Classic Sportfish Ends On The Rocks at Merrimack River

A classic Egg Harbor sportfish cruiser of ten meters in length with two persons onboard ended atop a reef at the entrance of the Merrimack River near Plum Island, in Massachusetts North East of the USA on the evening of Wednesday sixteen July.  An error of navigation was the cause of the grounding, and also because the classic cruiser navigated outside the markers with low tide.  The classic cruiser decided to wait for a high tide to get removed, with this expected not before midnight.
The Egg Harbor in this grounding is a 33 Sedan as produced from 1971 to 1981.  The 33 Sedan was Egg Harbor first fiberglass hulled boat, build with a mahogany deck and super structure till 1978.  The 33 Sedan was replaced by a second generation Egg Harbor 33 Sedan.
