ISA Yachts presents the new Classic Line, with a 50 meter project as designed by Enrico Gobbi's and Team for Design. The ISA 50m Classic is a performing yet elegant yacht, that reflects a sleek design with a nicely proportioned profile balanced by the typical grand arch connecting the aft deck cockpit to the superstructure. Project: ISA Yachts 120 Sport

Since being bought out by Palumbo Group in the early part of 2016 a lot is happening at ISA Yachts, with the Ancona super yacht builder keen in showing its activity for today and the future.  This ISA Yachts 120 Sport project is a new model replacement for its most popular build, delivered in ten units from 2005 till 2009.  The new ISA Yachts 120 Sport comes from the hands of Enrico Gobbi and his Team for Design company, who replaces Chistian Gatto as designer of the previous version.

Project: ISA Yachts 141 Super Sportivo

ISA Yachts since 2016 under the ownership of Palumbo continues to look forward and in a space of some months present the project for a new 141 Super Sportivo.  This project of the 141 follows that of the 121 Super Sportivo announced in September 2016, and is as the twenty foot smaller sister a design to Marco Casali.  The ISA 141 Super Sportivo will offer a standard layout of four double cabins with crew accommodation for five or six persons.  Power will come from twin MTU 4613hp which should give top speeds in the region of 32 knots and a cruise of 26.

Project: ISA Yachts 121 Super Sport

ISA Yachts having been acquired this Summer 2016 by the Palumbo Group starts to show its new course, and presents its new 121 Super Sport model.  Designed by Marco Casali, who has to be one of the most busy designers of recent times, the ISA 121 is a progression of the 120 Sport which was a project of Andrea Vallicelli and was delivered in eleven units.  To be build of fiberglass the ISA 121 Super Sport will feature a sport exterior with sport bridge very much integrated into the lines.  Accommodation and technical details are not yet announced although I expect both to be very much to owners choice.  A larger 141 Super Sport is also on the drawing board.

Project: ISA Yachts 44 Yara

In close cooperation with Omega Design and Van Oossanen Naval Architects ISA Yachts has developed a 44 meter all aluminium fast displacement yacht called the Yara, Brazilian word for water lady.  ISA came up for this new project with a few imporant notes; top speed of 24 knots possible up to 30 with optional engines, 3900 nautical miles range at 13 knots, and a Bahamas friendly less then seven feet draft. The 44 Yara will offer a unique layout with large outdoor entertainment on the main deck creating 50% more usable space than traditional layouts. Optimized for the modern yachting lifestyle. The 44 Yara will also feature a new patented fast displacement hull form combining the efficiency and comfort of a displacement yacht with the speed of a semi-displacement yacht. Based on the same engineering, there is also a 48 meter version under development. The accommodation plan is for four guests below; two VIP and two twins, and an owners stateroom on the main deck. the 44 Yara will also impress in its crew accommodation which will be MCA certified and among the biggest in its size.

New Model: ISA Yachts 54m Panorama

On June 28th, 2014 ISA Yachts launched Forever One, a 54m full displacement custom motor yacht. With her reverse bow and vibrant red and white paintwork, this latest ISA is for sure a different yacht. This fully custom five deck yacht with an aluminum superstructure and an impressive steel hull with reverse bow is designed by Horacio Bozzo Design with an interior by Alessandro Massari/Studio Massari. ISA Yachts worked in very close cooperation with the naval architect, the sales broker Fernando Nicholson, the Captain/Owner’s representative Colin Skinner and the interior designer to build a yacht full of distinctive features which make it stand out of the crowd. The layout is quite unconventional and the challenge was to fit several features that make her unique: The Owner's deck is one of the peculiarities of such vessel with a private balcony - accessible from their stateroom - and a large aft deck terrace. Fold-able bulwarks on the main deck grant a spectacular view to the exterior. Noteworthy is the glass elevator that connects all decks, from the lower deck to the flybridge. She has a spectacular dining/relaxing salon located forward on the main deck where usually are located the owner's stateroom. A spacious beach club with large fold-able stern and side platforms ideal for water toys and tenders docking give also facilitated access to the water by automatic and gentle-angled submerged stairs. The main garage is located forward on main deck and will carry a 9m tender and a 5,5m crew tender. Two Caterpillars 1911hp engines will propel this motor yacht to a speed of 16 knots with a trans-pacific range. The exterior color scheme is composed of Dupont Snow White on hull and superstructure. Red elements are painted with Dupont Rosso Corsa.

