Spanish Astondoa presents its new World wide web showroom. Astondoa was founded in 1916 by brothers Jesus and Jose Astondoa Marinez. In 1944 second generation Jesus Astondoa Santamaria joins the business and soon after that takes over the shipyard. But the real growth path for Astondoa starts in the 1980s when the Spanish builder starts to build in fiberglass, and after that in the nineties introduces the GLX range. This step will eventually lead to bigger yachts being build and Astondoa going into super yacht sizes over 24 meters. Astondoa has up till today build over 3000 boats and currently produces thirteen models from 37 to 197 feet in five different ranges; Coupe, Flybridge, AS, Century, and Steel. Astondoa current entry level model is the 377 Coupe, and the flagship is the 197 Steel project, and its latest model is the 2021 launched seventeen meter long flybridge motor yacht AS5.
