Boaters Injured as Sea Ray Ends Aground in Beach Haven, New Jersey

Some boaters were injured as a ten meter Sea Ray sport cruiser ended aground in Beach Haven, New Jersey on the afternoon of Wednesday ninth July.  The story was shared on the TowBoatUS Barnegat Inlet and Beach Haven Facebook page who assisted in the accident, along with the US Coast Guard, New Jersey State Police, Beach Haven Fire, Beach Haven First Aid, and Long Beach Township Police.  The extent of the injuries and number of persons injured was not specified, but some of the boaters were airlifted to a nearby hospital. 
The boat in this accident is a second generation Sea Ray 330 Express Cruiser as produced from 1997 to 2000.  The 330 Express Cruiser was a replacement to the first generation 330 Express Cruiser, and was replaced by the Sea Ray 340 Amberjack.
