Projects: Benetti Sail Division 131 RS, Benetti Sail Division 115 RS, Benetti Sail Division 105 RS, Benetti Sail Division 98 RS, Benetti Sail Divison 82 RS

Benetti Sail Division presents the new Rounded Stern range.  This range represents a historical touch to Benetti Sail Division being this type of hull form among of its most successful designs.  The Rounded Stern line will offer a total of six models; starting from 82 up to 131 feet.  Pictured above is the 131 RS which will be a three deck super yacht.  Internal accommodation will offer a double five cabins plan with owner stateroom on the main deck and a two VIP suite located to aft, and mid ship.  Crew accommodation is for up to nine persons.  Power will be from twin 1319hp Cat engines which give a max speed of 14 knots.
The Benetti Sail Division 115 RS is the second in size model of the Rounded Stern range.  Measuring over 35 meters this will also be a three deck plus flybridge super yacht.  Her hull shape is a full displacement.  Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in five double cabins with owners stateroom located on the main deck.  As in all the rounded stern the 115 will feature a lot of innovation in the form of side balconies which open up to make time at sea enjoyable to the most.  Power is from twin 1000hp MAN engines which give a 13 knots max speed.
The 105 RS is the middle in size model of the classic looking Rounded Stern range from Benetti Sail Divison.  Unlike the bigger 131 and 115 models, the 105 RS will have  more sporty lines thanks to its more low profile two and half deck.  Accommodation is similar to the bigger models sleeping up to twelve guests in five cabins, and an owners stateroom located on the main deck.  Power is from MAN 1000hp engines which give a 13 knots of max speed and 12 of cruise.
The 98 RS is the second smallest model of Benetti Sail Division Rounded Stern range.  The line of the 98RS is very similar to the seven feet bigger 105 model having also a two and half deck layout.  Inside the 98 RS will sleep up to ten guests in four double cabins.  Owners suite is still located to the main deck, but the galley is to be located below taking space for an extra cabin.  Power is from twin 725hp Cat engines which give a top speed of 13 knots.
The entry level model of Benetti Sail Division Rounded Stern range is the 82 RS.  This model is also the second in size of all the Benetti Sail Division range and is only two feet bigger to the 80 World Traveller.  As is expected the 82 RS is a pocket sized super yacht, and continues two and half deck looks. Accommodation will sleep up to ten guests with owners stateroom still located on the main deck.  Crew beds is for up to four persons located to bow and featuring a lobby with a saloon and galley.  Power is from twin 450hp MAN engines which give an 11 knots max and cruise speed.  An economic 10 knots can also give a range of up to 2600 nautical miles before needing a refuel.

Projects: Menorquin E56 Hardtop, Menorquin E56 Flybridge

After presenting the project of Menorquin's E43 model, the Spanish island boat builder showcases the larger E56 project of its new enviromently friendly range which is set to launch next year 2012.  The Efficient Line from Menorquin is the answer to more green Eco boating, and if the E43 showed this, the E56 displays it even more with hybrid power also being one of the optional power choices.  Apart having new underwater shapes set to deliver better speeds with less power both the Efficient Line models will aim for superior RINA Green Star environment certification. As the E43, the E56 is available in Hardtop and Flybridge versions and is to be powered by pods.  But different to the smaller soon to launch E43 model is that it will use the aft looking dual propeller ZF instead of the Volvo IPS. Huge spaces are to be found in all areas of the E56 and the theme continues as shown outside of a modern classic style.  Impressive is the large aft deck with two settees to a two interior choice of three double cabins, and a crew. The major difference in the choice is that on the optional version the galley moves down, reserving the main saloon for lounging activities, and for this you loose a third guest head. The above picture version is the hardtop which offers more streamlined sport lines, but loosing the second helm and the additional space a fly deck gives.
The E56 Flybridge adds a fly deck second helm in replacement to the hardtop.  I suppose the E56 Flybridge will be more popular then the Hardtop model. Being very extended and add spacious, the flybridge deck presents an extra area of relaxation featuring a helm to port side, C-shape settee with table to starboard, and a wet bar behind this.  The flybridge of the E56 on these plans seems to be about double the size to that of the current in production largest Menorquin C180.  Menorquin has decided to leave the aft fly deck area free, which can be a space to fill with chaise loungers or where to put an extra tender or PWC.  Power for the Menorquin E56 Flybridge is for engines up to twin 480hp which should give a cruise speeds of up to 15 knots.

