An eight meter Invictus sport cruiser with two persons onboard collided into the Eastern breakwater of the Salerno harbour on the night early hours of third June. The causes of the collision are unknown, with the sport cruiser hitting the breakwater on starboard side while under navigation. The sport cruiser was salvaged on the morning of fourth June, with a breach of over two meters in length and about half meter in beam showing onto its starboard side.
The Invictus sport cruiser in this collision is a GT280, as designed by Christian Grande and produced since 2014. Invictus has been a success story since debuting in 2014, thanks to its modern looks and luxury car inspired finishes.
