here comes Marcopolo Adventure Yachts from Sicilia who unveils its first two models: the MP10 picture above, and MP12 pictured below. The new Marcopolo Adventure Yachts comes from the Island of Sicily in Messina, shaped by the experience of Rosario Alcaro and the design expertise of the Roberto Delfanti Design Lab, and introduces a range that combines contemporary aesthetics, advanced technology and a strong spirit of exploration. Both models are available in day boat and more enclosed cruiser configurations. They could have been almost identical, given that they differ by only two metres in length, but the two Macropolo models display fundamentally different characteristics, further emphasised by the configurations selected for the Düsseldorf debut. The MP10 is an asymmetrical walkaround open model, favouring the port-side passageway and featuring a substantial hardtop that shelters both the helm station and the galley module. The MP12, presented in a cruiser layout, offers an interior arrangement including a second lounge, a galley module and the helm station. Both sport cruisers are powered by outboard engines, chosen specifically to boost performance, agility, and ease of handling. The MP12 can be fitted with up to three 450hp engines, while the MP10 can carry a maximum of twin 450hp outboards. Both MP10 and MP12 feature fold-down bulwarks that expand the aft deck, together with a distinctive and practical structure surrounding the outboard area, topped by a robust rollbar with integrated safety gates protecting the swim platforms. The MP12’s larger twelve meters dimensions allow for a configurable aft open space, featuring a generous sun-pad whose foldable backrest can be positioned facing the welcoming dinette, where two extendable tables allow for a substantial number of guests. Below deck, the MP12 offers a versatile layout with a configurable dinette area, a forward double berth with two large wardrobes, a bathroom with separate shower, and two aft single berths. Two comfortable side decks provide easy access to the MP12’s foredeck, thoughtfully laid out with a large sun-pad and two seats that convert it into a welcoming relaxation area. The more compact MP10 offers an aft deck with dinette sofa whose backrest can both tilt and fold down, serving either as seating for the table or convertible into a sun-pad. The MP10 also offers excellent interior accommodation for its size, with a forward dinette optionally fitted with a sofa-bed, an aft double berth, all complemented by a spacious bathroom with shower. The MP10 features a generous forward sunpad. Both Marcopolo Adventure Yachts are characterized, from a color and décor perspective, by light, airy tones below deck, while the hull and deck are finished in Steel Grey, highlighted by a wide black band along the hull. The yachts’ upholstery uses Space Shell, an innovative material from aerospace and motorsport. Its ability to limit heat transfer makes it ideal for high-contact areas like sunpads and seating. Interiors are trimmed in Dinamica, a technical, automotive-derived fabric valued for its lightness, durability, and soft touch. The hulls, developed using advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics ensure stability and balance even at high speeds: the MP10 features a hull with two steps, while the MP12 incorporates three. Construction at 3AF Shipyard uses high-quality fiberglass layers to ensure structural and mechanical strength without compromising overall lightness. On the MP12, carbon fibre is also used in the uprights and hardtop, further optimizing the balance between weight and strength. Both models reflect the brand’s focus on sustainability and efficiency, replacing traditional materials with next-generation composites. The hull structures are built from recycled PET, a thermoplastic that combines lightness, strength and reduced environmental impact. Bulkheads and selected furniture components use honeycomb polypropylene, a high-tech material derived from aerospace and automotive sectors. Its cellular structure provides both rigidity and flexibility, enhancing comfort and reducing overall weight. Every detail, from materials to hull geometry, results from precise 3D analysis of weight distribution and structural loads, with a goal to achieve the perfect balance of strength, efficiency and lightness, at the core of Marcopolo Adventure Yachts.