Projects: Benetti Sail Division 131 WT, Benetti Sail Division 100 WT, Benetti Sail Division 80 WT

Benetti Sail Division continues to expand its line of Super Yacht by including new interesting range, and as the Logica designed by Luca Brenta here it presents the World Traveller range by architect P.B. Behage.  This range will feature a hybrid design feel of a tug towing boat with those of a Mediterranean yacht.  Four models all designed by architect Behage make of the World Traveller range of which the 115 RPH WT has already been launched.  Pictured above is the largest of the World Traveller range projects the 131. A two and half deck with a raised pilot house make the exterior of the 131 WT which will feature a six or five cabin layout with the owners room located on the main deck.  An incredible size flybridge is another feature, and this has been achieved thanks to the location of the tenders, and PWC on the fore deck.  Crew accommodation is for seven or eight persons.  Power is from twin 1000hp Cat engines giving top speeds of 14 knots, a cruise of 13, and an economic 5300 nautical miles long range 10 knots.
Benetti Sail Division 100 World Traveller is the second in size of this very interesting line of super yachts.  For the 100 WT designer Behage presented a two deck super yacht with a split level two steps separate flybridge.  A four cabins for guest interior sleeping eight or ten is located on the fore part of the lower deck.  The owners room is located to mid ship, and features an office, breakfast table, and walk in ward robe.  Crew quarters are located to aft, and apart sleeping five or four persons offers a lobby with small galley. Power is from twin 596hp Cat engines which reach a top speed of 13 knots, a cruise of 12, and a 4300 nautical miles at 10 knots long range.
The 80 World Traveller represents an important project for Benetti Sail Division as it is also its current entry level smallest model of the fleet.  The 80 which is regarded as a pocket sized super yachts offers a similar plan to the 100 with everything being smaller. Guest accommodation is for eight or ten in four double cabins.  Unusually and this being the main difference from the 100 in the owners stateroom located to fore, showing a hull very much dedicated to seamanship more then to inner space.  Crew quarters are located to aft, having a small galley and two rooms sleeping two or three.  Power is from twin 450hp MAN engines which give an 11 knots top speed, and cruise economic 10 knots.

Projects: Silverton SS 350, Silverton CX 350

Silverton presents renderings for its new 350 Series range which is set to debut in the coming February 2012 Miami boat show.  This range will feature three distinct models all using the same hull, with two being flybridge motor cruiser versions of which we are showing you renderings here.  Pictured above is the 350 SS the more sports of the flybridge models, thanks to more streamlined aft looking radar arch versus the CX model.  But this model is from these initial renderings as shown at the Silverton website nearly identical to the other CX flybridge version.  Large view windows suggest a larger to the usual cabin to be available to mid ship, and stern drive or pods propulsion to be the choice.  Although so far we have no confirmation about these tips I am giving, and this is just my guessing!
The Silverton 350 CX is the other flybridge motor cruiser of this new very European orientated designed series from this US builder.  A more upright radar arch does suggest the 350 CX to have a more comfortable fly deck.  But this is again my idea.  In a matter of days PowerYacht will also show the sleeker 350 SX sport cruser model of this new series.  Hoping in that time that more information will be available on the new Silverton model.

