A sixteen meter Sunseeker sport yacht with four persons onboard ended powerless as it was cruising three nautical miles offshore South of Mackinaw City, Michigan at 15:05 of Friday 26 April. United State Coast Guard St. Ignace responded to the assistance call with CG45700 vessel, and after arriving on the scene towed the yacht to the Straits State Harbor. The cause of the yacht ended powerless are not reported, with this also showing some soft collision damage to its starboard side.
The Sunseeker yacht in this accident is a Predator 53 as produced from 2011 to 2013. The Predator 53 was a replacement to the Sunseeker Predator 52, and was replaced by the Predator 57.