New Model: ISA Yachts 66m Granturismo

On May 3rd, 2014 ISA Yachts launched the 66m Granturismo. This full displacement custom motor yacht is the biggest ISA yacht built to date in terms of length. The concept behind the Granturismo is to emphasize the outdoor experience of a yacht without compromising the space and comfort that the owner would expect from a steel and aluminum displacement yacht. The overall beauty of yachts over the years has been lost to interior space, on the contrary Granturismo is a concept that allows for owners who love the sea to enjoy outside spaces. The ISA 66m Granturismo is a custom four deck yacht with an aluminum superstructure and an impressive steel hull with straight bow. The yacht is designed by Andrea Vallicellli and the interior by Alberto Pinto. Both designers worked in very close cooperation with the yard and the Owner’s management team to combine both design and architectural aspects based on a strong contrast between the harmonious and curvaceous lines of the decks with the rigorous and diamond-like geometry of the transom and sundeck. The hull shape and bow are optimized for both efficiency and comfort. ISA 66m Granturismo is a custom motor yacht with lots of space in relation to the total volume and her lines are sleek and graceful. The design does not achieve extra deck space by stacking the decks, there is not the piled-up effect, one layer after the other, the philosophy of the whole concept is to guarantee the owners the space and comfort they would expect. This stylish interior has been subcontracted to the renowned Austrian company List General Contractor GmbH. The naval architecture is developed in-house by ISA Technical Department in conjunction with BMT Nigel Gee naval architects, including a comprehensive four-month cooperation with MARIN - Maritime Research Institute Netherlands making a very intense tank testing program to evaluate all possible sea-conditions before starting the production of this very first innovative 66 meters super yacht. Throughout this procedure, at various steps, a close supervision was maintained by the Owner’s team. The exterior color scheme is composed of Dupont Black metallic on hull and Silver Metallic on the superstructure. Powered by twin Cats engines rated at 2366hp, she can reach top speeds of 18 knots and at a cruising speed of 16 knots. ISA 66M Granturismo will undergo the final commissioning phase in the next coming weeks.

New Model: ISA Yachts 41 meter Yacht

The launching ceremony of this spectacular 41-metre yacht, initially though as an ordinary one, transformed into a very emotional event thanks to the very affectionate words both of the owner, a repeat client for ISA, who emphasised in a long and unexpected speech how proud he is in belonging to this Italian shipyard and how the company always treated him and his crew with professionalism, accuracy and commitment. This steel-aluminium displacement motor yacht is the 28th unit built by ISA in its twelve year history. Exterior design by Andrea Vallicelli, interior design by ISA interior department, managed by Daniele Socci, Aziza yacht will be officially presented at the boat shows in September, showing once again ISA’s distinguished very high quality standards and unique design. The positive market feedback is assumed as the 41-metre motor yacht Aziza with huge volumes is today the only alternative for a good quality steel/aluminium boat of this size. As a final point, this is the only 2013 launching as the projects presently under construction at ISA will be completed next year, so get ready for a glittering 2014 and stay tuned!