Projects: Vicem 46 M Vulcan Tri-Deck, Vicem 35 M Vulcan Tri-Deck, Vicem 32 M Vulcan RPH

Vulcan presents the Vulcan Line a three model range which continues to establish the Turkish builder into the the Super Yacht world, of 24 plus meters in size.  The new series is thrillingly represented by the 46 M Tri-Decl, 35 M Tri-Deck, and 32 M RPH.  All the three models come from the design tables of renowned Dutch Naval Architect Frank Mulder and the award-winning firms of Art-Line Interiors, Wetzels Brown Partners and Ken Freivokh. Pictured above is the 46M which is built in a state-of-the-art facility in Antalya, Turkey. The 46 M is to be built in composite materials, applied with resin infusion and sandwich techniques, here chosen to achieve the best in strength-to-weight ratios.  The result: a 200 ton yacht, powered by twin 3650hp MTU engines, that delivers 25 knots top speed and efficient ocean crossing range at reduced econmic cruise. Her three decks plus Sundeck design provides outstanding elegance for a knowledgeable owner, and five cabins for the guests.  A signature design of the 46 M Vulcan Tri-Deck is the open Atrium which provides 45 feet of unbroken natural lighting, from the very top of the Sundeck all the way down to the lower deck. The main deck’s master suite uses every inch of this yachts thirty foot beam, and includes a CEO’s office and a private gymnasium. A graceful wraparound entry way leads to an inviting Jacuzzi and an arcing full-width head. Far aft is the galley, a dining area for ten, relaxing lounge, and a spacious upper lounge area.
The Vicem 35 M Vulcan Tri-Deck is a super yacht with a five stateroom layout, two of which are full beam layout.  There is a captain’s cabin on the main deck and two double crew cabins with a lounge and galley in the crew quarters. The double bed captain’s cabin is behind the wheelhouse on the third deck. The tender is hidden in the foredeck and there is additional garage storage aft, with a fold-down beach club. Designed outside by Frank Mulder this is a very sleek yacht for its length with no tenders visible.  The 35 M Vulcan Tri-deck is under construction in Vicem’s new facility in Tuzla, Turkey.  A more sleek 35 M Vulcan RPH should be available in the near future.  Watch this space for renderings.
The Vicem 32 M Vulcan RPH is a five stateroom epoxy with Corecell constructed to a Frank Mulder design super yacht. Frank Mulder has designed a totally unique yacht with easy access to the foredeck from the deck on the port side with the main deck on the starboard side, creating a full beam, on-deck master stateroom. In addition to five guest staterooms, the yacht has two crew cabins with en suite heads which has access from the galley. The main tender is on the flybridge deck, and there is space for two wave runners in a transom garage.  Power is from twin 1900hp Cat engines with top speed estimates of 23 knots.

Projects: Benetti Sail Division 98 Logica, Benetti Sail Division 105 Logica, Benetti Sail Division 105 Logica Evolution

Benetti Sail Divsion continues to present projects of its innovative Logica range as designed by architect Luca Brenta.  The 98 Logica pictured above is the smallest model of this range, measuring just short of the one hundred feet mark.  Presented first as a 96 Logica project before being renamed as the 98 this Luca Brenta project follows other traits of the larger models of this range, as contemporary design which fuses early twentieth century looks with a modern minimal super structure filled with glass surfaces, and a two and half decks.  Interior guest accommodation is for four double guest cabins with owners stateroom located on the main deck.  Crew accommodation is four persons located to bow in two cabins and a seperate quaters which features a dinette and a second galley.  Power is for twin 1000hp MAN engines which give a 14 knots max, and a 13 knots cruise, and a 10 knots economic this last giving a 3200 nautical miles range.
The Benetti Sail Division 105 Logica is the most classic looking of the models of this range mostly for its more standard traditional glass surfaces.  Altough just a couple of feet larger to the smallest 98, the 105 Logica adds an extra guest cabin in the seven plus feet of more lenght.  Power is for identical twin 1000hp MAN engines which give a similar 14 knots top speed, 13 knots of cruise, and a 10 knots of economic run which gives a 3700 nautical miles of range.
For the 105 Logica Evolution, Luca Brenta shows a similar looks to the rest of the range with the contemporary looks outlining a modern feel thanks to the large glass surfaces as used on the main, and the flybridge deck.  Accommodation is again to a similar layout with a plan which has five double guest cabins, with the owners state room located on the main deck in the forward part.  Power is again entrusted to twin MAN 1000hp engines which give identical estimated speeds as the standard more classic looking 105 Logica.

