Austin Parker present the project for a new AP44 Sedan. Designed by the famous Fulvio de Simoni, the Italian designer continues the formula he used on previous AP models for a modern cruiser with inspirations mostly concerning the super structure to the traditional lobster boat. The AP44 Sedan will be the second new Austin Parker for the fall 2017 boat show season with the Italian boat builder completing finishing touches to the 48 Sundeck. The AP44 Sedan will feature a two cabins two heads lower deck. But its most important feature will be its main deck layout, this with an astern galley, C-shaped dinette, and sun-pad to aft. The saloon galley area is separated by a patio door, this allowing for easy all year usage. It will be interesting to see if the AP44 as it happened with the successful 42 will offer variants to the range from Open no patio door to Sports without hard top versions. Being a semi custom builder it all depends what the clients and market asks to Austin Parker. Power wise the Austin Parker AP44 Sedan will be powered by twin Cummins 480hp with traditional line shaft propulsion.

Project: Austin Parker 48 Sundeck
Austin Parker present the project for a new 48 Sundeck, inspired by the elements that have always characterized the range, and the larger sized models. Unmistakable lines accentuate the traditional modern concept and bring to mind the consolidated white-blue color scheme that Fulvio De Simoni has used since the first model AP42 was launched in 2008. Wide side side decks facilitate the passage from the stern to fore-ship; while stairs from the teak cockpit lead to the sundeck complete with sunbeds and sofas. The spacious panoramic saloon is fully accessible and in continuity with a comfortable cockpit; an opening in the stern deck provides easy access to the swim platform where the service tender is located. The sleeping accommodations offers three double cabins and two heads; the master cabin is located at the center and is a true suite fitted with every comfort. The galley, positioned below deck, provides plenty of counter space and cabinets for storing supplies and equipment. As all Austin Parker the 48 Sundeck will be finished in deluxe trims in treated elm-wood, crystal, leather and fine quality textiles. Power comes from twin 550hp Cummins engines which top speeds up to thirty knots, and range at a fast economic cruise up to 350 nautical miles. The first unit of the 48 Sundeck has been sold with a launch date for late Spring early Summer, and then going for the World debut at the September Cannes boat show.

Project: Austin Parker 36 Hybrid
The Austin Parker 36 Hybrid project is an evolution of the classic 36 foot boat, the latest to be launched on the market by the Italian yard, in 2013. This traditional lobster cruiser inspired boat can be operated in three ways: driven by the diesel engines, using the electric motors only with zero fuel consumption, or with a combination of the diesel and electric for the highest performance, estimated at 27 knots. On long trips, the 36 Hybrid can be powered by the electric motors and diesel engines in alternation: when the engines are in operation, the batteries that power electric propulsion can be recharged. Therefore, when electric and Diesel propulsion are alternated, fuel consumption is cut drastically by about 50%. This hybrid drive system brings many benefits, both in terms of fuel saving and a reduction in the emission produced, and with regard to the potential use of the boat, since it can be used without restrictions on lakes and rivers, especially in Northern Europe, and in marine parks and nature reserves, without damage to the environment. As well as its innovative propulsion system, the Austin Parker 36 Hybrid features several important new details: the hard top is in carbon, while the sun roof (which slides open) is fitted with photo-voltaic panels to charge the lithium battery system. The teak of all the decking and interior floors is in synthetic material, which is much lighter, tough and of the highest quality. The hull is painted pale grey with the gunwales finished with polyurethane paint for a long maintenance-free life. Not just innovation: Austin Parker is also famed for its style, elegance and attention to details. Sophisticated materials and craftsman-like care make this yacht a worthy heir to those that have shaped the history of lobster boats in Italy.