After about a month from the announcement of the three new sales, ISA is enthusiastic to announce the fourth! This time its for a brand new 43 M Granturismo, which follows on the design of the bigger 66m of the same series, and is the second model of this new range. ISA 43 M Granturismo is a two decks steel/aluminium displacement motor yacht which main features are very eye-catching design, excellent performance and very good range and extreme comfort.  This 43 M Granturismo draws the attention for her strong and sporty lines and very elegant personality. Project: ISA Yachts 54 Meters Project Panorama

ISA presents this current in build and sold 54 Meter Project Panorama super yacht coming from a sales coperation with Camper and Nicholsons. The 54 Meter Project Panorama is a custom five decks steel and aluminium displacement motor yacht designed by Horacio Bozzo. Interior design was commissioned to Studio Massari. The designer choose modern exterior lines and a double-curvature stem hull. The owner's deck features a private balcony with access from their stateroom, a wide panoramic office and a large aft deck terrace. The flybridge shares its space with a seven square meter pool, a large dinner table, bar and a forward sun pads relax area. Forward on main deck there is a clever and unusual formal dining area and salon plenty of natural light from generous size hull windows. Aft on main deck there is a salon with full height doors that opens into exterior foldable bulwarks for undisturbed views of the outside. All guest decks including the flybridge are connected by a glass elevator with a rounded stair case around it. A spacious beach club with large foldable stern and side platforms ideal for water toys and tenders docking give also facilitated access to the water by an automatic and gentle-angled submerged stairs. The crew area is connected to the engine room through a corridor in the tank deck giving easy access at all technical areas of the vessel. The main garage is located forward on main deck carrying an 8.3 meter Riva Iseo tender and a 5.5 meter crew tender. The rescue boat and jet skis are located on the foredeck. She will cruise at a speed of 14 knots with trans-pacific range. The delivery of this 54m is scheduled in Summer 2014.

Project: ISA Yachts 41m Classic

Designed by Andrea Vallicelli, this new ISA Yachts 41 meter is developed from the 39 meter platform what is a three-deck displacement motor yacht that caught the owner's attention for her modern design and clever use of the space. This sale of the 41m Classic is also very important for ISA coming from a repeatable customer, with a delivery schedule date for 2013. ISA is a yard that sticks to provide owners with large innovative super yachts that express personality and luxury, and this 41 meter Classic is the result of the yard's desire to propose its own changes, without the restrictions of the current trends. The design of this steel hull aluminium upper structure super yacht is based on three fundamental elements: the visual centre back on the stern, an aggressive streamlined bow and the lines linking the stern and the roll bar continued by the two spoilers connecting the main deck with the upper deck. Project: ISA Yachts 66m Gran Turismo

One of three sales which occurred in the last months this the ISA 66m Gran Turismo.  Developed from the 65m GT platform, this full displacement custom yacht is the first model of the newly launched GT range. It's a hard to see four decks super sport yacht with aluminium superstructure and steel hull which architectural structure is based on a strong contrast between the harmonious and curvaceous lines of the decks and the rigorous and diamond-like geometry of the transom and of the sundeck. New Model: ISA Yachts 49.95 m

On Saturday, March 19 International Shipyards Ancona launched the 50m motor yacht Liberty, the first in a series of three new fifty meters currently under construction at the Italian yard. The three yachts in the 50m series share the same technical platform but differ in their superstructure and transom design. Architect Andrea Vallicelli, in collaboration with ISA's in-house naval architects, designed Liberty to be a sophisticated displacement yacht. Huge volumes, great performance and low consumption are the main features of this excellent platform. Liberty's elegant exterior lines are magnified by the contrast between her metallic dark grey hull and the white superstructure.  Twelve guests are accommodated between a master suite on the main deck, four guest cabins on the lower deck and a VIP cabin on the upper deck. The yacht accommodates 10 crew.  The yacht is powered by two MTU with a max power of 2479hp. She can reach 16.8 knot at maximum speed. A pair of Quantum Zero Speed stabilizers guarantees a smooth navigation in the most severe conditions and a comfortable stay at anchor.  Liberty is scheduled for delivery in May 2011.