Projects: Menorquin MY E43 Flybridge, Menorquin MY E43 Hardtop

Menorquin presents its new Efficient Line, which will start with the project of the MY E43 Flybridge.  This new Menorquin line of projects will be added with a 56 feet model later on, and takes inspiration from other models of the Menorcan Spanish island builder but will feature a more modern exterior, and innovative concepts.  Main technical novelty for Menorquin Efficient 43 is the use of Volvo IPS forward looking pods. Other new concepts are dual cockpit access, larger aft deck, a bow living area with settee, larger to usual master cabin, sea view windows, more natural light interior thanks to larger glassed surfaces in the cabins, and higher to the usual fuel capacity for the E43 being of 1300 liters.  Accommodation is a three double cabin lower deck, with an optional choice of larger owners suite with office, or a no office smaller shower guest heads and a galley bellow.  The main deck offers a C-shaped settee, L-shaped galley and helm station.  The E43 Flybridge will offer a helm station and C-shaped settee.  Power choice will be twin Volvo engines of 330hp.
The Menorquin MY E43 Hardtop will differentiate from the flybridge version for loosing the second helm station and lounging area up top, and change with a more low profiled sporty line.  For the rest this second model of the Efficient line will offer the same characteristics two choices for the six berth three cabin lower deck, and pod drives with engines up to twin 330hp power.

Projects: O.B.P. S55 Granturismo, O.B.P. S55 HT Granturismo

OBP Sport Fisherman Yacht from Rome, Italy continue to present new projects set to increase its range, which so far has only one model in the water. But company has a total of eight models in design rendering project stages with the 55 being one of them. The 55 will be available in three versions and here we present the more sport yacht orientated S55 Granturismo. The lines of the 55 continue the inspiration we saw on the 35 with a very flared bow and an aggressive reverse shear line making part of the unusual but catchy looks. Inside the S55 Granturismo will have a choice of two layouts; four cabins with three heads, or three cabins with a galley and saloon located below. Outside is a spacious twin level area with the lower aft part having two C-shaped settees, and the three steps raised part which also hard top covered having an a galley, large C-shaped settee, and three seats helm station. Power will be for up to twin 1200hp engines, with the AX-BOW-EVO hull giving very solid sea keeping characteristics. The O.B.P. S55 HT Granturismo follows the design of the standard S55, with the advantage of having a fully enclosed hard top main deck. The more forward raised area is closed by a patio door, this giving an all weather seasonal use to the S55 HT Grantusimo. Power and interior layouts are all the same; with a three or four cabins interior choice, and engine power up to twin 1200hp.

Projects: Benetti Sail Division 160 Logica, Benetti Sail Division 147 Logica, Benetti Sail Division 115 Logica

Benetti Sail Division from Viareggio presents the new Logica range of super yachts which will start at 98 and go up to 160 feet. This range will have six models and all will have a semi displacement hull, and be designed by Italian naval architect Luca Brenta. Three decks and bow coming from early twenty century design is a symbol of all the Logica designs. Pictured above is the rendering of the 160 Logica, the biggest in the current Benetti Sail Division offers. This super yacht will have a six double guest cabin interior, with an owners stateroom located on the main deck. Crew space is for nine members. Interesting are the running with a power of only two 1319hp Cat engines giving a 15 knots max, 14 of cruise, and a 10 economic speed. This last giving a range of 5700 nautical miles. The Benetti Sail Division 147 Logica project is the second in size project from this Viareggio Italy builder. Luca Brenta again present similar lines to the other Logica models, and an interior which offers the same sleeping capacity as the bigger sister. The 147 Logica in fact sleeps 12 guest in six suite. Crew space is also for nine persons. Power is just like the big sister from twin 1319hp Cat engines which interesting offer the same speeds; 15 knots max, 14 cruise and a 10 knots economic. The range at economic speed is a 4700 nautical miles, one thousand less to the bigger model but this happens because of less fuel tank capacity. The 115 Logica project sits at a very popular size from Benetti Sail Division. Again to a design of Luca Brenta the 115 Logica is a three deck super yacht with a twelve berths, six double suites interior. The owners room will be on the main deck. Crew space is for seven persons. Power is from twin MAN 1000hp which give a top speed of 14 knots, 13 of cruise, and 10 on economic run to the semi displacement hull. At economic 10 knots the range is 4100 nautical miles, before needing to refuel.