Project: Saxdor 460 GTC

Saxdor Yachts, one the fastest-growing brand in the global boating industry, is thrilled to announce the world premiere of the 460 GTC at boot Düsseldorf 2026, taking place from seventeen to 25 January. The launch of the new flagship model stands as a defining milestone in the Finnish brand’s development, supporting its official entry into larger sport cruisers and yachts up to fifteen meters segment. Building on experience gained across its fleet and from valuable owner and market feedback, Saxdor has developed the new 460 GTC as a natural evolution of the successful 400 series by elevating the brand’s signature strengths and introducing new features and solutions that create a level of comfort and refinement usually found on larger yachts.  At the heart of this evolution is the 460 GTC closed-open concept: the enclosed, all-season wheelhouse opens seamlessly to the exterior, ensuring uninterrupted circulation from the bow lounge to the aft deck. Dual-opening side doors allow the wheelhouse to merge naturally with the outdoors, while a large galley enhances the onboard experience with ample facilities for cooking and entertaining. Forward of the galley, an innovative two-part door solution provides access to the large convertible foredeck lounge through an upper section that lifts and slides into the roof enabling the lower section to hinge open. Aft, a half-height window paired with a port-side door opens the saloon to the expansive open-air cockpit, enhancing the sense of space and connection with the water. This seamless connection between interiors and exteriors is reinforced by the yacht’s outdoor living areas, designed to complement the interiors and offer new ways to relax and gather on board. Saxdor’s signature “private island” feeling is enhanced through the largest fold-down terraces in this class, which create a generous open platform directly above the water. New elements across the terraces introduce fresh ways to enjoy the outdoors, bringing added versatility and comfort to life on board. The aft deck has also been refined with new configurable options, opening up additional space for relaxing, gathering, and entertaining. Scaling up in size without compromising performance, the 460 GTC remains unmistakably Saxdor. A wide range of Mercury power options, from triple V8-300 engines up to twin V12-600s, allows owners to tailor the 460 GTC’s performance to their needs, with top configurations also offering the advanced Fathom® e-power system from Navico. Saxdor was in fact the first boatbuilder outside the U.S. to adopt this integrated lithium-ion auxiliary power management solution, which sets a new benchmark in onboard energy efficiency. The new 460 GTC has been thoughtfully designed to appeal to today’s varied boating lifestyles: from boaters looking to upgrade, experienced owners seeking a more agile and owner-operated yacht, to those who value social, comfortable time on the water, the 460 GTC delivers the space, refinement, and effortless usability that define the next generation of Saxdor range.

Project: Aiata Sunfinder 38

Aiata a brand founded by the Anadolu Group from Turkey follow its debut at the 2025 Dusseldorf boat show of the Wayfinder 38, with the more open Sunfinder 38.  Again a design from Jarkko Jämsén and his Navia Design Studio the Sunfinder 38 is an open version of the Wayfinder 38 replacing the fully enclosed hard-top with a central T-Top .  While many may think this is Wayfinder 38 Suntop version, in many cases it is correct with the exception that the hard-top has been extended giving extra sun cover to the aft part of the cockpit.  With this change the exterior main deck of the Aiata Sunfinder 38 offers a more open and sport layout.  A triple seat centre console helm now replaces the offset dual seat, with a galley located behind versus the one to side and L-shape of the Wayfinder 38, and an astern dinette with opposite settees.  Saying all, what I just said can change as the Aiata 38 comes with a modular construction, and specified during build.  For example the settee behind the helm station can be specified as an L-shape, and the fore deck layout is also available in four different versions; Camper, Sofa, U Sofa, and Sunbed.  The cabin layout with entrance to port of the helm, features a double berth, and shower head to starboard.  The Aiata Sunfinder 38 is powered by twin outboard engines from 300hp up to 400hp, with top speeds up to 46 knots from twin 350hp Mercury outboards.

New Model: Pardo P43

After eight years Pardo Yachts has at the 2025 Cannes boat show unveiled the new second generation of the Pardo 43. Considering the top seller status of the first version which debuted the walk-around range and a return of Cantieri dell Pardo in the motor boat sector after over twenty years absence, the second version P43 brings a natural evolution born from experience, embracing the spirit of continuity, enhancing every detail without ever losing sight of its identity at sea. For the new P43 Pardo used for the first time interior designed by Nauta Design, bringing a fresh perspective. The exteriors result from a close collaboration between Nauta Design and Zuccheri Yacht Design, which also oversaw the naval architecture. Together, they deliver a natural evolution that respects the original spirit while elevating every detail. The Pardo 43 was always built for enjoyment first, and the new second version retains everything that made the original an icon, while offering a host of carefully considered upgrades: all-new hull windows, which the original model didn’t have, for more natural light below deck; redesigned sun-pads and T-top; a reworked external galley; and modular interiors that seamlessly transform from day to night. Subtle yet striking new design details; air intakes that have been relocated to the exterior and cleverly integrated into the ‘swoosh’ of the topsides enhance both form and function. The descending sheer line adds a sportier, more dynamic silhouette, while the refined hull geometry delivers an even more fluid, elegant profile. Handling easier than ever. The dashboard has been completely redesigned. It now includes a new yacht automation interface developed in collaboration with Garmin and customised specifically for Pardo Yachts for improved functionality and user experience. The forward sunbathing area now includes a bow-facing bench; a new feature that invites relaxed sociable moments at sea. At the stern, a deeper sun-pad, now featuring lighter styling and an integrated spoiler-like design inspired by the GT52, offers even more space to unwind. The redesigned outdoor galley adds more storage and workspace, while seamlessly integrated hardtop supports, structurally bonded to the tempered glass windshield, create a sleek, modern silhouette while boosts overall rigidity and helping shape the new Pardo 43’s visual identity. Invisible side-step hardware and new storage pockets integrated into the bulwarks keep the deck uncluttered and practical. A retractable sliding hatch system allows for a seamless indoor outdoor flow, enhancing liveability in every condition. Despite its primary function as a day boat, life on board has never been more comfortable. Dometic air conditioning now serves both cockpit and interior spaces, including the bathroom, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere in all weather. The stabilizer is available as an optional feature, with a choice between Seakeeper and Quick to enhance onboard comfort and deliver an even smoother ride. Starlink connectivity is now available on board, offering satellite-based high-speed internet even in the most remote cruising destinations. Reflecting today’s demand for tailored performance, the new Pardo 43 introduces the option of outboard propulsion for the first time in the P43R version. Power options start from twin Volvo 380hp, and go up to 480hp for the inboard IPS version, while the B outversion is offered twith triple 300hp up to to 600hp Mercury outboards. An important note is that the setup benefits from a dedicated hull design, developed specifically to match the characteristics of the chosen propulsion system. This bespoke engineering approach ensures optimized performance, handling and onboard comfort in both versions.

