At the end of 2018 North American yard from Washington, Tacoma Nordlund launched the 115 Expedition Yachtfisher, a long range super yacht, with a main level master stateroom, three guest staterooms, three crew staterooms, a large salon and galley, and a top level pilothouse. This is the second largest build Nordlund today following a 118 build in 2005. The 115 Expedition Yachtfisher was christened Cazador and welcomes you inside the salon from the California deck, where three sofas and pull-up chairs are on your left, with the entertainment center to the right. Immediately ahead is a spiral staircase with an innovative elevator in its center. Both connect all three levels of the super yacht. Ahead to the left is casual seating for six at the galley counter. The large, well appointed wraparound galley allows a visual connection throughout the space, for excellent conversation and camaraderie. Forward of the galley is the full beam, main level master stateroom. This stateroom has "his and hers" heads that are connected in the center by a large, dual-head shower. On the lower level there are three guest staterooms that accommodate six guests, each with its own head. Two crew staterooms are forward accommodation up to five crew. On the pilothouse level the captain's stateroom is aft of the raised settee, three helm chairs control center for the Nordlund 115 Expedition Yachtfisher. Outside the aft cockpit area has twin curved stairs up to the California deck. There's a table and seating for eight to port and a day head to starboard. The salon entry is just forward, and covered walkways on both sides allow access up to mid ship level, where stairs lead up on either side begin. Access for the boat deck is through the aft of the pilothouse. There are two Novurania tenders launched by the telescoping davit. A ladder leads up to the pilot house. Doors on either side of the pilothouse lead to the covered Portuguese bridge, which has a center access to the fore-deck area. The Nordlund 115 Expedition Yachtfisher is powered by twin Cats 1600hp engines.