Projects: Aguti 10m, Aguti 12m

Aguti Yachts from Germany follow the high acclaim its 20m sport yacht received for being first which combines traditional wooden shipbuilding techniques with high-tech composite technology. Following the success of its first model, Aguti present a smaller 10m sport day cruiser project. Again Aguti merge modern classic appearance and high end interior with the use of modern materials and ingenious details making the 10m a virtue. Intelligent solutions continue to come from Aguti with the flip extended bathing platform which doubles the swimming area, and the Bimini which comes as in magic from the windshield being ingenious features. Accommodation will be for a cockpit with sun lounge, C-shaped settee with central table, and helm station outside. A two berth interior is to be expected inside.
Andreas Grieger continues to increase the Aguti Yachts Family and has planned with his team a 12m. This project follows similar lines to the acclaimed 20m model, and again we see a classic of nostalgic past lines combined with modern ingenuity. So can be said for the flush deck and the bow flair which speaks tradition, and the hard top or the integrated hatches on the deck calling the future. The interior will offer a two plus two berth configuration with a forward double berth, and a mid ship cabin. Outside area offers two sunbeds with central passageway, two settees and galley. Power is by twin 370hp Volvo the 12m will reach a 40 knots max speed.

Projects: Cayman 50 Express, Cayman 57 HT

Italian Cayman Yachts presents two projects both over the fifteen meter dimensions, and to be completed by the end of this year. Pictured above are the renderings for the 50 Express which will also launch this new range by Cayman along the previous Flybridge, Hardtop, and Walk Around lines. The 50 Express is designed by Hot Lab studios. The interior will go out of the usual schematics of this size offering a privacy orientated plan with a lower deck having only two cabins; an owners suite to mid ship, and VIP room to fore. Below is also space for the galley, and the crew room located to mid ship behind the owners cabin, this being in a separate area and having the entrance from the aft part of the saloon. The main deck will be dedicated to living with an L-shaped saloon, and three part patio door joining this area with the aft cockpit. For the 50 Express, Hot Lab keep the much appreciated Cayman walk around deck with a very interesting fore deck settee which is surely hard to find in this size. Power is from twin Cummins 600hp with Cayman estimating a 33 knots top speed with this set up. The Cayman 57 HT will be the third model to join the hard top line which was presented in 2008 with the launch of the 75 flagship designed by Carlo Trezzi. As the 50 Express the 57 HT sees Cayman again trust design duties to Hot Lab studio. Here Hot Lab go for a more modern aggressive exterior, but keeping in line with concepts seen on the 50, as the settee on the fore deck. Interior space is for a three cabin plan, with the third cabin looking to be a transformable affair which can open up and be as a small settee on the lower deck. The galley is located below in between the masters suite to mid ship, and VIP room to fore. Power is from twin Cummins 715hp with Cayman estimating a very promising 33 knots top speed with this set up.

Projects: Riviera 61 Enclosed Bridge Series II, Riviera 61 Open Flybridge Series II