Project: Austin Parker AP42 Sedan
Austin Parker presents the third version project of what was first of the new generation AP models designed by Fulvio de Simoni, the 42. So after the Open, came the Sport, and now Austin Parker presents the more practical and comfortable of the 42's the Sedan. Important differences separate the Austin Parker 42 Sedan from its more similar sister the Open, invisible when you look from the boat sideways but viewable when you see it from aft. The most important addition in the new Sedan is the addition of a patio door dividing the aft cockpit deck, from outside and inside when this is closed. But thanks to this a reinvention of the cabin inside changes the 42 not only on top but also below in the lower deck layout. The galley in the case of the 42 Sedan is moved on the main deck replacing the wet bar or daily kitchen up top, and L-shaped settee now becoming home to various uses from dining to relaxing. While below the area occupied by saloon and galley is transformed into a cabin with twin beds. Basically the AP42 Sedan offers an interesting new perspective to the most successful model from the Austin Parker fleet, and guarantees a further success to a wider range of audience.

Born as a 62 Fly project, the Austin Parker 64 completes the range in the upper sizes of this Italian builder. Second in size only to the Austin Parker 72, the new 64 Fly continues the elaboration of the line as a modern lobster boat, as seen by renowned Italian architect Fulvio de Simoni. Unlike the smaller models the large Austin Parkers look as much a motor yacht as they do traditional down East lobster boat and this theme is continued in the 64 Fly. So if you think that some motor yacht have become to modern a tip is to have a look at the large Austin Parkers. New Model: Austin Parker 36 Natante
Austin Parker show its very attention to the market when presenting the new 36 Natante, this last word meaning small craft on the Italian registration. Since presenting its new course with the 42 Open, Austin Parker has always looked at larger models expanding its size up to the 72 launched in 2010. Now seeing the big U-turn in the economy and the fiscal benefits in the smaller sizes, Austin Parker was fast to react presenting a smaller new entry level model the 36 Natante. Designed as all the line by famed Italian Fulvio de Simoni the 36 Natante definitely strikes for its sweet contemporary classic lines, which apart looking awesome also work very well and keep the unique family feeling of the line. The layout of the Austin Parker seems to keep well with a mix of down East lobster looks with Mediterranean users practicality offering a cockpit deck with three L-shaped settees and a wet bar, and a lower deck with an open layout offering a V-double berth to fore, L-shaped saloon, galley, and a separate shower head to port side. Austin Parker makes a big statement with the the 36 Natante that smaller does not mean cheaper. Power is twin Volvo 300hp with IPS pods giving a max speed up to 34 knots and a cruise of 30.

Project: Austin Parker 36
As it always happens legal aspects can make a builder to present new products which where not in the immediate planning, and this is the case with the Austin Parker 36, which is made to suit small ship dimension and the currently enforced new tax laws for boats over ten meters. Designed as all the range by Fulvio De Simino the Austin Parker 36 continues this Italian builder looks of down East lobster cruiser with a modern influence going into its exterior department. Accommodation wise the new entry level Austin Parker 36 offers a very spacious aft deck with three dinettes, and an interior with a Vee shaped berth, L-shaped sofa, galley and separate shower head. Power comes from Volvo twin 260hp with IPS pods, again a novelty for Austin Parker who in its other models has always stayed with the tradition of line shafts. Estimated performance is 34 knots max, and a 30 cruise.

New Model: Austin Parker AP54 Fly
Austin Parker presented the 54 Fly in the fall of this year. This model of this Italian company continues the renovation as started in 2008 with the 42 Open and comes again as all the range from designer Fulvio De Simoni, who presents down East lobster boat looks with a hint of Italian in its looks. See higher free board, semi extended flybridge, and more modern finished interiors. None the less the 54 Fly what is the flybridge version of the 2010 presented Austin Parker 52 Open, is in my books very pleasant to the eye. The flybidge is accessed from a comfortable stainless steel stair case from the large aft deck, and features a helm station to port side, and a C-shaped settee with aft sun pad to starboard. Below is the same layout as the 52 with three double cabins located below, with a galley in between in the lower accommodation deck. A single person crew cabin is located to aft. There is also a medium sized tender garage which with the bathing platform can carry two not so big personal water craft.