New Model: ISA Yachts 600

ISA Yachts has just put the water the 600, first of the sixty meters series titled M/Y Mary-Jean II. This latest release is the second in size Super Yacht from ISA which follows the recent 630 launched a few weeks ago. Making part of the large Steel series from International Shipyards Ancona, this 600 is an ISA technical department project. Mark Berryman has taken care for the interior details on behalf of the owner who presented a six double cabins layout, to this five decked Super Yacht. Power is from twin Cats 2365hp which give a max speed of 17 knots, and a cruise of 15. Classed by Lloyds to strictest regulations the first ISA 600, has a range of 2700 nm at 14 knots.

Improve-it = ISA Yachts 500

ISA Yachts announces the sale of a 50 metre displacement motor yacht, which be built on the 500 model platform designed by Andrea Vallicelli. This ISA reflects the companies philosophy and is a totally custom project, with modern lines designed according to the client’s style, input from designer Andrea Vallicelli, and the marketing and technical teams of the yard. The ISA 500.2 is a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure construction. This hull two of the 500 model series will differ from the first hull in the aft featuring a transom stairway style as on the succesful 47 metre series. This combines the new dynamic, streamlined and elegant outline of the 500 with the transom stairways of the 47 metre series, resulting in a modern Super Yacht with an elegant stern. In addition to the familiar stairways the 500.2 is enriched by a versatile beach area accessed from the swim platform by two wide curved glass doors. ISA Yachts 500 hull two will also have an interior designed by Francesco Paszkowski, this being his first job with ISA. The cutting of the steel for 500 hull two is already in process and the super yacht will be delivered in the Summer of 2011.

New Launch: ISA Yachts 630

ISA Yachts is nearing completion its 630, its biggest project and build to date. The 630 which features a moon stone hull and stark white superstructure color, is the first of three Super Yachts over fifty metres due to be delivered from ISA this year. The striking Super Yacht, with displacement hull, blends technology with Italian craftsmanship and style. She boasts sleek and aggressive lines with a long, sloping stern. Her exterior styling is by Andrea Vallicelli responsible for most of the ISA Yachts line including the successful 120 Composite series, who worked in close collaboration with International Shipyard Ancona Technical Department. The yacht’s interiors have a Key West-style with finishes in bamboo and natural materials, designed by Patrick Knowles. The 630 yacht was commissioned in September 2007 and the two and a half year construction has involved no less than 310 direct and indirect staff members. The super yacht’s launch and delivery are scheduled for the beginning of April, giving her owners an early start to the summer season in the Mediterranean.

Projects: ISA Yachts 630, ISA Yachts 600 VAL, ISA Yachts 560, ISA Yachts 500, ISA Yachts 140, ISA Yachts 390

International Shipyards Ancona presented a record breaking six projects in the last period aimed to increase its line up to the current in the water builds of three different models. Five of the new projects are for the slower but with longer autonomy Steel range which already has the 480 and 470 in the water, and one is a much waited addition to the composite line. Four of the projects are all bigger to what ISA has delivered so far, all being over fifty metres in size, with a new flagship at 63 metres also showing in these designs. Pictured above is the project for a new ISA Yachts 630, a three deck superyacht which will be the Italian builders biggest build to date. Designed by Andrea Vallicelli to a concept and naval architecture by ISA's own team, the 630 is a five guest cabin super yacht with owners suite on the main deck. Power is from twin Cat engines which give speeds up to 16 knots, with a cruise of 14 knots giving a range of 2700 nm. The project of the 600 VAL is an alternative design to the 600 WF project presented in 2007. WF standing for the designer initials of Walter Franchini, and Val for Vallicelli, who is behind this new version. Architect Vallicelli presented a 600 with more modern looks and angular curved surfaces. This project also features the master suite on the third deck, with this area being fully dedicated to the owner, and the four guest cabins staying in the lower deck, and a VIP suite on the main deck. Tender stowage is also unusual being located to mid ship in the lower deck, instead of the standard aft area. Twin Cats give a 16 knots top speed, with a 14 knots cruise giving a 2700nm range. Another design as all the new models entrusted to Andea Vallicelli, what is a three deck and a half super yacht which seems to maintain a distinct low profile. The plan of these projects seem also similar to that of the 600 Vallicelli version but in a smaller size, especially to what regards the cabin spaces in the lower deck. Twin Cats give a 16 knots max speed, while 14 knots cruise delivers a 3800nm range. The ISA 500 again follows the pen of Andrea Vallicelli, and is another triple deck super yacht with five owners and guests suite. Crew area with lobby and cabins is located to fore of the lower deck, while a double captains cabin is found on the third deck behind the pilot house. Twin Cats power this fifty metre plus super yacht which weight over four hundred tons at a 16 knots top speed, with a 14 knots cruise allowing for a range of 2200nm.