Riviera presents the project for the 61 Series II in Enclosed Flybridge version as above or Open Flybridge as pictured below. When the 61 was launched in 2007, this model featured a Frank Mulder modified Vee hull shape and was regarded as the best handling in the Riviera fleet. Now the down under renowned builder enhances this model all over with new features as seen in latest Riviera models. A recognizable exterior feature of the 61 Series II will surely be the large hull window servicing the owners mid ship located stateroom. Below a three or four double cabin choice with both options having the living with saloon and galley on the main deck. In the four cabin choice, the extra bunk guest cabin takes space away from the fore VIP suite. Three heads serve the cabins two of which en suite for the owners and VIP rooms in both choices. The upper Enclosed Bridge which features an internal staircase will have C-shaped settee, dual seat helm station, wet bar, docking station outside, and a view mezzanine settee on the aft. The 61 Series II is also enhanced in the aft deck and will features a dual mezzanine settee as seen on the Riviera 70 flagship. Changes also include the main living deck now having an aft galley and forward L-shaped saloon. The galley thanks to the Riviera hinged window feature can join with the cockpit creating a nice inside outside fully communicating deck.
The project of the 61 Open Flybridge Series II is a novelty here, as Riviera never offered an open version for the 61 first series. So far no details are given for the Open Flybridge accept that the above picture shows an aft helm of sport fisherman style and a fixed solid hard top. Standard power for the Riviera 61 Series II is twin Cats 1015hp with speeds estimates being of 28 knots with this choice. Other larger engine choices should be available allowing for speeds up to 34 knots. The 61 Series will use traditional shaft propulsion, and also construction is to stay on the tyred and tested hand laminated style. The hull of the 61 Series II also receives a modification with Riviera's in house naval architect Alan Dawd widening the planning strakes to reduce spray and improve trim and performance. Riviera has already four 61's on construction and the model will be showed first time at Sanctuary Cove boat show.

Projects: Cutwater 26, Cutwater 28

Cutwater Boats is a new line of trailerable, pilothouse cruisers being introduced by Fluid Motion, LLC, the designers and builders of the popular line of Ranger Tugs. A Cutwater 26 and Cutwater 28 will be the first two models built and their express style and innovative hull design provide flexibility for fishing, entertaining and cruising. The introduction of a new line of boats comes at a time when the marine industry continues to rebound from hard economic times but Fluid Motion, a family-operated boat building business since 1958, saw an opportunity to build an efficient, trailerable cruising boat that will offer stability and faster cruising of up to 25 knots thanks to its patented Keel Stepped Hull. The Cutwater hull is a revolutionary and innovative design introduced by Dave and John Livingston, owners of Fluid Motion. The Keel Stepped Hull is a blend of a semi-displacement shape with reverse chines and a keel which provides superb handling performance. A high pressure bump in the hull allows the engine to be mounted low in the hull contributing to a low center of gravity and when combined with the prop pocket keeps the Cutwater’s draft at just 28 inches. The low engine mount also creates a shallow six degree shaft angle allowing for more net thrust with less horsepower which translates into greater fuel efficiency. This combination of design details contributes to stability, speed and fuel economy. Cutwater Boats are ideal for couple’s cruising with a full beam v-berth master stateroom and en suite head. The living area of saloon, galley and helm are all in the pilothouse space with 360-degree visibility through quality Diamond Sea-Glaze windows. The saloon and cockpit are on the same level allowing for ease of movement from one space to the next which are separated by a weather tight hinged door. The forward windows are raked so water easily streams off and for better visibility when running at speed. Cutwater Boats also come standard with bow and stern thrusters for ease of operation and maneuverability. From the innovative hull shape to reliable standard equipment and a practical interior layout, Cutwater Boats are a multi-purpose design for inland and coastal cruising. A functional cockpit includes aft seating with storage underneath and boarding access via a molded-on swim platform. The standard Yanmar diesel engine is housed under the cockpit sole and under deck compartments also store an optional Mase diesel generator plus provide ample storage. The Cutwater line of boats will be built at a dedicated facility in Monroe, WA, ensuring high-quality construction as well as cost efficiencies from leveraging the Fluid Motion experienced crew of builders and craftsmen. Pictured on top is the Cutwater 26 which will be the first to be launched of the new models at end of this month. The 26 will be powered by a single Yanmar 180hp engine and has an overall length of thirty feet fully rigged with platform and pulpit. The Cutwater 28 pictured above will use the same hull as the smaller sister and will be the second model of this new brand from Fluid Motion. Sharing a similar hull but longer, the 28 offers a cockpit with more space to length, which allows for more inventory here being used for a wash basin to starboard, and a compartment to port. The longer length also allowed for a bigger engine into the 28 having a larger single 260hp Yanmar diesel engine.