Project: Santasevera 42 Sport

Santasevera will be premiering its second model, the 42, at Boot Düsseldorf 2026 in January.  As the newest addition to the Santasevera range, the 42-foot model continues the same design language as her larger sister and again comes from a design of Francesco Guida, designer and founder of the Italian brand.  Alongside the first hull which is the unit to be displayed at Boot, two additional units are currently in build.  Like its larger sister the Santasevera 42 features a sleek yet functional superstructure that provides excellent protection for most of the cockpit. This design choice significantly enhances onboard comfort and usability in all weather conditions.  The forward helm station ensures outstanding visibility and allows for an exceptionally spacious cockpit, which represents the heart of life on board.  Standout areas on this customisable yacht include a generous C-shaped sofa and galley cabinet in the living area, a relaxation zone with two chaise lounges, aft area with sun-pad, and a large swim platform. Below deck, maximum flexibility is maintained, with the forward cabin adaptable to the owner’s specific needs and featuring a day head. New Model: Riviera 4300 Sports Express

Riviera has at the 2025 Sanctuary Cove boat show debuted its new 4300 Sport Express.  The 4300 Sports Express is in concept your usual sport cruiser, but brings a lot of innovative features which you find once you step onboard, from its I am bigger then I look walk-round deck and side-door to port side, and foredeck settee.  These are features which as far as I know do not exist much in sports cruiser of this size.  Another feature of the Riviera 4300 Sports Express is the very cosy hard-top covered main deck, offering the feel of an enclosed sport cruiser even though it is fully open.  Probably the sport cruiser which comes closer to this is the Fairline Targa 45 GTO, altough it's aft sun-pad with underneath garage shows its Mediterranean vocation.  This exterior aft main deck offers two opposite L-shaped settees, an L-shaped wet-bar to port, and dual seat helm station to starboard.  Down below is two cabin sleep five, served by a single spacious with a master room double berth forward, and a double plus single midships cabin.  In between the cabins is an L-shaped saloon with opposite L-shaped galley to starboard.  The Riviera 4300 Sports Express is powered by standard Volvo 440hp or optional 480hp with IPS pod drives.  The 4300 Sports Express is sport cruiser re-invented, with an Australian down under twist, but also features which are usually found in larger yachts.

Project: Forte Yachts 47

Forte Yachts is a new name from La Spezia, which comes from solid bases as it is a brand of West Navaltech an aluminium sub-contractor who has been serving the yachting industry, and has also build vessels for commercial and pleasure on order, and now decides to enter the pleasure boating sector.  As an expert in aluminium Forte will build its made to order sport cruisers and yacht in this material, and will start with this 47, as designed by Paolo Giordano, and naval architecture by Umberto Tagliavini.  The first project debuting this fall, is set to be followed by larger 58 and 69 models.  The Forte Yachts 47 is to be available in two versions Gran Turismo version which will feature an open hard-top, and the Lounge Deck version which has a side enclosed hard-top.  Forte so far is saying the Gran Turismo is the outboard powered version, while the Lounge Deck is the inboard IPS propulsion option.  But considering that nothing changes I am sure one can order both versions with the propulsion he likes.  The Forte Yachts 47 will feature a living on the main deck, dinette and galley under the hard-top, with a lower deck offering two cabins.  A master cabin with private head to starboard forward, and three berth cabin;  double bed and a single at midships.  The Forte Yachts 47 is to be powered by twin Volvo 600hp with IPS pod propulsion, with the outboard version to be powered by triple Mercury 600hp.