As the smaller ISA 120, the new 140 of the composite line will also be penned by Andrea Vallicelli, the designer who now is behind seven out of ten models by the Italian super yacht builder. Vallicelli presents a similar interpretation to the successful 120, but in a more larger size offering the same low profile sleek sport looks, with two and a half decks. Guest accommodation for the 140 is a four double cabin lower deck, and owners suite on the main deck. Power is a triple MTU engine set up propelled by KaMeWa jet turbines which should reach top speeds of 38 knots, and an all time 32 knots cruise giving a 520nm range.

The ISA 390 again to the design of Vallicelli is the smaller offer of the Steel line from the Italian builder. Apart other things this new model is also being available with a new Eco environmentally friendly set up. This version being named Zero is a concept presented by ISA and put in practice with the help of Siemens Spa, and MarQuio BV. A very personal displacement super yacht the 390 offers three guest cabins on the lower deck, and owners suite on the main. Crew accommodation is for six members and a lobby in lower deck to fore, plus a double captains cabin on the third deck behind the pilot house. Power is from twin Cats which give a 15 knots top speed, and a 2900nm range at 13 knots. As all ISA Yachts the 390 is build to meet the strictest class rules.

New Model: ISA Yachts 480

Based on the design of the 470, is the new International Shipyards Ancona 480. The new ISA Yachts 480 adds half a metre of length to the 470, but keeps the same beam, and similar exterior looks, designed by Walter Franchini. The architect for the 480 does not change much in substance and keeps the aggressive looking descending stern, with an elegant side profile and high rise bow. Built of a steel hull, with an aluminium super structure to most strict class rules, the ISA 480 offers a standard interior plan for the three decks plus flybridge super yacht with four double guest cabins on the lower deck, and an owners suite on the main deck. Crew accommodation is for ten members, with the captains cabin on the third deck next to the pilot house. Power is from twin MTU 2479hp engines which give top speeds of 16.7 knots minus .3 knots to the 470, which has also less power. Range is for 2250 nautical miles at 14 knots.

Project: ISA Yachts 600 WF

ISA is proud to announce the sale of the brand new ISA 600, a twin screw displacement motoryacht 60,50 meters long with a beam of 12 meters, which will the largest ever built by the ISA shipyard in Ancona. With its steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the new ISA 600 is build up on 5 decks. Power is provided by 2 Caterpillar 3512 C DITA-SCAC diesel engines, which give a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots. The accommodation features the master cabin on the main deck and will include 4 cabins, 2 doubles and 2 twins, on the lower deck, one double cabin on the main deck and a VIP cabin on the upper deck. The new 60 meter Super Yacht stands out for its perfect harmony between stretched lines and extremely spacious and comfortable internal areas. The concept design is by Walter Franchini, while the project’s executive development is by ISA and Andrea Vallicelli. The new ISA 600 is scheduled for delivery in the Summer 2010.

Project: ISA Yachts 480

A very energetic beginning for the first hull of the first ISA 480, the motor yacht which develops from the well known 470 which gave and will give ISA Yachts a lot of approval has been delivered to the yard. The big steel build was immediately assembled to the aluminium superstructure, built inside the ISA facilities, showing the huge construction overall. The delivery is scheduled in July 2008. The ISA 480.1 is a highly innovative project, in fact systems of the latest generation will be installed onboard thus making the ISA 480 the prototype of the so-called clever boat, the remarkable project that ISA is pioneering.