Projects: Bavaria 43 Sport, Bavaria 43 Sport HT

Bavaria presents the project for a new 43 Sport series to be available in both open and hard top versions, a model which will replace the long standing 42. These new models follow Bavaria revamp of the line as started with the current motor boat flagship the 46 Deep Blue, and continues the collaboration with BMW Group DesignworksUSA. The 43 Sport open version will only differ from the HT model for the hard top. The interior will be a three cabins six berths, or two cabins four berths choice, and following recent Bavaria trends a huge size cockpit with what looks an up and down hydraulic platform for tender stowage is to be found. Power will be a choice of Volvo's from 370 up 435hp with selection of stern drive or IPS forward looking pods propulsion. The Bavaria 43 Sport HT hard top version continues the large window area theme as seen on the BMW Group designed Bavaria's offering a technical and functional design. Here as it is visible, a lot is coming from the little sister the 38 Sport HT, with advantage of bigger sizes everywhere. The large sunroof can be opened with an integrated manual soft-top, which is also available to operate electrically. Thanks to the low rim in combination with the optional fold-out pedestal, the driver can look outside the windscreen whilst driving without any obstructions. The front wind screen, and side hard top windows can also be chosen to be heated. For the rest this hard top version is identical to the open 43 Sport, with advantage that a more comfortable use can be made during Winter time.

Projects: Intermarine 75, Intermarine 60

Brazilian Intermarine follows the announcement of its new strategy aimed at establishing an international quality renowned brand, and the showcasing of the new 55 project model with more upcoming projects all set to launch in 2011. Pictured above is the Intermarine 75 project which is designed by renowned architect Luiz De Basto. Measuring an overall length of 77 feet, the 75 is set to be in the water by mid next year. Here Intermarine and Luiz de Basto use there Mediterranean influences to create what is a European styled yacht both outside and inside. A flush main deck inside, and four double guest cabins all with personal heads characterize this very sporty looking motor yacht. The layout follows a traditional European plan with a welcoming saloon, open plan galley, dining table for eight, and helm station. Below is a full beam owners stateroom which features a walk in wardrobe, VIP suite to fore, and two double guest cabins in between. Impressive for this size of boat will be the crew lobby aft, which apart the two cabins will have a small L-shaped sofa, and a small galley with two burner stove and tub. Power for the Intermarine 75 will be standard twin MAN 1360hp giving 30 knots max, or optional faster choice of 1550hp which add top speeds by four nautical miles per hour. Designed again by a renowned architect this time by Brazilian Francesco de Almeida is the Intermarine 60 project. An interesting proposal the 60 has a Brazilian designer builder connection and as all the four projects so far presented by Intermarine new course is set to launch in 2011. The 60 will sit in the middle of the range between the 55 and 75 models. Interestingly going against usual production trends Intermarine has so far used three different designers for its project models; BMW Group DesignworksUSA for the 55, Franceco de Almeida for the 60, and Luiz de Basto for the 75. The 60 like the bigger 75 follows Euro looks both inside and outside. Its lower deck plan is a three double cabins all with private heads, and a two person crew cabin aft. As recent trends dictate the owners suite is a full beam mid ship affair, and a special note is that all three heads will have a separate shower box. The main deck saloon is a split level affair having a C-shaped sofa reserved for entertainment, and the raised part used for the galley, dining and a starboard located helm station. Special notes for the 60 project are the large glassed surfaces which make for a natural light filled environment inside, as is the well laid out flybridge and aft deck. For the 60 Intermarine have also followed a more normal size aft deck in line with current European trends. Tender stowage will be an aft up and down bathing platform. Power is twin Man 900hp which should give a top speed of 33 knots, and 28 cruising.