Projects: Princess C48, Princess C48 Open

In Summer Princess started to tease about this new C-class range, and in Cannes the announcement finally arrived, for the C48 available in two versions; the standard deck saloon, and the Open version, with this last set to debut at Fort Lauderdale boat show in the fall of 2026, and DS version in Dusseldorf on January 2027.  The C48 is exterior designed by Bernard Olesinki and the Princess design team led by Andy Lawrence, with hull design coming from Michael Peters who brings his patented Stepped Vee Ventilated hull.  Princess entering the center console market is big news, with the C48 also becoming the fastest boat to come from Plymouth to date, estimated to reach 54 knots with the top option of triple Mercury 600hp set up.  The other power options are standard triple Mercury 400hp outboard for speeds up to 44 knots, and inboard stern drive of twin 480hp estimated giving speeds up to 34 knots.  The Princess C48 will offer a lower deck sleeping four, with a lot of options for the forward area; standard is a U-shaped dinette, and this can be optioned a double berth in open or enclosed with door becoming a separate forward cabin.  To midships is also a second cabin with double berth.  A mini galley on entrance to port side, and a spacious head with enclosed shower completes the cabin accommodation.  For the main deck the C for center console C48 is a full walk around but dynamics and cockpit layout are very different in between the C48 Open or the Deck Saloon version.  The C48 Open is a Euro walk-around made for the American market; central sun-pad, opposite settee dinette, exterior galley, and triple seats center helm station off-set that bit to starboard, to allow passage to the cabin entrance.  In the Deck Saloon version; the sun-pad is replaced by opposite settee dinette, while inside the enclosed area is an L-shaped dinette to port side with a galley located opposite.  Other options also include full height drop down balconies, which extend the length of the standard balconies of both port and starboard to the bathing platform.  To be fair I see this a stupid useless option, which also disturbs production efficiency and costs.  A fair note is also to be made on the inboard-stern drive version which also features an up-down bathing platform option and also offers a larger bathing area.

Project: Pardo P43

Debuting in 2017 the Pardo 43 as designed by Zuccheri became immediately a market hit, and after seven years in the market has sold an astonishing three hundred plus units.  This sale success of P43 push the growth of Pardo, and expanded its motor line, offering eight models  from eleven to 23 meters in size.  Now after eight years Pardo update its first model, and presents a new second version.  This new second version of the old P43 has now been added with hull windows, and engine air-intakes.  So far we do not of any more changes for the most famous of the walk-around Mediterranean sport cruisers.

Focus launch the awaited new 3X, an innovative hard-top sport cruiser which breaks a few barriers between a sport-cruiser to those of walk-around day boats.  The Focus 3X shines because it offers similar exterior spaces to those of more open cruiser, with an interesting cabin layout.  The innovative exterior which gets more interesting thanks to the extended hard-top design with two-meter wide electric side windows and the electric glass hardtop in the cockpit, enabling it to seamlessly transition to an almost entirely open boat.  This unique feature provides interesting flexibility and connection to the sea.  Flexibility though does not stop here in the 3X, as it offers two options for the cockpit deck, and four lower deck layout choices.  The cockpit deck comes with the L-shape deck layout, with the option being for symmetrical opposite settee choice.  The lower deck which comes standard with a forward double berth; a small dinette to port side with L-shaped galley opposite, and shower head to starboard at midships.  The flexibility here is endless and what actually never changes is the forward cabin with central double berth, with the most interesting option being the B2 choice for a second cabin with double berth at midships starboard, a shower head forward, and a galley to port.  The Focus 3X shows again its flexibility also in its power choices offered with six engine choices; diesel, gas, sterndrive, and one outboard choice.  The smallest engine choice is the Volvo or Mercruiser diesels at 270hp, with the larger being the twin 430hp Mercruiser.

New Model: Rio Parana 40

Rio present the new Parana 40, an evolution and replacement to the Parana 38 which arrived in 2016. It is an evolution not only in length but also in details, larger hull windows but also a rub rail connected the hull and super structure which stops at half ship, making the lower and top deck look as one whole peace.  Measuring thirteen meters overall, the Parana 40 is the evolution of the Italian sport cruiser, which strikes the balance between internal and external spaces, leaving no detail overlooked. In the single level cockpit, you’ll find a teak table that, thanks to an electric control to lower or raise, offers two distinct scenarios depending on the occasion: a convivial moment seated around the table or a spacious sunbed for total relaxation.  Completing the cockpit is a generous chaise longue to port side and an outdoor Lshaped galley behind the helm station opposite.  The soft top allows for easy management of light and summer heat, combining the comfort of the sliding roof with the possibility of an almost complete opened cockpit. Below deck, the Paraná 40 reveals spaces tailored for a discerning owner: two full-beam cabins, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a convertible dinette, and large windows that flood every corner with natural light.  The Rio Parana 40 is powered by twin Yanmar 370hp with stern drive dual propeller propulsion.