Projects: Uniesse 53 HT, Uniesse 55 Sport, Uniesse 60 HT

Uniesse presents three projects set to be unveiled in 2011. Two of these projects are fully new models destined to fill the new HT range presented in 2007 with the launching of the 75HT. Above is in fact the first of these being the 53 HT. This fully new Uniesse will have a three double cabin two shower heads layout and although its owner suite is located to fore it is made in a way as to feel a full beam affair. The main deck which is the novelty of the HT range is fully closing, thanks to patio doors and sunroof opening. The Uniesse 55 Sport is a new model based on the 2003 launched 54. Similar to the 54 here in this new project is just the hull, as the rest comes from an evolution rethinking of the spaces offered by the patio door design. So its not just redesigning of the superstructure and adding a door to the wheel house area. But all the spaces onboard follow a new pattern from the aft deck, going to inside, and the three double cabins area below. For example on the 55 Sport you will loose the saloon in the lower deck, but thanks to this the owners stateroom while still located forward is moved further aft, and its head is moved to the fore peak. This makes it possible to take advantage of the full beam of the yacht, without complicating technical matters as when moving the owners room to midship. Another advantage is also that the two guest cabins keep a good space. Galley remains below, but the saloon is on the main deck covered under the hard top or fully open to sun and light. Uniesse 60 HT project is the pearl of the three new offers from this quality renowned North Italian builder. Not only for its larger size but for having a very intelligent use of spaces and the right mix of US European influenced design. Compliment this with Uniesse sea keeping fame of Jim Wynn Walt Walters derived hulls and this should actually be hard to miss for those looking for a top tier boat. The plan shows a well spacious aft deck, which also give an L-shaped mezzanine style table, and an unbeatable lower deck with a full beam midship owners room, VIP suite to fore, third double with en-suite shower head, and galley below. Also to note is that all these three new Uniesse projects feature a CE A certification.

Projects: Benetti Class 164 Vision Supreme, Benetti Class 132 Classic Supreme

After presenting its new semi custom Class line, which also meant the introduction of five new models, Benetti enriches this with two further totally new projects. Unlike the other projects introduced, these two models are totally new, design from up to down, and hull shape. The 164 Vision Supreme above will be the largest of Benetti's Class semi custom line and is designed by Stefano Righini exterior, and Francois Zuretti interior. Definitely semi custom here is an under statement as the only thing the same will just be the outside. Accommodation in this three decks plus flybridge super yacht will be for twelve guests and eleven crew. Speed is an estimated 16 knots with twin Cat engines. At 49 meters the 164 Vision Supreme is also a new challenge for the Azimut Benetti Group, as it will be its largest ever made fiberglass construction. Both the two new Benetti projects represent a challenge to the since 1873 founded builder, as the Vision above is the largest fiberglass construction ever made, the 132 Classic Supreme hits to one of the most sold super yachts. The Classic series first as 35, then as 120, and now as 121 has sold over fifty units in less to a ten year span surely a top selling number for a thirty five metre plus of length Super Yacht. The new Classic Supreme 132 will be a forty meter three decks plus flybridge deck, and will sit between the smaller top selling 121 Classic, and larger 140 Crystal. Design is again to Stefano Righini exterior, and Francois Zuretti interior. Accommodation is for ten guests in five cabins, and seven crew members. Twin Cat engines should give a 15 knots top speed to a RINA Cross of Malta Class fiberglass constructed 132 Classic Supreme.

Projects: Calafuria 30 Swim Version, Calafura 30 Fly

Calafuria is a known boat builder in Italy who built his fame for building sea worthy boats, and was also among the first to introduce modern hull solutions to the traditional local Italian fishing boat the Gozzo. Here Calafuria presents two new projects, both based on the same 30 platform. Showing the rendering above is the 30 Swim Version which is a closed pilot type traditional cruiser which features modern touches which add better on board living solutions. Options are also at heart in this project offering a total of three variations to the interior. Choices vary from separate owners room, to a Vee twin berth, and galley up or down. The 30 Fly is in fact a reediting of the same previous model which is shorter in overall length by 59 centimeters, and wider by two. The most visible difference for this new version is the flybridge which has more modern looks. Options are again a part of this project which has choices for three variations, here concerning always the lower deck. A different option in this size is surely the lower deck fully dedicated fully to a single cabin having a settee, separate shower room, head, and central island berth. You also have a four berth open plan choice. In all the choices the galley remains on the main deck. Power for both these new Calafuria 30 model which in fact over 34 feet is for a max twin 320hp diesel engines choice.
